Penuntut2 kita masih terperangkap di Ukraine, Mail...

Malaysian Students stuck in Ukraine,
Please help to evacuate them...

It shows a small group of Indian girls which (I am told by the sender) are Malaysian students studying in the Ukraine. They are crying and appealing to be helped (obviously to get out of Ukraine). That one girl is saying that their location has been encircled with wire.

I checked with the sender who says these are indeed Malaysian students.  They are saying that there are others who are stuck in basements, some without water and food. That there are explosions and bombs all around.  They sound desperate.I hope our Ministry of Foreign Affairs can look into the overall situation of all Malaysian students stuck in the Ukraine. - Syed Akbar Ali

PM: Evacuation of Malaysians from Ukraine a success

Bukan tak tahu tapi saja buat2 tak tahu...

Will BossKu survive March 2022?
Not bloody likely!...

The Federal Court has rejected Najib Razak’s request  to delay the hearing of his final appeal in his attempt to overturn his conviction in the RM42 million SRC International Sdn Bhd (SRC) corruption appeal.  The hearing would go ahead on March 15-16. If this appeal fails, and if the Federal Court does not allow a stay of execution, Najib goes to jail.

Can he get a Royal Pardon?  Short answer YES. The Agong decides who and when and how he wants to give out royal pardons.

The plan was this. Delay  the court process until PRU15. At PRU15, Najib expects to have in place an Umno led  government with a prime minister who will do his bidding.  From there it will be a short hop, step and jump to  work on a pardon with the Agong for the convicted felon and have  the Attorney General declare that Najib has been a victim of political conspiracy, stamped NFA on all files containing criminal against Najib Razak. From there, he expects Umno to install him as Malaysia’s 10th prime minister. And all the corrupt politicians will live happily ever after.

Well…that was the plan anyway.

No can do. With CJ Tun Tengku  Maimun at the helm, the Judiciary is not for sale. With Ismail Sabri as Prime Minister it is in Ismail Sabri's interest to see Najib Razak in Sungai Buloh for there will then be one less threat to his position as Prime Minister.

So what else can Najib Razak do? Flee. Run away as he tried but failed to do when BN lost PRU14. Can this happen? Will this happen? Maybe, but not when the government of the day, wants him in Sungai Buloh. - Hussein Abdul Hamid

Manufacturing innocence to free
Najib, Rosmah & the court cluster...

Will Najib Razak,  who has been found guilty on seven corruption counts and sentenced to up to 12 years in prison and fined RM$210  million, go to jail for his crimes?  The appellate court approved the defense’s request to stay the conviction pending a final appeal sometime in May this year.  Until then, Najib,  will remain out on bail.  If the final appeal fails in May,  Najib would have exhausted the court process and will go to jail.

Then,  his only way forward is a pardon. Translation: If the Umno-led Barisan Nasional is in government, will  Najib Razak get a pardon?

Mr. Sultan Down South, who is now assisting the Umno-led BN in the PRN down South, will, by then, be the YDPA.  A Barisan Nasional government in Putrajaya,  in cahoots with Mr Sultan Down South as the YDPA, will, for mutual financial and political gain, be persuaded to give  Najib Razak a pardon. So…to stay out of jail and enjoy the loot from his kleptocratic ways,  Najib has to ensure that the Umno-led BN wins PRU15.

This is a work in progress that began with BN’s electoral victory in PRN Malacca. There will be another electoral victory in the Johor PRN scheduled on 12th March. And this state-to-state PRN will carry on until PRU15 takes place. Each state PRN victory by BN will strengthen BN’s chances of winning PRU15. And in the thick of it all is Najib Razak for on a BN government in Putrajaya hangs his fate, the fate of Rosmah  and the fate of the Umno court cluster.

Damm if they care about the Covid19 Pandemic. Damm the economy, damm the rakyat, damm the Malays or the other races. Islam is only a tool for them to achieve their own ends. Nothing else matters except  BN winning PRU15, for on that electoral victory hangs the fate of Najib and every other corrupt BN politician.

That is what we are all facing in PRU15. A bunch of desperate politicians wants government for all the wrong reasons. And once in government, they will be doing anything and everything they can to manufacture innocence so that they can continue to pillage and plunder our national coffers to their heart's contents.

So really guys, let us not go into the semantics of debating if Najib will or will not go to jail for his crimes.   Or, if the Umno court cluster will ever have their day in court.  Let us focus first on what is doable. We won PRU14.  Why not win  PRU15?

The state of our nation today, for the people, of the economy, and the rot in government is worse than what it was in PRU14.  We have the rakyat totally fed up and disgusted in the manner that their nation has been used to advantage the kleptocratic few. So fed up and disgusted that they would even be willing to have the Army to take over and get rid of every corrupt politician and Royals from the face of our Tanah Air. Yes, a coup d'etat! Lock them up first. Their trial can come later. And if the Army does this, they will certainly earn the gratitude of the rakyat. Once we are rid of these penyagak, penyamun and penipu,  hold a General Election to choose a government for the people, of the people, and by the people.  Enough said.  - Hussein Hamid

cheers.
