1MDB Scandal - Saudi Letter Document to Najib Razak
Fake Saudi Letter, Fake Prince Dead Giveaways...

The Thingy has come out with yet more exposes about the fake prince and the fake letter that has been written.

There are some dead giveaways that this letter is just not right.

The first thing to note is that this letter was written by a Malaysian (obviously).

Because ONLY in Malaysia and Singapore is the spelling of the name "Mohamed" shortened to "Mohd". The Arabs do not shorten Mohamed to 'Mohd'.

His Excellency Dato' Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak.

In Saudi Arabia, it is always spelt "mohammad".

I lived with the Arabs for about three years and they would question (us Malaysians) what is 'Mohd'? They would pronounce it as 'mode' and ask if it was a new name.

Yes they could have gone to the PMO website. At the PM's website his name is spelled thus :

The Honourable Dato' Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak.

But they did not go to the PMO website.  How do we know that?

Note that at the PMO website, in his official name, the 'Haji' is missing from the  'Tun Abdul Razak'.

But in that Saudi letter the "Haji" has been added to Tun Razak's name.

Only Malaysians would know that Tun Razak's name is often spelt with Tun Haji Abdul Razak.  I doubt the Saudi's would know this, or even care.

So if the Saudis got the spelling of the PM's name from the PMO's official website, where did they get the 'Haji'

'Haji'  mana mari?

Plus, the Saudis always say 'Al Haj'. That is the correct way of saying it.

They will never use the word 'Haji' which is a typically Malaysian usage, not Arab usage.

That letter was obviously written by a Malaysian.

Then the letter simply says "I hereby grant you an additional sum of US$375,000,000.."

It does not bother to ask politely,

a. "I would like to offer you my assistance..' or
b. 'I hope you will kindly agree to accept this token of my appreciation.." or
c. "I will be happy if you will accept this small gift"

Instead it goes point blank, "Here is the money. US375 million. Just take it !!"

I have another theory why this type of language was used but it will be construed as racial. Ha ha ha. So I wont say it.

Then the letter is signed off by one "HRH Prince Saud Abdulaziz AL Saud" .

Even the King of Saudi Arabia may not use the initials HRH (His Royal Highness).

It sounds really odd.

And this Saud Abdulaziz al Saud character is supposed to be third generation from the Saudi kings - with no ranking in the succession to the throne.

An "entah mana mari" fellow.  It will be highly improper for such a low level prince to address himself as an 'HRH' (His Royal Highness).

Finally look at that signature. It is a chicken scratch signature. Saudi princes would sign off in Arabic.  It is not in Arabic. The long 'tail' is actually a 'C' followed by an 'S'.

Here is the Saudi guy who wrote it :

The letter is a fake. - syedsoutsidethebox

His Highness the Fake Sheikh!

So now, there’s not one prince but many princes

Two Abdulaziz - one Najib's 'donor', other a convicted murderer

Ini Ke Wajah Putera Arab Yg. Derma Ke Najib Atas Nama Islam? Gay and Kaki Mabuk Rupanya...

Najib, Did You Hide The “Spend US$375 Million As You Like” Letter?...

Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Razak, doesn’t really care about what the Malaysian people think of him as far as his scandals are concerned. From allegations of corruption, money laundering and even murder, none of them could make him resign. He would have had been impeached in other democracy countries by now.

Welcome to Malaysia, a country with endless possibilities. After the recent intimidation and threat of charging two journalists with Australian Broadcasting Corporation – reporter Linton Besser and cameraman Louie Eroglu – but was later dropped after realising it could easily attract a diplomatic scandal, the Australian news network has made good on its promise to release its findings.

Titled “State of Fear: Murder and Money in Malaysia”, the 45-minute ABC’s Four Corners investigative programme was released to the public on Monday. Unlike last year’s “Murder in Malaysia” investigative programme by Al-Jazeera, the ABC’s version extended the coverage to include Najib Razak’s 1MDB and cash found in his private banking account, on top of several murder cases related.

However, Najib’s 1MDB scandal was too explosive and complicated to be squeezed into a 45 minutes programme. Therefore, ABC did Najib a favour by giving him a free slot on their print and electronic media. Turns out, Najib was so popular that not only Saudi’s Ministry of Finance happily gave away US$80 million cash to him, not one but two princes did the same too.

