Adun Pelabuhan Klang keluar PKR & sokong UMNO.......

Port Klang assemblyman Badrul Hisham Abdullah has quit PKR, citing a loss of faith in the party leadership, in a move that could spark a crisis in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) state government. He did not say if he would be joining Umno or any other political party, but he asserted that he would not relinquish his state seat.

His announcement comes just hours after Selangor Mentri besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim had said he wanted the lawmaker to resign as assemblyman for non-performance.
Badrul Hisham won the Port Klang state seat in Election 2008 with 12,397 votes against Barisan Nasional’s Roselinda Abdul Jamil who got 7,990 votes and independent Nazir Mansor with 580.

Early this month, Khalid had said he would decide on Badrul Hisham’s status by the end of October. Speculation had been rife for months now that Badrul Hisham planned to defect to Umno and controversy has plagued the first-term lawmaker since the general election last year due to complaints by voters in his constituency that he was never around and could not be contacted.

1Perak - DUN sitting under police supervision........

MB Zambry Abd Kadir began the budget speech. There is still no sign of opposition members.

Outside the building, however, there is drama.

A police team led by Ipoh OCCI Anthony Glenn has been accused of blocking the Pakatan reps from entering the House several times and of roughing up some of them

Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin told reporters that they were blocked even before they could take the lift.

Sivakumar claimed that the police had grabbed his songkok, but did not succeed in taking away his robe.

The reps re-entered the building after the press conference, but Sivakumar re-emerged with Jalong rep Leong Mee Meng - this time, he was not wearing the robe.

"They grabed my robe and beat up a few reps inside the building" he claimed. Nga Kor Ming alleges Chief Inspector Khairul hit his genitals.Sivakumar came out for less than a minute alleging that the police manhandled him and removed the speaker’s robes he was wearing. He went back in after claiming that several Pakatan assemblymen were also manhandled by police.

FRU instructs media and public to get behind police line 50m away. Eight PAS members led by Ustaz Azli Musa pray outside DAP headquarters located opposite the SUK building.

Ganesan began with announcements, stressing the ban on the use of visual recording devices and mobile phones in the House. The SAA are authorised to confiscate these.

He said the number of SAA has been increased - at least 22 are in the House - to prevent a repeat of the ruckus on May 7.

Masihkah rakyat membenci UMNO/BN?

Ingat, PR buka

Hanya Sdr. Anwar Ibrahim,Tuan Hj.Hadi Awang dan Sdr.Lim Kit Siang tahu jawapannya.

Apakah PR begitu selesa setakat nak jadi pembangkang semata-mata?

Over to you Pakatan Rakyat...........

Seandainya 40% undi Melayu diperolehi...

Seandainya Pakatan Rakyat meretak...

Logik Wong begini.

In 1Malaysia challenging legislative proceedings in court - not OK for gomen but OK for opposition....

The High Court said that it has no right to interfere in the business done in parliament. The High Court ruled today that legislative proceedings cannot be challenged in court, in a decision which appears to go against an earlier Federal Court ruling. The Court ruled that the constitution was supreme and that it cannot question proceedings of the Dewan Rakyat.

But in April 2009, the Federal Court panel of Augustine Paul, Alauddin Mohd Sheriff, Arifin Zakaria, Nik Hashim Nik Ab. Rahman, and Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin was willing to depart from this precedent, which gives respect to the doctrine of separation of powers in a case between ousted Perak Speaker V Sivakumar and Barisan Nasional assemblymen in Perak.

In that case the Federal Court ruled Sivakumar did not have the power to suspend Datuk Zambry Abd Kadir, the MB, and six BN executive council members from attending the state assembly.

In the case of Gobind Singh Deo today, the High Court appeared to be returning to that doctrine.

When it comes to Perak Dewan Undangan Negeri, it can over rule what transpired in it.

source:malaysia insider

The Appeal Court ruling was indeed to clear the way for the seven UMNO Adun to attend the state assembly and head off attempts to mount a no-confidence vote against the Perak BN gomen. In other words, the court then acted such, in order to legalise an illegal BN gomen.

Tian Chua,MP Batu - 6 month jail and RM3,000 fine.......

When you are caught and been carried away like a bag of rice, what will you do.....struggle...... so did Tian Chua, the MP for Batu. Today he was fined RM3,000 and jailed six months after being found guilty of biting a police constable and preventing the latter from discharging his duty. Magistrate Mohd Faizi Che Abu found Chua not to be a credible witness as his defence was a mere denial.

"Even a video recording submitted by the defence showed he had resisted arrest.

