Ketika UMNO-MCA-MIC, Sapu2 Tanah 1Malaysia, AES lagak JPJ......

Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) Sekinchan, Ng Sue Lim mendedahkan 23 keping tanah berukuran 1 hingga 7 ekar setiap satu sekitar tahun 2000 hingga 2008 ‘disapu’ pemimpin Barisan Nasional Selangor.

- keadilandaily

BN grabbed RM20mil in S'gor lands...

Sekinchan assemblyperson Ng Suee Lim today accused Barisan Nasional of land grab in Selangor, revealing that it had acquired a total of 24 state lands at RM1 per square foot, even though the total market value is estimated to be at least RM20 million.

The total size of the lands spanning seven out of nine districts in Selangor is approximately 33.5 acres or 1,459,260 square feet.

NONE"All of them are high value lands, they are commercial lands... after Umno, MCA, MIC and Gerakan get the land, they immediately get into joint-ventures (to develop the land) or sell them off for tens of thousands or millions of profit," he alleged at a press conference at the Selangor Legislative Assembly lobby this afternoon.

Ng mocked the diversity of political parties involved, dubbing it "Sapu Tanah 1Malaysia" (1Malaysia Land Grab) in reference to the federal government's 1Malaysia campaigns.

Of the 24 lands, he said Umno obtained the lion's share at 15, while MCA, MIC and Gerakan acquired five, three and one respectively for the generous price.

"These are only those registered under party names, the number of those registered under individual names, we do not know," said Ng.

Valuation of lands to be commissioned

The largest involves a 7-acre land in Klang with lot number PT125400, 4 acres of which is owned by Kota Raja Umno division, while the rest belongs to the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).

Another land which Lim highlighted was in Ulu Langat with the lot number PT4545 and a size of 2,310 square metres, which is now in the possession of Umno.

One of the trustees for Umno for the land, he claimed, was Umno's former Cempaka state assemblyperson Mad Aris Mad Yusuf and former Ampang state assemblyperson Mufti Suib who held the now defunct seat and had since passed away.

He said that a report will be lodged with the police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) soon and the state government will also commission a valuation of the said lands.

Meanwhile, Sri Muda assemblyperson Shuhaimi Shafiei (right) said these information are based on district offices’ documents.

"These are based on facts... I challenge BN to return the lands to the people of Selangor," he said.- malaysiakini

AES guna kenderaan berlogo JPJ pasang kamera...

AES using vehicles with JPJ logo to install cameras...

NONEPAS has lodged police reports against AES contractors for allegedly using vehicles with the Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) colours and logo to install the cameras at various locations.

Pokok Sena MP Mahfuz Omar and Jerai MP Mohd Firdaus Jaafar made the reports at the Dang Wangi police headquarters today.

They each made a report claiming that two vehicles, one registered to ATES Sdn Bhd and one registered to Preferred Synergy Sdn Bhd, were caught on camera bearing JPJ’s colours and logo.

Mahfuz (left in photo) urged the police to probe the matter under Section 170 of the Penal Code for impersonation and Section 171 for intention to mislead.

“We feel that this is a violation because how can law enforcement be handled by a private company?” exclaimed Mahfuz.

“Does this mean that after this if we want to enforce the law regarding (for example) robbery, we can privatise it to any party?

“This shows that the handling of AES is very suspicious,” he said, adding that it creates suspicion on what is stated in the contract between the government and the companies involved.

NONEMahfuz and Firdaus also showed photos of the vehicles, which were supposedly captured in Gombak (top) and Teluk Intan (bottom) on an unknown date this month.

In the top photo, employees were seen setting up the cameras and unloading equipment out from an orange red vehicle. The workers were wearing traffic vests with ‘BTSB’ printed behind.

In the bottom picture, an orange red vehicle with blue and yellow stripes is parked at the side of a road behind a sign with the speed limit of 60kph.

Both vehicles were photographed from the back, thus revealing their car plate numbers.

Malaysiakini also found another photograph circulating on the Internet depicting a vehicle allegedly owned by an AES contractor with the JPJ logo on its side. The logo is followed by the text ‘Automated Enforcement System Mobile Unit'.

Mahfuz, who leads the PAS-linked anti-postal summons group Kase, said that they cross-checked the vehicles’ registered numbers on the JPJ website, which revealed the companies that owned the vehicles.

When asked by a reporter, Mahfuz confirmed that they will bring the matter up in Parliament and further added that PAS will set up a counter tomorrow at its headquarters at Jalan Raja Laut to help those with AES summonses

BN/UMNO is not only doing it in Selangor, it is doing it all over the other states.

Only we, voters, are fools to vote them to power every time.

Bila logo JPJ digunakan oleh pihak lain ia memungkinkan salah guna kuasa...

Tapi mungkin kerana AES tu kroni depa, tak kan polis nak ambil tindakan?
