Meluat tengok pemimpin DAP buka puasa dgn.muslimin...

Haram jadah sungguh. DAP musuh Islam. PAN (Parti Amanah Negara - AMANAH) PKR macai DAP!!"  Baca seterusnya...

PAS leader expresses disgust over
DAP reps at 'buka puasa' do...

A grassroots PAS leader's denouncement of DAP leaders attending break fast events has struck former allies with nostalgia for "old PAS". Gombak PAS chief Salehhuddin Nasir had on Facebook yesterday said he was "disgusted by the sight of DAP leaders breaking fast with Muslims".

Islamic scholar and PKR Youth leader Wan Ji Wan Hussin said the posting showed how PAS' approach towards non-Muslims today differs from before, and could bring disrepute to Islam.

"Before PAS was at forefront of dakwah (spreading Islam). On the basis of dakwah, PAS had strongly encouraged non-Muslims to approach Muslims, but PAS today is different.

"Before, the PAS president said non-Muslims have the right to reject hudud and they are not compelled to follow Islamic teachings.

"Today, there are PAS leaders who accuse Muslims of being anti-Islam for disagreeing with PAS," Wan Ji, who heads PKR Youth's religious bureau, told Malaysiakini.

Sallehhuddin in a scathing Facebook posting said: "I am disgusted at the sight of DAP leaders breaking fast with Muslims. What a nuisance, when at other times they hold alcohol parties and masturbation fests. Bas***ds.

"For Muslims, Allah has stated (in the Quran, verse 6 of the Kafirun chapter) 'for you is your religion, and for me is my religion'.

"Sorry, I don't need sufist views here. DAP is the enemy of Islam. Parti Amanah Negara and PKR are DAP lackeys," he said.

The statement was made amid calls from a Penang Muslim NGO to bar DAP secretary-general and Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng from joining breaking fast events, because he is allegedly anti-Islam.

However, Wan Ji said PAS should not be equated with Islam or the word of God as it is just an organisation.

"So those who disagree with PAS are not anti-Islam," he said.

He added that non-Muslims should not be given the impression that Muslims are against them, or that violent acts like that perpetrated by the Islamic State is acceptable in Islam.

'Forgive them'

Meanwhile, Amanah Youth vice-chief Shazni Munir Mohd Ithnin said grassroots PAS leaders may be emboldened to make such remarks publicly following the brusque approach of top leadership off late.

"No action was taken on the mid-level leaders who said those who oppose the amendments to the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act (Act 355) should be buried in a jirat (Northern Malay slay for Chinese cemetery). This makes it worse," he said referring to a recent viral video.

In the video, a PAS member who was speaking in Kedah said those against Act 355 amendments should be buried in a jirat. Even so, Shazni Munir said even the most pious can lose rational thinking when posting on social media.

"I think it is best we forgive such remarks (on social media), especially in this month of Ramadan," he said.

When contacted, Selangor PAS commissioner Sallehen Mukhyi said he will speak to Salehhuddin to get an explanation over the posting.

"I cannot comment first, as this could lead to conflict. Let me contact him first," he told Malaysiakini. The portal has contacted Salehhuddin for comment.- mk

Pasai apa Guan Eng saja dilarang berbuka puasa...

Tindakan JMPP tak wakili
semua umat Islam...

Bigoted to tell Guan Eng
to skip ‘buka puasa’ events...

It is bigoted to tell Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng to skip breaking of fast events, said think-tank Centre for a Better Tomorrow (Cenbet).

Joining celebrations of those from different racial and religious backgrounds is a tradition in Malaysia’s plural society, Cenbet committee member Derek Low said.

“Malaysians from different backgrounds should be encouraged to take part in the festivities of other communities to enhance interracial understanding.

“This is pertinent at a time of heightened tensions among those from different backgrounds.

“Asking the Penang CM to stay away from ‘buka puasa’ events is uncalled for and smacks of racial superiority,” he said in a statement.

Jaringan Muslimin Pulau Pinang last Friday held a demonstration alleging Lim of being “anti-Islam” and urging him to skip breaking of fast feasts until he converts to Islam.

“You don’t need to ‘buka puasa’ because you are anti-Islam,” the group’s chairperson Mohd Hafiz Noordin said.

Low said this “misses the point” of non-Muslims joining the breaking fast feast.

“Non-Muslims joining Muslims to break fast is an act of reaching out and of simply being Malaysian.

“Fasting and breaking of fast is practiced in many cultures and one need not be Muslim in order to fast and break fast,” he said.

He also condemned the physical assault of Lim’s special officer Zaidi Ahmad, who had interjected to rebut the protesters’ claims against the state government.

“This incident came in the wake of numerous similar cases throughout the nation and signals the country’s growing intolerance as extremism creeps into the fabric of this nation,” Low said.