"Although the video recording did not show the biting, I believe it did as the policeman had testified that he had punched the accused and Chua had retaliated by biting," said the magistrate.

"I find the policeman's credibility intact as he did admit when testifying at the prosecution stage that he punched Tian Chua," said the magistrate.

Tian Chua committed the offence during a Bersih gathering to protest against constitutional amendments extending the retirement age of Election Commission members from 65 to 66.

If upheld, the sentence would disqualify Tian Chua from holding the MP's post. Another prk in the making?

Tian Chua said he did not think it was a fair judgment as the magistrate and prosecution relied on the evidence of the police constable and based it on circumstantial evidence.

"It did not prove that the biting took place," added the Batu MP.

Chua also believes that the sentence was 'designed' to disqualify him as a parliamentarian.

"I still maintain my innocence. I would continue to render my service to the people," he said, adding that the sentence would not deter his agenda for change and reform.

'Teoh's death 80% homicide' says Thai forensic expert.........

A Thai pathology expert told an inquest today that there was an 80% probability that Teoh Beng Hock's death was a homicide.

"From everything I have read and considered, there is only a 20% likelihood that his death was a suicide. The remaining possibility is that it was a homicide," Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand said.

Pornthip, the director-general of the Thai Ministry of Justice's Central Institute of Forensic Science, also said it was possible Teoh was unconscious when he fell to his death.

Teoh, the political secretary to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah, had been summoned to the Selangor Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) offices on the 14th floor of Plaza Masalam to be questioned over irregularities in the disbursement of state funds on July 15. He was found dead on the fifth floor service corridor of the building the next day.

Pornthip said during questioning by counsel Malik Imtiaz Sarwar, for the Selangor government, that Teoh could have been strangled unconscious before his fall, or he could have blacked out from the pain caused by other injuries inflicted on him before the fall.

"(Teoh's unconsciousness) could have possibly come from manual strangulation and, secondly, from the pain from the gluteal region from the buttocks," Pornthip, the Selangor government's expert witness, said.

In an earlier Power Point presentation, she had testified there were several injuries found on Teoh which were inconsistent with a fall from a height. They were:

- the anal injuries, which were of a "penetrating" nature;

- evidence of "handle bruises" which indicate physical strangulation on Teoh's neck; and

- the fracture found on Teoh's skull was more consistent with that of a blunt force impact than transverse force from the fall.

Asked about the fracture, Pornthip said her testimony differed from that of the two pathologists who performed the post-mortem on Teoh as a fracture caused by a transfer of force would appear differently on the skull.

"From the opinion of the doctors, they said that this fracture might have been caused by transferred force from the feet during landing on the ground," she said.

"But I found contusion over the fracture line. So the fracture was caused by blunt force injury directly on the skull. And for the transfer force of fall from height, there would just be a ring fracture."

In their post-mortem reports, pathologists Dr Khairul Ibrahim and Dr Prashant Samberkar concluded that the fracture on Teoh's skull came from the fall. Asked by Malik about the scratches found on Teoh's right shoe, Pornthip said the marks "looked as if Teoh had been dragged".

"In normal cases of a fall from a height, the shoes would not have left an abrasion mark like this," she said.

However, she said, such an abrasion would have been caused by a "hard and rough" surface, which Pornthip's team did not find on the 14th floor during their inspection in August.

During questioning by Tan Hock Chuan, who is assisting coroner Azmil Munthapha Abas, she admitted that on closer inspection of the original photos it appeared if the scratch marks were formed when Teoh impacted the fifth floor walkway.

Pornthip also said she was at a "distinct disadvantage" in conducting her examination as she was unable to perform a post-mortem on Teoh as his family did not want her to.

She said she did not consult either Prashant or Khairul or receive all of the DNA or toxicology reports prepared by Dr Seah Lay Hong of the Chemistry Department.

However, she maintained that she was able to conduct a satisfactory analysis based on the photos and reports supplied to her, as she was not at a "100% disadvantage".

Asked about defensive wounds, Pornthip said such wounds would depend on the weapon used. "If there is a weapon, we should be able to find defensive wounds," she said.

Pornthip also disputed Prashant's earlier analysis that Teoh was not asphyxiated as there was no tongue-biting found on Teoh.

"Tongue bite means that there was protrusion of the tongue because of the obstruction of the trachea, and in a manual strangulation, the hand cannot compress the trachea. The absence of a tongue bite means nothing," she said.

Questioned by Gobind Singh Deo, counsel for the Teoh family, Pornthip said she would be willing to do a second post-mortem on Teoh's body if it was exhumed, despite it being three months since his death.

