Pelancong wanita China itu dikenali sebagai Gao Huayun yang berusia dalam 20-an dari Shanghai manakala pekerja wanita hotel tersebut adalah rakyat Filipina.

'Tweet'Hishammuddin berkaitan MH370 mengundang cemuhan di media sosial...
Menurut Herald Sun News, sokongan Hishammuddin terhadap kenyataan itu boleh disifatkan sebagai penghinaan kepada keluarga penumpang MH370 yang malang itu. Turut melaporkan berita yang sama adalah akhbar Australia, The Daily Telegraph.
Seorang wartawan, Ismail Amsyar menghantar satu pesanan melalui Twitternya berkata "MH370 adalah 'blessing in disguise' kepada kita semua. Saya faham sekarang tentang cantiknya perpaduan, manisnya dapat bersama-sama."
Ia dijawab oleh Hishammuddin yang berkata: "Anda betul" yang menimbulkan perasaan tidak senang di kalangan pelbagai pihak, lapor media itu.

Susulan daripada itu, pagi ini Ismail memohon maaf sepenuh hati kerana tweets itu.
Dia juga menerima ancaman bunuh di atas talian, lapor Herald Sun.
"Saya memohon maaf di atas tweet itu. Ia tidak bermaksud untuk tidak sensitif. Terima kasih di atas ingatan," kata Ismail melalui twitternya selepas mendapat peringatan daripada seorang lagi pengguna laman sosial itu yang bernama Deniela N.
Ismail juga memohon maaf kepada Hishammuddin kerana mengheret beliau dalam isu itu.
"Kepada @Hishammuddin H20, saya memohon maaf kerana mengeheret tuan kepada ini. Tidak bermaksud begitu. Kepada semua yang lain di luar sana, sekali lagi, saya mohon maaf kerana tweet itu," tulis Ismail.
Sehingga kini, Hishammuddin tidak membuat apa-apa penjelasan mengenai isu itu namun beliau memadamkan tweet itu daripada akaun Twitternya manakala Ismail juga memadamkan tweet asalnya. - tmi
China tourist kidnapped by armed men in Sabah...
A Chinese tourist and a hotel employee have been kidnapped by armed men in Sabah, the latest in a spate of such abductions in recent years.
According to West China Metropolis Daily, the incident happened at the Singamata Reef Resort last night.
The South China Morning Post quoted the hotel manager identified only as Vicky saying that five to six armed men raided the hotel around 10.30pm yesterday and left by boat within minutes.The Chinese tourist was identified as Gao Huayun, 29, from Shanghai whereas the female hotel employee is from the Philippines.
By this morning, the newspaper said all 61 guests, 59 of them Chinese, decided to leave the resort.
Photos shared online show tourists crouching on the floor at a dining room and men in uniforms with rifles and bullet proof vests, possibly Malaysian security personnel.
It was reported that police arrived at the scene at about 11pm, after the woman was taken by boat.
A journalist from West China Metropolis Daily, who was on vacation in Semporna, was the first to break the story, which later went viral after being picked up by other Chinese dailies. A photograph of her notes (left) had also been uploaded.
According to the journalist, the tourists claimed that the armed men had also fired several shots.

minister, urging them to confirm and investigate the incident quickly.The embassy officials were on their way to the island resort, on the southeastern side of Sabah, Xinhua added.
EssCom confirms incident
Sabah police chief Hamza Taib is expected to visit Semporna on the matter and address a press conference in Kota Kinabalu at 4pm today.
An employee at the Singamata Reef Resort, contacted by Reuters, confirmed an abduction had taken place, but declined to provide details.
Kota Kinabalu-based journalists claim that police have yet to release any statement on the incident.
However, a Bernama report stated that the Eastern Sabah Security Command (EssCom) confirmed the incident.EssCom director-general Mohammad Mentek said that the abduction took place at about 10.30pm yesterday.
"We leave it to the police to conduct further investigation and provide a full report," he said.
The latest incident comes amid tension in China over Malaysia's handling of the MH370 crisis.
The government has poured millions of ringgit into beefing up security along the notorious Sabah east coast following the bloody Sulu incursion at Lahad Datu early last year.
In November last year, a Taiwanese tourist was shot dead and his wife kidnapped by armed men in Semporna.
She was later rescued by Philippines security forces in the southern Philippine island of Sulu.-mk
Hishammuddin caught in social media storm over 'insensitive' MH370 tweet...
Many netizens were shocked when the minister expressed his agreement to a tweet posted by Malaysian journalist Ismail Amsyar Mohd Said who said: “MH370 is a blessing in disguise for all of us. I understand now the beauty of unity, the sweetness of having each other...”
Six minutes later, Hishammuddin tweeted: "Right u are:) @IsmailAmsyar: #MH370 is a blessing in disguise 4"all of us. I understand now d beauty of unity& sweetness of having each other."

His reply through his Twitter handle @HishammuddinH2O shocked his followers, who questioned the appropriateness of the tweet.
Herald Sun reported that many suggested that it was insulting to the families of the 239 people on board the Malaysia Airlines passenger jet that has been missing since March 8.
Hishammuddin, who is very active on Twitter, has since removed his tweet.
Ismail, a Kuala Lumpur-based journalist with news agency Bernama, had also deleted his original tweet and has since been trying to apologise, explain and defend his intention.
He tweeted this morning that he is sorry "from the bottom of his heart" for his original tweet and claimed he got an online death threat, Herald Sun reported.
He also posted a series of tweets this morning: "Some may look at it as insensitive and I apologise for that. I have given my explanation on that tweet & those explanation weren't count."
"I got what u all meant... but i'm not being insensitive or anything. I look at them as my family and i want them back. My apology."
"I've been covering this issue since day 1. they are all my family, my Malaysian family & international family. if they hurt, so do i."
"But u guys shud see how united we are defending our country from being accused, how strong the local media dispelling -ve (negative) reports."
Ismail went on to try to convince other Twitter users to see his point, tweeting:
"Bottomline. MH370 is a catastrophe, yet th Msian solidarity & unity gushing frm the sorrow was examplary to blessing – y wsn't dis shown" (why wasn't this shown?)
"so if all of u believed i was insensitive, i apologise from the bottom of my heart. it wasn't meant to be that way."
"and @HishammuddinH2O definitely shudn't be blame."
Ismail then criticised other media organisations covering the missing plane story with tweets like:
"there r (are) a lot of other media reports that are insensitive. Do they apologise? no. did it hurt the families' feelings? yes. all of u quiet."
"y did the media said 'crashed' when our PM said "ended". u guys said 'no survivors' when PM didn't spit a word about it."
"your reports crushed our feelings, the families' feelings when they r still hoping their love ones will come back. did any of u apologise?"
Ismail also apologised to Hishammuddin for "dragging him" into the controversy.
"I hereby apology for the tweet I sent yesterday on 'blessing in disguise' and @HishammuddinH2O should not be blamed."
Hishammuddin, as Putrajaya's spokesperson throughout the crisis, has had to fend off criticism from the anguished families of passengers aboard MH370 and also international media over claims that the authorities had been giving contradictory information and also withholding certain details.
Opposition lawmakers too were upset with the minister for failing to brief them on the aircraft's disappearance.
MH370 disappeared off the radar while flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing more than three weeks ago with 227 passengers and a crew of 12.