Despite video evidence of being slapped, Zaidi said he will not lodge a police report nor take action against the elderly man who assaulted him.

Last week, filmmaker David Teo was slapped by comedian Sulaiman Yassin during a dialogue with Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, prompting a public outcry.

Sulaiman had slapped Teo for allegedly being rude to Najib.

The incident was streamed live online. - mk

- un-Islamic to forbid non-Muslims from joining Muslims in breaking fast, Penang councillor said today.
- assured Muslims and non-Muslims not wrong for non-Muslims to join Muslims in buka puasa
- responding to Jaringan Moronimin Pulau Pinang that non-Muslims should not break fast together with Muslims.
- his statement was against Islamic teachings
- condemned incident info chief was slapped by demonstrators
- bad image to Islam as they had acted violently

Bad image to Islam?? Thats an understatement. Does Islam have an image at all?

Nearly all the food supplies that are used to cook the buka puasa food is ultimately supplied by non Muslims. Go up the supply chain and there is always a non Muslim involved.

This must be a very Islamic thing to do because no Muslim has complained about it.

So if it is ok to buy food supplies from the non Muslims? But not ok (for the morons) to eat the same food with the non Muslims?

I can see the non Muslims trying to recall how to shake their heads in wonder. I think they must have stopped shaking their heads a long, long time ago.

It cannot be Islamic to be so stupid. - ostb

Why did Najib shift attention from
South China Sea to Indian Ocean...

Three years ago, Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 along with 239 passengers disappeared while flying above the South China Sea. It is widely believed that the aircraft crashed into the southern Indian Ocean, but there are is much evidence and analysis that does not lend itself to this established theory.

Early on 8 March 2014, Fight MH370 (Boeing 777-200ER), heading from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, disappeared. The incident has almost faded into oblivion as the unsuccessful search for the aircraft culminated in January of this year.

What Happened to Our Loved Ones?

For people who lost family members in the incident, however, this case is far from closed.

There was a passenger on the MH370 named Chandrika Sharma from Chennai, India. She was an executive of the International Collective in Support of Fish workers (ICSF), and was heading to Mongolia for a conference.

Until moments before departure Chandrika was talking with her husband Narendran about their plans to build a dream house in the Nilgiri Hills. They had also planned a family trip to Europe with their daughter upon Chandrika’s return.

“It has been 3 years since the incident, but the sorrow of my wife’s disappearance is still fresh in my mind,” Narendran told The Liberty. “Every day I feel the difficulties of facing reality. Victim’s families cannot move on without clear information on what exactly happened to the plane.”

Malaysian authorities explain that the flight made a sudden turn-around above the South China Sea and flew in the opposite direction from the planned route before crashing into the southern Indian Ocean. The search of the southern Indian Ocean was called off without any results.

Families responded at the March memorial gathering in Malaysia this year, demanding the recommencement of investigations. Later that month in South Carolina, U.S.A., families filed a lawsuit against the Malaysian government and Boeing.

More and more voices are demanding the truth behind the incident, while Malaysia Airlines and government authorities continue to refuse to disclose information regarding MH370.

What Happened to MH370 on That Day?

Let us review what we know about Flight MH370 and things related to it up and until January of this year.

Flight MH370, which departed Kuala Lumpur airport at 0:41am on 8 March 2014, was steady on its course until around 1:21am, 40 minutes after takeoff. This was when the aircraft disappeared from the radar of Malaysian air traffic control and Thailand’s military radar almost simultaneously.

What was strange was Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak’s reaction. He held the first press conference on the 15th, one week after the disappearance of the aircraft, and suggested the possibility that the plane was hijacked or there were problems with the pilot. After this, the press began spreading groundless theories such as the pilot had wanted to commit suicide, or that it must have been a terrorist incident. Various theories on what happened to MH370 have spread all over the world. Continue Reading...

Opposition Grand Coalition
Can KO Barisan...

According to news report on the celebration of UMNO’s 71 anniversary, Prime Minister Najib has teased the UMNO supporters by asking if he should dissolve Parliament as early as the next day.

Well, some observers see it as a sign that he is very confident of a victory and that he may call for an election soon. However, there are two sayings which he needs to be reminded.

One is the old saying – “Pride goes before a fall”

The other is a quote attributed to Harold Washington, the first African-American elected as Mayor of Chicago. “Let’s not be overconfident, we still have to count the votes.”

BN sponsored analysts who dominate the official media have been saying that BN has more than the required number of votes to win the next election by a comfortable margin. In fact, some are so confident that they are assuring BN of a more than two thirds majority. Because these analysts are tied to the BN money machine, this message of a big BN victory will be drummed into our heads for the next few months.