"Despite the limitations, doing a second post-mortem would not put me at a disadvantage. I can still conduct a post-mortem on the body," she said. The inquest continues on Nov 9.

source:malaysiakini

Wow!!! hebat betul si Anwar Ibrahim, hinggakan UMNO kecut teloq bila sebut saja namanya.

Pesta samun menyamun, balun membalun dikalangan gerombolan penyanggak UMNO,kroni, anak bini tetap diteruskan agendanya.

Hari ini ketua penyamun menyeru agar UMNO dijadikan tunggak utama menentukan kesejahteraan bukan saja untuk orang Melayu tapi termasuk kaum Cina dan India. Wow, cakap punya hebat 1Malaysia konon.....ptuihhhhhh!!

Kalau pembangkang yang buat kenyataan begini, pembodek UMNO akan sikit punya melenting....'mana boleh Ketuanan Melayu perlu dahulukan kata depa'..... nak tengok apa Shamuddin,Ibrahim Ali dan hero-hero ketuanan Melayu nak komen(kalau ada teloq).........

Its OK for JJ to be with Paul Wolfowitz...........

Paul Wolfowitz, one of America’s foremost hawks against Iraq.He was the chief architect of the US invasion of Iraq, purportedly to seize its oil assets. Thus, positioning America in that oil-rich region to dominate and control the area for the American strategic interests.

It was wrong for Anwar to be friendly with Paul Wolfwitz says UMNO and her band of 'penyamun'. For this the UMNO 'penyamun' brands Anwar as agent of America and a traitor to the Malays.

But, its OK if it an UMNO guy.......look below who is with Paul Wolfwitz now.....oops our new Ambassador to US, the "raba-raba" MP from Rompin, is already sleeping with the enemy.

Helloooooo.......'penyamun-penyamun' UMNO what say you now? agen Amerika atau pengkhianat bangsa Melayu?

This guy had allegedly fondled a woman backside sometime back. The woman lodged a police report and later made a statutory declaration to cancel the police report. For his bravery he was appointed 1Malaysia's Ambassador to the USA.

Rakyat pun dah keliru siapakah MB sebenarnya?

Najib, di situlah gelanggang untuk menguji sama ada rakyat sudah menerima1Malaysia,1UMNO awak...........

N31-Bagan Pinang - Yes to Isa............

BN's Mohd Isa Abdul Samad scored a landslide victory to retain the Bagan Pinang state seat by a 5,435 vote majority.

Mohd Isa secured 8,013 votes against PAS candidate Zulkefly Mohammad Omar's 2,578 votes. There were 223 spoilt votes in total, with 356 unreturned ballot papers.

The voter turnout was 81.65% or 11,170 of the 13,664 voters in Bagan Pinang, including 4,604 postal voters.

Mohd Isa’s win marks BN’s first victory in seven by-elections since the March 2008 general election.

His margin of victory was significantly greater than 2,333 vote majority obtained by BN's Azman Mohd Nor in the 2008 general election.

To all Malaysian Indian voters of Bagan Pinang please give us and yourself a Deepavali gift by not voting Isa Samad......... he is, as Mahathir said,"BAD CHOICE"

1. 6 tahun penaiktarafan jalan utama Telok Kemang - Pasir Panjang sepanjang 24km terbengkalai.

Yes, Bagan Pinang is just a small DUN in a not very well developed Negeri Sembilan state. But no doubt, the implication of this election result is the most significant compared to the 7 other by-elections before this. Let me share with you why.

a. If BN wins, how will they interpret the cow-head incident? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the signal that this act can be repeated?

b. If BN wins, how will they interpret the rakyat's anger in extending the IGP's contract for another year? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the signal that our IGP had done a fabulous job thus far?

c. If BN wins, how will MACC interpret the rakyat's anger in Teoh Beng Hock's death? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the signal that it is not that big a deal when a witness died under their custody?

d. If BN wins, how will they interpret the rakyat's anger in the way they abused the laws and constitution in Perak's power grab? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the signal that Perak's takeover was legitimate, and it was within their right to do so?

e. If BN wins, how will they interpret the rakyat's anger in their racist statements and policies as portrayed by their newspapers? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the signal, that we are ok with their racist political game as long as our roads are built?

f. If BN wins, how will they interpret the rakyat's despise on the massive corruption going on in the country? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the message that we don't care how corrupt they are presently or previously, as long as our needs in the constitutions are promised to be fulfilled?

g. If BN wins, how will they interpret the death of Kugan in custody and the ridiculous AG's decision of prosecuting only one policemen for causing grievous injury (not death, mind you!)? If they win in BP, are we indirectly sending the signal that we are generally ok with what the police did to Kugan while letting AG to ridicule us with such lame prosecution? If not for Bagan Pinang's election, do you honestly think that the policemen is going to be hauled to court?I can go on and on, but I will stop at...(g). Yes, this election's result affects not only the 14,000+ people in Bagan Pinang; the reality is, this election result has a very deep impact to the whole country if BN wins.

