Anwar was charged with having committed sodomy with Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan under Section 377B of the Penal Code on June 26 between 3.01pm and 4.30pm at Unit 11-5-1 Desa Damansara Condo in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. According to Anwar’s lawyers, Section 377B refers to consensual sex, not assault.Anwar asked “If it is consensual(suka sama suka), why was I the only one being charged? If it is consensual, both should be charged,”
In his 28th June 2008 police report Saiful is alleged to have complained.........

So how did "tanpa kerelaan saya" become "dengan kerelaan saya?"
Syed Hamid Albar says Saiful cannot be charged with consensual sex as he is the “complainant” - is that how it works? Btw, consensual means both participated willingly, right? Since Saiful said he was “forced”, can they charge him with making a false report?
Did the latest posting by Raja Petra on Dr.Osman's SD gave a new twist to the charged sheet? Dont you think that consensual act is rather hard to prove against force sodomy?

mungkin saiful insaf kemudiannya. Persoalannya pulak kalau dia insaf pun tentulah dakwaan patut dikenakan. Kita ambil contoh seorang perompak bank dah pun merompak kemudian rasa menyesal lalu membuat pengakuan(laporan) kpd polis ttg perbuatannya. Salah ttp salah, dakwaan pun mesti di buat ke atasnya. Logikan? Tapi konspirator2 ni memang iqnya tahap kelas 3..itupun x leh nak pikiq. bodoh x leh diajaq. Kalau duit dah jadi tuhan benda pelik pun boleh buat walau nam,pak bodoh.