Malaysians should be proud to learn how two Saudi princes, reportedly Prince Faisal bin Turkey bin Bandar Alsaud and Prince Saud Abdulaziz Al-Saud, were fighting tooth and nail literally begging Najib Razak to take hundreds of millions of dollars. By ABC’s calculations, approximately US$1,050,795,451.58 entered the prime minister’s AmBank accounts from 13 Jan 2011 to 10 Apr, 2013. Continue reading here...

Pasai apa Ku Li buat U-turn...

“Dia pun tak buat apa, dia suruh orang lain buat.

Malaysiakini has contacted the Prime Minister's Office and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission for a response.

Earlier the ABC reported that attorney-general Abdul Gani Patail was ready to charge Najib with corruption, before he was suddenly removed from office ostensibly for health reasons.

His successor, Mohamed Apandi Ali, exonerated Najib of wrongdoing.

The prime minister’s wife, Rosmah Mansor, has been repeatedly criticised for her luxury handbags and expensive taste in jewellery, but Najib consistently denies using public funds for private use.

Najib had in 2011 threw an engagement ceremony for his daughter at Shangri La Hotel.

The bill for catering reportedly came up to RM409,767, with the menu including lobster bisque and wagyu beef, for some 900 guests.

The Prime Minister’s Office said Najib’s family footed the bill. - mk

- mk

DAP MP reveals SD against Najib...

A DAP lawmaker has posted an unsigned statutory declaration on Facebook, which is believed to have been purportedly circulated to MPs.

The document stated loss of confidence in Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and to back Umno veteran Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah to take over the leadership reins.

Contacted by Malaysiakini, Liew Chin Tong (pix, below) however refused to divulge details.

However, he said there is no need for Deputy Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister Tajuddin Abdul Rahman to claim that Tengku Razaleigh did not do this.

"This really happened. Ku Li (Tengku Razaleigh) is now being neutralised. I will see what is said after this and I will reveal more," he added.

Even his Facebook posting came with the caption, "For Tajuddin's attention".

Earlier, Tajuddin dismissed Dr Mahathir Mohamad's claim that it was Tengku Razaleigh who suggested removing the prime minister via a no-confidence vote and circulated the declaration among MPs.

"I didn't see anything being circulated. Not at all. Even my friends and colleagues, other MPs from Umno and BN didn’t talk about this.

"I should know if there was, but there wasn't. These are all stories created by Mahathir," he said.

Last week, Tengku Razaleigh had inked a declaration supporting the prime minister.

The three-page document on Liew's Facebook cited the Perak crisis which the Federal Court ruled in favour of the BN government.

The court ruling, it said, outlined that a prime minister who no longer enjoys the confidence of the majority should quit, unless the Agong requests the Parliament to be dissolved.

"As a responsible member of Parliament, I want to state that I no longer have confidence on the prime minister and his cabinet. Najib and the whole cabinet should resign.

"We need a leader who is well respected and accepted by the majority of parliamentarians. I then request (the House) to give full trust to Gua Musang MP Razaleigh as the prime minister," read the document. - mk

PM Najib’s Wife Said to Ask US to Call Off FBI Probe
Rosmah said to ask US to call off FBI probe...

Rosmah Mansor, the wife of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, has repeatedly called US Ambassador Joseph Y. Yun and others in the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur in a vain attempt to get the United States Attorney Preet Baharara for the Southern District of New York to call off his investigation into financial dealings involving the scandal-ridden 1Malaysia Development Berhad fund, sources say.

The story of Rosmah’s attempts to rein in the US investigation is circulating widely in Kuala Lumpur’s small diplomatic circles. They say that despite the fact that other investigations are ongoing in Switzerland, Singapore, the United Kingdom and France on another case, they think the Americans most likely to bring charges if there has been wrongdoing.

Yun is said to have told Rosmah that Bharara operates independently of the State Department and the Foreign Service, and that not even President Obama would be able to influence the investigation if he wanted to.

Attempts to verify the story through the US Embassy went unanswered.

“She has been told, ‘If you have done nothing wrong, don’t worry about it,’” a source said. “’The United States is a country of laws. ‘”

That news comes as the Australian Broadcasting Corporation issued a press release saying its Four Corners investigative team tonight (March 28) is to broadcast new details of deposits between 2011 and 2014 from “mysterious individuals and companies”, both in Malaysia and overseas, via wire transfers and in cash, to his personal accounts. That, the news organization said, is in addition to the mysterious US$681 million (RM2.6 billion) that ended up in Najib’s accounts in 2013.

