Skandal tunai SRC ala Pak Man Telo...

Skim cepat kaya digunakan

- mk

Is our Attorney General too lazy,
or just acting dumb...

Due to worldwide scrutiny over Swiss AG’s investigations regarding the billions of money swindled by the people behind 1MDB, its office in Switzerland had issued a media release pertaining the progress of the said investigation.

What was told is quite alarming. Basically, it had yet to obtain the mutual legal assistance it had requested back in January 2016 in order to finally charge and apprehend the crooks. It seems our Attorney General office had been sleeping on the job for 10 months now. Is there a dereliction of duty by the Attorney General? We shall await with bated breath to hear his ridiculous excuse, soon.

Singapore authorities were quick to give evidence to help the Swiss to nail the crooks that had stolen our money. But our own authorities (namely our own AG, whose salary is paid by us the taxpayers), is dragging his feet. No wonder we are the laughing stock of the world.

People in the position of power can simply steal money and some, can simply keep millions of ringgit in their own home!

But this is normal. We are a kleptocracy anyway. A country where its purportedly muslim leaders have no shame in stealing from the people. Mind you, SRC’s money was actually from Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen (KWAP). RM4 billion of it was put in SRC. It’s the people’s money.

God gave you such small benefit in this world, and a little bit responsibility as an honest leader. But if you still could not manage to safeguard this duty, then you are worse than a greedy pig.

Unless of course you have no religion to fall back on.

Why do you persist in bringing shame to this country? Behind all your titles, are you people really just a bunch of failed human beings? - jebatmustdie

The Swiss are clearly frustrated. Which is why they have made this Media Release. Malulah Malaysia. The Swiss say that Malaysia HAS NOT YET cooperated with their request for MLA.

Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) has again requested mutual legal assistance from the Malaysian authorities. OAG’s initial request of January 2016, which is still pending.

Alamak ! Malulah. Initial request of January 2016 still pending.

Then read this. Singapore has extended full cooperation, par excellence :

The OAG has confirmed receipt, to its full satisfaction, of the evidence requested in April 2016 from the authorities in Singapore via mutual legal assistance.

MO1 kata dia tak takut siapa pun kecuali Allah.  Tapi Malaysian Civil Service pula macam tak takut Allah pun. Why the hell do you waste your time?  Its a waste of time. Lebih baik duduk rumah, tengok drama TV Tiga Suku, garu teloq.

You have to redeem yourselves. You have to dissociate yourselves from the thieves and their crooked protectors.- ostb

Konfom Utusan Meloya kaki putaq alam...

Utusan Malaysia has expressed regret over an article which linked former opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim to the incursion in Lahad Datu, Sabah.  The Umno-owned daily must also publish the expression of regret either on page two or three within two weeks.

Following this, Anwar agreed to an amicable settlement with regard to the defamation suit he filed against the newspaper.- mk

Ali Tonggek Juboq dan Jamal Tongkoi dah bermusuh2an...

Selalu orang tulis tentang 'hero tak didendang' (unsung hero) kali ni aku nak tulis tentang kisah 'machai tak didendang' (unsung machai) pula.

Pergaduhan Jamal dan Ali ni mula diketahui ramai selepas Ali Tonggeng buat laporan polis mendakwa Jamal Samseng ugut nak tembak dia beberapa bulan lepas.

- milosuam

Dr M: Agong did not tell me to shut-up...

Dr Mahathir Mohamad has refused to reveal details of what transpired during his audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on Sept 15, but admitted that he failed to convince the ruler.

Responding to questions on this, the former premier said the ruler and him had a long discussion when he submitted the 1.2 million signatures of the Citizens Declaration calling for action against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

"He (the Agong) questioned me about provisions of the law. In the end, I could not convince him... He (the Agong) didn't say anything, he just said that he is not prepared," he told reporters.

Dr. Mahathir refused to elaborate on what the ruler said as it was mentioned in confidence, but reiterated that the Agong declined to heed their request.

"What we requested can't be implemented... maybe he thinks he has no power," he added.

Asked if the Agong had advised him regarding his conduct, Mahathir replied: "No, no advice. He did not tell me to shut-up or anything like that."

Mahathir claimed that the ruler did not question the legitimacy of the declaration, nor state that it was an unconstitutional act.

The former premier also dismissed Najib’s allegation that he acted beyond the law.

"What I did was not wrong, the ruler need not only listen to the PM. Unlike what Najib said that I went beyond the law... the Agong has the right to appoint the PM.. power to appoint includes power to dismiss.

"What I did was not outside the (federal) constitution. It’s obvious that the rulers have the power, which was why we appealed to them.

"Unfortunately, we could not get a positive answer but we have to pursue this," he said.

Emphasising that the rulers are responsible for the fate of the people, Mahathir revealed that letters have been sent to the various rulers to consider the appeal to take action against Najib.

"We want to know if the rulers have an opinion on 1MDB and the (US Department of Justice) DOJ lawsuits," he added. - mk
