DAP bela TG.Nik Aziz dalam isu jenayah rogol...

DAP hari ini berkobar-kobar mempertahankan PAS ekoran tuduhan pemimpin MCA bahawa mursyidul am parti itu Datuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat membenarkan orang Islam merogol bukan Islam.

Bangkit mempertahankan Nik Aziz yang dirujuknya sebagai "Tok Guru", Anthony Loke (DAP-Rasah) menyifatkan kenyataan Naib Pengerusi Wanita MCA Heng Seah Kie yang disokong Presiden MCA Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek itu sebagai "paling biadap".

"Chua Soi Lek ialah presiden MCA yang paling biadap," katanya sambil menepuk meja.

Speaker Dewan Rakyat Pandikar Amin Mulia kemudiannya mematikan mikrofon Loke (atas) dan meminta anggota parlimen Rasah tidak membawa hujah politik luaran ke dalam dewan.

Bercakap dalam Persidangan Agung Wanita MCA di Kuala Lumpur kelmarin, Heng menuduh PAS membenarkan merogol wanita bukan Islam sekiranya mereka tidak mematuhi kod etika pakaian Islam.

Heng membuat kesimpulan itu berdasarkan video lama Mursyidul Am PAS Datuk Nik Aziz Nik Mat yang didakwa menyebut wanita patut dirogol jika tidak menutup aurat.

"Daripada ucapan Nik Aziz, kami simpulkan bahawa Nik Aziz secara terbuka meminta orang Islam merogol bukan Islam, adakah saya benar?" tanya Heng di hadapan 1,032 perwakilan.

Di Parlimen juga, sebelum itu, Dzulkefly Ahmad (PAS-Kuala Selangor) berkata, ucapan Dr Chua di AGM MCA semalam menghina Islam dan melukakan hati umat Islam.

Justeru, kata Dzulkefly, Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Razak yang hadir dalam AGM itu patu patut bertanggungjawab terhadap kenyataan Dr Chua manakala Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (Jakim) patut memberikan respons.

Beliau mempersoalkan sama ada Umno terlalu lemah sehingga MCA berani mengeluarkan kenyataan sebegitu.

Bagaimanapun, pemimpin Umno Abdul Rahman Dahlan (BN-Kota Belud) kemudiannya tampil berkata, Dr Chua hanya memberikan pandangan berhubung dasar negara dan bukan menghina Islam.- malaysiakini

Dalam Diam2 Najib Buka Ruang MCA Balun Undang-Undang Islam...

Sikap berdiam diri dan enggan memberi sebarang komen Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Razak sebenarnya membuka ruang kepada MCA menghina undang-undang Islam di negara ini.

Ketua Penerangan PAS Pusat, Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man(gambar,bawah) berkata, kenyataan Presiden MCA, Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek mengenai hukum hudud dianggap keterlaluan dan boleh menimbulkan keadaan tidak tenteram serta kemarahan umat Islam di negara ini.

Sewajarnya Chua tidak mencampuri urusan agama Islam kerana jelas dia tidak memahami hukum Allah itu.

“Saya rasa keceluparannya ini berpunca daripada tindakan Umno khususnya Perdana Menteri yang langsung tidak membuat sebarang komen dan kritikan,” katanya ketika dihubungi TVSelangor di sini hari ini.

Tuan Ibrahim mengulas kenyataan Chua dalam Perhimpunan Agung MCA bahawa lapan daripada 11 negara yang mengamalkan hukum hudud dianggap sebagai antara negara paling korup, tidak stabil dan tidak selamat selain dakwaannya seramai 1.2 juta rakyat Malaysia akan kehilangan kerja sekiranya PAS melaksanakan hudud di negara ini.

“Dia (Chua) harus faham dalam Islam undang-undang jenayah syariah bukan hanya hudud tetapi ada hukum kifah dan takzir. Sesuatu yang tidak tertakluk di bawah hudud maka ia akan masuk di bawah hukum Qisas dan Ta’zir

“Seolah-olah bila seseorang disabitkan dalam kesalahan hudud kalau tak cukup syarat maka dia bebas tetapi sebenarnya bukan bebas. Kalau tidak cukup syarat hudud, dia akan dihukum di bawah hukum ta’zir dan ta’zir juga adalah satu hukuman yang berat,” ujarnya.

Menyentuh mengenai dakwaan Naib Pengerusi Wanita MCA, Heng Seai Kie bahawa PAS menbenarkan merogol wanita bukan Islam sekiranya mereka tidak mematuhi kod etika pakaian Islam, Tuan Ibrahim berkata Heng tidak memahami apa diucapkan Mursyidul Am PAS, Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat berhubung perkara itu dan tidak kaitan langsung.

Katanya, dalam kempen menutup aurat satu masa dulu Nik Abdul Aziz dalam ucapannya mengingatkan wanita atau lelaki Islam supaya menutup aurat.

“Cuma Nik Aziz kata peningkatan kadar jenayah rogol itu di antaranya kadang-kadang disebabkan faktor pakaian yang menjolok mata, yang menghairahkan dan sebagainya. 