But is this big BN victory a sure thing?

Going by my knowledge of politics in Ipoh and Perak, I wish to differ. - Koon Yew Yin

For those of you who do not know him, Mr Koon Yew Yin(pix, above) is Malaysia's version of Warren Buffet. Warren Buffet was once the richest man in the US. He is still among the Top 3 beside Bill Gates and one more.  Warren Buffet is a savvy stock market investor in the US.

Koon Yew Yin is also a very successful stock market investor with a networth that runs into the hundreds of millions of Ringgit (or more).  Yesterday he was at an event at Hotel Istana. Despite being a multi-millionaire (if not a billionaire) Mr Koon arrived by LRT.

When will the elections be held?  Its all about making people feel good. There will be a hype up over Bulan Puasa from May 27 till about June 26th. The Civil Servants will be treated to makan tak habis type 'gomen sponsored' Buka Puasa.  Make them feel 'kenyang'.

The stock market may see a Ramadhan Rally - to make the Chinese happy as well. There are few or no more Malay investors ("punters")  in the Stock Market. There will be a big boost up over Hari Raya (June 26th).  Possibly PLUS will be told to give huge Toll Discounts over the Hari Raya holidays. (Of course they can claim it back from the gomen).

Throughout July,  after Hari Raya,  there will be one month of Syawal Open Houses (from June 26 till July 25th)  to make the Civil Servants happy.   This year will see an overflow of feasting in the Month of Syawal at Minister's and Ministry 'open houses'.

Come August, there will be more "feel good" for the 60th Merdeka Celebrations. It will be one month of flag waving, chest thumping and butt kissing. The SEA Games will also be held around this time (19th - 20th August). More opportunities to pump up the "feel good".

The "feel good" will peak at the Budget 2018 which will be tabled in October. Many goodies will be given out,  taxes cut,  taxes and duties on cars will be cut (since Proton has been sold to Geely) causing a significant drop in car prices (thank you in advance).

Since "feel good" is very expensive and the "feel good" can disappear very quickly without money, they will likely dissolve Parliament just after the October Budget.

Time is not on their side. As more time passes, things are getting worse for the Malays. The Elders talked about seeing a Malay family of five eating white rice and sharing two pieces of chicken.

Mr Koon Yew Yin is correct. They will be kicked out. - ostb

Proton, berakhirnya sebuah legacy...

Image result for proton saga kereta nasional mahathir bawa lalu jambatan penang

1. Proton has been sold. It has been sold to foreigners.

2. They say Proton is my brainchild. Now the child of my brain has been sold.

3. Yes. I am sad. I can cry. But the deed is done. Proton can no longer be national. No national car now. We Malaysians are glad to be rid of this pesky car. I am sure Proton will do well. It will be a commercial success. It will be sold all over the world. The Proton name will be everywhere.

4. It will be like Singapore. Malaysians are proud of this great city-state. If it had not been sold it would be, perhaps, as well developed as Kuala Kedah or Kuala Perlis. Then we cannot be proud of Singapore.

5. Now we can be proud of Proton. With money and superior technology it will compete with Rolls Royce and Bentley.

6. But I cannot be proud of its success. I cannot be proud of the success of something that does not belong to me or my country. Maybe other Malaysians will, but not me. Come to think of it, if our country is sold to others, to the very rich people of other countries, I am sure our country will become well developed too. It can even be a fully developed country – exceeding the expectations of Vision 2020.

7. It will be a great country with super highways, high-speed rail (HSR), gleaming skyscrapers, shining new towns, beautifully landscaped and lighted. But I can’t be proud! Can I be proud to be living on the fringes of this great country so well developed by the buyers.

8. I will die soon. I am already beyond average age. And as I slip into my final years, or month or days, I will watch as our beloved country is sold to foreigners to settle the trillion Ringgits that we owe. We will have to sell more and more of our country.

9. What are our assets? Our land of course!! That was what we did in the past. We sold chunks of our country. We lost the land we sold. That is what we are doing now. And that will be what we will have to do – or forfeit our country; like we forfeit Proton.

10. Proton the child of my brain has been sold. It is probably the beginning of the great sell-out. The process is inexorable. No other way can we earn the billions to pay our debts. The only way is to sell our assets. And eventually we will lose our country, a great country no doubt, but owned by others.

11. I am a sissy. I cry even if Malaysians are dry-eyed. My child is lost. And soon my country.

12. Please excuse me. - chedet

Proton Bukan Projek Nasional Lagi...

Proton bukan lagi projek pendayaan ekonomi tetapi hanyalah sebuah perniagaan biasa. Jadi adalah wajar status nasionalnya ditarik balik. Apatah lagi majoriti sahamnya kini milik orang asing.

Baca seterusnya...
