Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has snubbed a challenge posed by
opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim to disclose all his bank accounts for
public scrutiny, saying that he has nothing to do with the issue.
Responding to Anwar’s call last week for him to disclose his accounts, and then Anwar would follow suit, Muhyiddin said he was not the character who is accused of amassing RM3 billion cash, assets and funds in his accounts and thus should not be subjected to such a challenge.
He said he was merely commenting on the issue when a reporter asked him.
“(Anwar) is being accused, not me. It has nothing to do with me, why should I disclose my accounts?” he said at a press conference in Sungai Besi today.
"I don't have that kind of money," he added.
Meanwhile, he downplayed PKR's assertion that the opposition will be able to win 110 seats based on a survey recently.
"Maybe they are conducting a psychological war, so that people will feel like they are supporting the winning side.
"They declare to the public that they can win, in order to garner support," he said.
Muhyiddin added that BN understands its strengths and weaknesses and will not be frightened by such surveys.
"They can have their survey, we can also have ours," he said. - malaysiakini

As a DPM u should not comment on something based on heresay!! u must have at least some basic standard but in this case u blew yourself up! Anonymous_3ff5 - DPM started it all by telling DSAI to explain on the the 20 accounts to which ACA/SPRM investigation already cleared and close case. DPM should accept DSAI's challenge if he has nothing to hide. But instead he blamed the reporter for asking him to comment on the issue. It only prove how irresponsible for him as DPM to blame the reporter when at best he can respond as "no comment" just as when asked to respond on the scopene case.

Based on this refusal it would appear that it is Muhyiddin who has something to hide and not Anwar.

the rakyat more so now would like all members of parliament their spouses included to declare all assets and whatever forms of wealth acquired be declared as how, where and when basis.agreed nothing less with anon.1:22:00am.
