- mk

BNM letter says Jho Low owns Good Star...

A letter from Bank Negara Malaysia has allegedly confirmed that Jho Low is the owner of Good Star Limited (GSL).

The letter dated April 6, purportedly from Bank Negara Malaysia to Public Accounts Committee Chairman Hasan Ariffin, has been posted on the website of the Wall Street Journal.

Investigations into 1Malaysia Development Berhad had shown that GSL had received USD1.03 billion (RM4.2 billion) from 1MDB.

The ownership of GSL attracted controversy after Opposition members in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) accused its chairman Hasan Arifin of deleting two sentences in the final report which were related to GSL.

The key sentence the Opposition PAC members claimed that had been deleted stated that Bank Negara had been informed by the relevant overseas authorities on a voluntary basis that the ultimate beneficiary of Good Star Limited was an individual unrelated to the Petrosaudi group.

Finance Minister Najib Razak had said in a parliamentary reply recently that GSL was owned by Petrosaudi International Ltd, based on the state investment arm’s records.

“The payments were made so that 1MDB could obtain a 40 per cent stake in a joint venture,” he said in a written reply to Petaling Jaya Utara Member of Parliament Tony Pua. Najib added that Petrosaudi had acknowledged receiving the payments.

International investigators probing the transactions of 1MDB and related financial institutions had said that they found an intricate web of firms and movement of funds, likely to conceal the transactions and the beneficiaries.

Among other things, the letter states that a letter from Petrosaudi that it owns GSL contradicts what BNM had learned from authorities in foreign countries.

It says these foreign authorities had informed BNM that the “beneficial owner” of GSL was Jho Low.

“Based on information from the authority (the authority responsible for the incorporation of companies who has the register of members) BSL is beneficially owned by Low Taek Jho,” the letter reads.

Another unnamed foreign authority revealed that GSL applied to open an account at RBS Coutts AG, Zurich, on June 9, 2009.

“Based on information in the application, the sole director and the bearer of the single bearer share in GSL appears to be Smart Power Ltd, and the sole director and bearer of the single bearer share in Smart Power appears to be Jho Low,” according to the purported letter from BNM.

The authority also said Jho Low appeared to be the only beneficial owner of the account at RBS Coutts. - fmt

Terang2 tertera pendedahan dari WSJ mengenai isi kandungan surat Bank Negara M'sia (BNM) 'sahkan' Good Star Ltd milik Jho Low. Pasai itulah gomen mengklasifikasikan segala kandungan yg berkaitan 1MDB sebagai sulit di bawah Akta Rahsia Rasmi 1972 AGAR RAKYAT TAK BOLEH TAHU  PERKARA dan FAKTA SEBENAR 1MDB...

Dokumen tak palsu, ori. Sekarang satu Malaysia dah tahu. Gold Star Limited(GSL) Jho Low punya.

- a.world

It is too late for Najib to leave the country. Which country will he go to?

Maybe Saudi Arabia - that country harbours all sorts of criminals as well.

The Singaporean prosecutors have begun their work.

The Swiss prosecutors will be charging people in court soon.

This is beyond smoking gun already.

Someone should make a Police Report against the PAC Chairman Hassan whatever for tampering with evidence and / or altering an official report with intention to cover up evidence.

By the way Jho Low's super yacht Equanimity (bought with money stolen from us) is sailing somewhere in the Coral Sea... - syedsoutsidethebox

UMNO dah faham hudud. Cuba teka sapa penangguhnya pula...

cheers.