Bukan bermakna membolehkan orang Islam merogol orang bukan Islam. Tiada kena mengena langsung kenyataan beliau (Heng) itu,” katanya.- selangorku

DAP defends PAS on MCA's 'rape' attack...

DAP today took to Parliament to make a spirited defense of its partner PAS against MCA's accusation that the Islamic party's spiritual leader Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat was inciting Muslims to rape non-Muslims.

Taking up the issue, Anthony Loke (DAP-Rasah) launched a broadside against MCA for the allegation.

"What was said by (MCA president) Chua Soi Lek, that he agreed with senator Heng (Seah Kie) about Tok Guru (Nik Aziz), as if PAS encouraged Muslims to rape non-Muslim women... this statement is the most biadap (insolent) statement.

"Chua Soi Lek is the most biadap president in MCA," he said as he slammed the table.

Alarmed by this, Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia turned off Loke’s microphone, and urged the MPs not to bring political arguments into the house.

"Don't do that, don't drag politics outside (into here) or else I will not call yang berhormat (to debate) to anymore," Pandikar said.

MCA Wanita chief Heng (right, in photo) had made the rape allegation during her party’s annual general assembly meeting (AGM) on Saturday, based on an old video of Nik Aziz.

However, the opposition had claimed Nik Aziz was quoted out of context.

'Najib responsible for Chua's statement'

Earlier, Dzulkefly Ahmad (PAS-Kuala Selangor) said Chua's speech at MCA's AGM yesterday was insulting to Islam and hurtful to Muslims.

"It was hurtful to Muslims when they saw the insults made by the party on that day, they (MCA) are so desperate to garner racial support that they are willing to insult Islam in such a way," he said.

As such, Dzulkefly said Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, who was present at the AGM (left), must take responsibility for his lieutenant Chua's remarks and the Islamic Development Department (Jakim) should respond accordingly.

"Is Umno so weak that MCA would dare make suck attacks, this is very embarrassing for (the national) religion in this country," he said.

 
Yesterday, Chua had said that based on international examples, countries that practiced hudud law were corrupt and had poor security.

At this, Abdul Rahman Dahlan (BN-Kota Belud) described Chua's speech as a "qualified statement".

"He was not talking about Islam... you must remember the constituents he was talking to are supporters who were Chinese.

"He merely gave his view on government policies and not Islam, he did not insult Islam, he merely stated that (some) countries, there was something wrong with the government," he said.

Abdul Rahman (right) cheekily added that perhaps those countries had implemented PAS' version of hudud law.

The tit-for-tat eventually descended into a shouting match between half dozen MPs with voices being heard from BN's side accusing PAS of failing to keep DAP chairperson Karpal Singh in check for his statements against hudud.

Pandikar then sought to rein in the MPs, stating: "Enough, enough... you can bring this in cyberspace, blogs, Facebook, enough, don't do it here, get on with the speech".- malaysiakini

 

Non-Muslims prefer God-fearing PAS, not MCA or UMNO...

 
Former Health minister and Johor PKR chairman Chua Jui Meng (right) has told off MCA over its current campaign against PAS, saying its fixation on the issue of Islamic laws on Muslims showed it was devoid of issues of concern to the community.

"It is a pity that, after 55 years, the MCA today has only one issue for Malaysia and the Chinese community – hudud," said Chua, who is also a former vice president of the Chinese-only party.

In a bit to regain support among the Chinese voters, MCA led by its president Dr Chua Soi Lek has recently stepped up attacks on PAS. In some of its latest tirades, he argued that some 1.2 million jobs, many of which are in the vice industry, could be lost if Pakatan Rakyat came to power.

The BN component party has made PAS's plan to implement Islamic criminal laws for serious crimes, or hudud, on Muslims in Kelantan as its prime target, telling non-Muslim voters that a vote for DAP was a vote for PAS.

PKR's Chua however said the current rhetoric against PAS would fail to scare away the Chinese from the Islamic party.

"The majority of Malaysian Chinese today would rather support PAS than MCA or UMNO which is helmed by non-God-fearing leaders," he told Harakahdaily.

"No God-fearing individual, and that includes true Muslims, will choose the devil," Chua added, referring to former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's call on Malaysians to vote for Barisan Nasional, which he described as the "devil we know".

"After 55 years of corrupt rule, there must be change. This time we must change," he stressed.

'Most insolent'

Meanwhile, DAP's Youth chief termed MCA's attack on PAS Murshidul Am Tuan Guru Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat as "insolent".

Speaking at the Dewan Rakyat today, Anthony Loke (left) slammed the MCA president for defending a claim by the party's women wing that Nik Aziz encouraged the rape of non-Muslim women.

"I feel this is the most insolent statement by MCA. Chua is the most insolent president," he said.

Heng Seai Kie, vice-head of MCA's women wing, citing an advice by Nik Aziz in 2008 that women should dress decently and thereby avoid sexual exploitation by men, recently told MCA's general assembly that Nik Aziz condoned rape.-harakahdaily