Nonetheless, despite a torrent of international news reports that would classify the 1MDB scandal among the world’s biggest, the Malaysian government has managed to keep the scandal in check domestically even though Swiss authorities have said as much as US$4 billion in 1MDB funds may have been misused. Attorney General Mohamed Apandi Ali, appointed by Najib after the previous attorney general was fired because he was said to be on track to indict Najib, “cleared” the prime minister in a January press conference that convinced almost nobody.

Najib and his family “aren’t scared of anything in Malaysia,” said a longtime observer of local politics. “But they are scared of this guy Preet Bharara.” Indeed, the Pakistani-born law enforcement official’s district has been called by angry defense attorneys “the southern district of the world” given that he has prosecuted nearly 100 Wall Street executives and has sent agents to as many as 25 other countries to investigate suspects of arms and narcotics trafficking and terrorists, bringing them to Manhattan to face charges. It is his office that nailed the rogue Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, where he had been hiding in Thailand, and brought him to justice in the United States.

Opposition figures have been questioning 1MDB’s massive debt since 2010. However, the scandal blew wide open in 2014 when reports circulated that the state-backed investment fund faced as much as RM42 billion (US$10.7 billion at current exchange rates) of unfunded liability.  A cascade of scandals has ensued, ensnaring, among others, Tim Leissner, the former wunderkind Singapore-based chairman of Goldman Sachs’ Southeast Asia operations who has since taken leave and moved to Los Angeles.

It was Leissner who engineered three bond sales in 2012 and 2013 that totaled US$6.5 billion and yielded fees, commissions and expenses for Goldman of almost US$6 billion—9.1 percent of the funds raised, almost twice the normal cuts for investment banks.

US Federal Bureau of Investigation agents have been operating in Kuala Lumpur over the matter, asking officials for details of Leissner’s dealings and other matters.  In addition, the US attorney’s office is said to be looking into money-laundering charges involving the purchase of opulent New York and California properties purchased on the Najib family’s behalf by agents believed to be connected to Jho Taek Low, the flamboyant young Penang-born financier that helped Najib set up 1MDB in the first place. The investigation is also said to encompass the funding of the Hollywood blockbuster Wolf of Wall Street, starring Leonardo di Caprio and produced by Red Granite Productions, partly owned by Rosmah’s son Riza Aziz.  Jho Low, as he is known, is also said to be a target of the investigation. He has been spending much ofhis time in Taiwan or aboard his gigantic yacht, the 91-meter Equanimity.

Najib has operated a marathon campaign to keep office, neutralizing investigations, firing his own deputy prime minister, Muhyiddin Yassin, and the attorney general as well as other law enforcement officials.

Dr.M - Saya diktator, tapi tak seteruk Najib

- fmt

Mahathir: I cannot support a corrupt leader...

Former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad said today that he went overboard to push for Najib Razak to be chosen as the Prime Minister.

He said he lobbied his successor, Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

“I had urged Pak Lah to choose Najib. I wrote to him and made many speeches. In the end Najib became the Prime Minister,” Dr Mahathir told about 1,000 people attending the People’s Congress here today.

He said he was confident with his decision to choose Najib as he was the son of Tun Abdul Razak Hussein (Malaysia’s second prime minister).

“I became the prime minister because of Razak. I felt obliged. I never expected to be picked by Razak ,” he said.

He recounted that when he finally decided to retire in 2003, he wanted to appoint Najib as his successor but Najib was still young.

“So I decided to pick Pak Lah for a term. But Pak Lah won with a big majority. He decided to stay on. But then he did badly in 2008,” Dr Mahathir said.

“Finally, when Najib became the Prime Minister succeeding Abdullah, I was so happy. My wife was happy too. He is after all the son of Razak. But unfortunately there is a lot of difference between him and his father.”

Dr Mahathir then recounted how Najib snubbed him after taking over in 2009 and how the two fell out over disagreements on certain projects and relations with Singapore.

Najib did not keep in touch with him for six months after taking over, Dr Mahathir said. “Then one day he invited me for dinner. I brought my wife because Rosmah was there”, referring to the PM’s wife Rosmah Mansor.

“I asked him why he failed to do a few things. One of the matters discussed was the crooked bridge from Johor to Singapore. He answered that there was an agreement. That is a lie. I have been the prime minister for 22 years. I know all the agreements. He did not speak to me after that.”

Dr Mahathir said he was not upset with Najib for failing to build the crooked bridge but because he allowed Singapore to dictate terms. “It is not in their territory. That is why it is crooked. But he went to ask for Singapore’s permission. Why? I was disappointed. Why was he bowing to Singapore? We are an independent country.”

