Dont expect miracles in the Razak Baginda case...

If U guys think that the high profile case of Razak Baginda will explode with more splendour and excitements with the revelation by the Altantuya’s cousin,Burmaa Oyunchimeg, that caused an uproar in the Shah Alam court, in the coming weeks,U guys may be disappointed with the upcoming chain of events to follow soon. The much said photo may not be produced in court.

The uproar in the court recently clearly shows that the prosecution will go all out to stop any reference to Najib Razak. DPP Majid Tun Hamzah vehemtly protested against it,while the word "irrelevant" is being used in the same note that was used by Justice Paul Agustine during the Anwar Ibrahim trial but the only difference its the prosecution thats using it frequently now.

Meanwhile, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak will not issue any statement on the claim by a witness linking the picture of the deputy prime minister in the ongoing murder trial of Mongolian beauty Altantuya Shaariibuu at the Shah Alam High Court as it could be sub judice to the case. His press secretary Datuk Tengku Sarifuddin Tengku Ahmad, however, said Najib was maintaining his statements made several times before that he had never met or known Altantuya, 28, and was not involved in the case.

The very fact that the prosecution stooped as low as it could in order to win by hook or crook in the Anwar Ibrahim case, where the prosecution twist and turn, changes the goalpost from time to time to ensure it's victory, isnt that suprising to us at all. What's more when the "orang nombor dua" is about to get his head chop off?

How this case going to to end,its anyone guess, but as far as I am concern,I will keep my finger cross. Who says that the prosecution isnt vulnerable? History has proven that prosecution cannot alway win cases all the time as seen in the Eric Chia case, the prosecution has proven time and again that they can lose a case if they want to.But will they do that, when the nation reputation is at stake? or what's more, when the country's number two man is about to be implicated here?

Your guess is as good as mine.

cheers
