UMNO Youth after Karpal's blood.....

DAP chairman and Bukit Gelugor Karpal Singh was confronted by a group of Selangor Pemuda Umno members at the Parliament tower block this afternoon. The shouting session culminated in a scuffle with the Segambut member Lim Lip Eng having his shirt tugged.

The group had been waiting at the parliament tower for Karpal and as soon as he arrived they surrounded him and started heckling him over his warning to Pemuda Umno yesterday.

He accused Umno Youth of having sent him two bullets while debating the Royal Address.

"Where did the celaka Pemuda Umno fellows get the bullets?" he had asked while pronouncing himself not afraid.

This afternoon, Karpal's aide finding his boss surrounded immediately summoned help and several DAP members came to the rescue.

They immediately got into a shouting session with the youth and that is when Lim's shirt was tugged.

However, by then the House security had summoned police help and the Karpal was escorted into the lobby.

BNBBC chief Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing who came to the tower building immediately condemned the Pemuda action.

"This is not the way. In politics there are bound to be people who provoke. We have to accept that this part and parcel of politics," he said.

Tiong lamented the security arrangement in the parliament and called on the Dewan Rakyat to immediately tighten arrangement.

In the chamber, Karpal and DAP members immediately raised a stink and demanded to know how the group could have made it into the compound and wait for Karpal.

Chong Chieng Jen (DAP-Bandar Kuching) said that they have been waiting since morning.

"What security is the House providing," he asked speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia.

Pandikar Amin said he will have to investigate but assured members everything was done to protect them.

"I am disabled but not intimidated by this. The police were there and they just watched," he said.

Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said not agreeing with Karpal was not an excuse to get physical with him.

"We must come up with a ruling that all parliamentarians must be protected," he said.

Sekalipun Karpal Singh memang suka mencari pasal, PAS dan kebanyakan penyokong Pakatan Rakyat faham bahawa Karpal mewakili sebahagian suara kecil pengundi yang memang selama ini tidak puas hati dengan pelbagai isu. Dalam negara demokrasi, kita tidak sewajarnya menggunakan kekerasan sesuka hati.

Sebelum ini, UMNO cuba memprovokasi Tok Guru Nik Aziz dengan menzalimi dan menyiksa anaknya dengan memasukkan anaknya ke dalam ISA. Sekiranya Tok Guru Nik Aziz ketika itu mengarahkan penyokong PAS untuk mengangkat senjata dan berjihad, nescaya akan berlaku pertumpahan darah dari Kedah hingga ke Johor.

Sekiranya Anwar sewaktu reformasi dahulu mengarahkan penyokongnya mengangkat senjata menentang kezaliman BN, nescaya bergelimpangan mati penyokong UMNO dan golongan yang menentang UMNO.Tetapi, atas kebijaksanaan kepimpinan Pakatan Rakyat, kaedah aman digunapakai.

Ini berbeza dengan Najib dan UMNO suka benar mengugut bunuh. Nampaknya, UMNO sudah memulakan operasinya.........

This is getting out of control.The fact that the police should have chased away these intruders, but amazingly, even the police did not know how much of a breach of security happened. This thuggish and samseng attitude cannot be tolerated.

What would have happened if someone threw a C4 or attack with a parang?

I'm sure these UMNO youths will be let off with just a tap on their back. No action will be taken at all just like in the Lingam video case all marked NFA(No Further Action)