He said Malaysia now wanted to build a High Speed Rail from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore “but Singapore says cannot”

He asked: “Are we under Singapore? That is what  disappoints me.”

Dr Mahathir said he told Najib that if he garnered less seats than Abdullah (in the 2013 General Election) he should resign.

“He didn’t. But I continued to support him. But then he used money to garner the people’s support. He used BR1M. He wants to be popular, using government money.

“The Rakyat wants to work, not to be beggars. They want work. Graduates are jobless,” added Mahathir.

He said there was corruption, especially after the scandal in the government investment company 1Malaysia Development Bhd.

There was no way he would support a corrupt leader, Dr Mahathir said. - fmt

Simpan je lah serban & jubah tu - Anina sound Hadi...

“Simpan sahaja jubah, serban, tudung beribu ringgit mahupun janggut jika anda mendustai tanahair sendiri,” ujarnya.

- fmt

UMNO 'jealous' tengok kejayaan gomen Guan Eng...

Sebaliknya, Kerajaan Negeri Pakatan Pulau Pinang bertindak pantas.

TIDAK MUNGKIN KERANA BN UMNO HANYA MAHU KONSPIRASI INI BERJALAN SEMPURNA SEPERTI YANG TELAH MEREKA LAKUKAN TERHADAP KERAJAAN NEGERI MEREKA SENDIRI SEPERTI KERAJAAN KEDAH DI BAWAH Dato' Seri Paduka Mukhriz bin Mahathir DAN TERENGGANU DI BAWAH Datuk Seri Ahmad Said.

- Abu As Siddiq
Guan Eng : Will police be fair to me and Phang?...

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng today urged Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar to give him and Phang Li Koon the right to be investigated fairly, impartially and professionally.

He further added that Khalid should also be consistently efficient by applying the same standard of professional diligence to police reports against BN as they apply against Pakatan Harapan leaders.

“The unusually quick response of Khalid towards an Umno Youth police report begs the question whether the IGP can be consistently efficient, by applying the same standards of professional diligence to police reports against BN as they apply against Pakatan Harapan leaders.

“The IGP had responded barely 48 hours after Umno Youth lodged a report against Phang Li Koon, who sold her house to me, allegedly for making a false statutory declaration (SD),” he said in a statement today.

Responding to Khalid's remarks yesterday that Lim would be called in by the police as a witness, Lim added that he would be “happy to assist and co-operate, as I have nothing to hide”.

“However, we have never seen such a speedy response to investigate or call the prime minister or ministers as witnesses, when police reports are lodged against BN leaders over the 1MDB RM42 billion or the RM2.6 billion donation scandal.

“This only deepens suspicions that BN is mobilising its entire government machinery against me,” he said.

Lim also dismissed Umno Youth's so-called evidence that Phang has business dealings with the Penang state government.

“They cited a company which she owns 20%, being listed in the directory for employment agencies of the InvestPenang website.

“What Umno Youth fails to mention is that the company mentioned is not the only company listed, but one of the 30 employment agencies listed,” he said.

He added that there were many other lists for auditors, banks, architects, construction companies and others as InvestPenang merely publicised the names and services of many companies operating in Penang.

These companies do not necessarily have any business dealings with the Penang government, he said, adding that any company can apply to be listed in the directory, which is similar to a mini Yellow Pages.

He also took a dig at the federal government by saying that his state government does not need the services of Phang to hire foreign workers as the Penang state government does not employ foreign workers as a matter of policy.

“We had even terminated the privatisation of rubbish collection in Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai because they were employing foreign workers, and replaced them with 2,500 local Malaysian workers.

“Can BN do the same? Will Phang and myself be given the right to be investigated fairly, impartially and professionally?”

Lim is in the limelight for buying a bungalow from Phang at below market price. Umno lawmakers have claimed that the bungalow deal was linked to another land deal involving state land and a private entity which also had links with Phang.

Yesterday, Khalid said the police have started investigation into the statutory declaration made by businesswoman Phang regarding the controversial sale of her bungalow to Lim.

Khalid said police opened the investigation following a police report made by Penang Umno Youth alleging that the statutory declaration was false.

"Yes, we received the report and we are probing the matter," he told reporters.

"‎We will also be calling the CM and Phang and other witnesses soon," he said.

On March 22, Phang signed a statutory declaration to refute allegations of corruption concerning the sale of her former Jalan Pinhorn home to Lim.

The next day, Penang Umno Youth lodged a police report alleging that the statutory declaration contains inaccurate information. - beritadaily