A PAS win here is the trigger point that UMNO desperately need to realise that, it is time for them to reform from within and stop playing racial politics while getting serious in winning back our support or else they will suffer our wrath comes next general election.

Again, Dear Bagan Pinang voters, can you help 25,000,000 Malaysian to send the correct message to BN, our government of the day, that we are unhappy with their way of governing and we really want them to buck up for the sake of the nation?

What was Isa Samad's real intention?

Have you asked yourself, did UMNO choose him on merit, or UMNO choose him due to pressure? It was because the Negeri Sembilan's UMNO grassroots wanted him that badly, or Isa himself wanted the seat so badly that he asked his grassroots to pressure for it? If Isa said something like this to the grassroots: "I'm a semi-retired man. Let's nominate someone else and give them a chance, I'll fully support whoever you choose," to his supporters, do you think his supporters would not have nominated someone else if they were given a green light?

How many UMNO people in Bagan Pinang has a personal agenda (vying for contracts, powers or money) by supporting Isa's candidacy? Was Isa nominated because he was the best guy for Bagan Pinang or he was the best guy for his supporters to get back on the gravy train? Was it about you, the normal citizens of Bagan Pinang, or was it about them?

Treat BN as your spoilt child

Permatang Pasir's voters had rejected a tainted candidate, because they wanted someone clean to represent them. In our heart, all of us are wishing for a batch of clean and new faces in our government to replace those useless old faces who speak more nonsenses as the day gone by.

If you are going to vote for Isa, you are basically going against your own wish. Our generation is suffering under this BN government because of our endless support for the past 50 years without check and balance; we pampered them too much. Our children and grandchildren are going to suffer if BN does not change its attitude any time soon.

Let's not make it worse by voting for them this time. A BN's lost here is good for the country. We need to seriously wake them up from their sweet and wet dream to revamp and reform to be a better and responsible government NOW! Treat BN as your spoilt child. Assuming that you have tried to reason with them numerous times previously, and it has failed to work. Now, how can you discipline your spoilt child? By giving them more sweets? Or by biting the bullet to let them suffer some hardships? Think about it before you cast your votes.

Last but not least

Dear Bagan Pinang voters,

No matter what I wrote above, in the end, it is still your call on who you should vote for. But please remember your votes do have a massive effect on the future of our beloved country. Think about our country, our next generation and our current government's attitude before you decide who to vote for. Put country first before your constituency. Isa Samad may be good for Bagan Pinang, but is he a good choice for 25,000,000 Malaysians who are still living under BN's government?

cheers.

Najib 1Malaysia....1 kampung 2 JKKK, 1 negara 2 undang-undang....

Akta Kemajuan Petroleum 1974 menyatakan:

cheers.

N31-Bagan Pinang - 253 non-local postal voters......

253 postal voters in Bagan Pinang are found to be voters in other places outside Bagan Pinang as well, claimed PAS secretary-general Mustafa Ali.

"Their names appeared in the Bagan Pinang electoral roll as well as in other places outside Bagan Pinang," said Mustafa.

"We found out the overlapping list days ago, but it was after the election commission had approved the voters' list," he told a press after a two-hour meeting with Election Commission chairperson Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof.

He added that PAS had originally considered taking out an injunction to prevent the 253 from voting but conceded that it was not practical as postal voting starts tomorrow.

"We will consult our lawyers. Whatever action we take now can affect future by-elections," he said.

The EC admitted the error but was unaware of it when approving the electoral roll, added Mustafa.

PAS may seek a court order to postpone the Bagan Pinang polls in view of alleged irregularities in the postal voting process.

This will be among the matters discussed with the Election Commission during a meeting with a Pakatan Rakyat delegation at its headquarters in Putrajaya this afternoon. The Pakatan delegation will be led by PAS national elections director Abdul Halim Rahman.

This was not a new issue and it has been raised many times with the EC over the past decade, most prominently during the meetings headed by Coalition for Free and Fair Elections (Bersih). But until now, EC has failed to take any action, particularly on the issue of 'overlapping' voter names.

So you see why EC and BN are so reluctant to abolish postal votes. Its a kind of "fixed deposit" for BN/UMNO. In fact, many UMNO leaders won not because they are popular among the rakyat, but the postal votes help them pull thru and that includes Najib Tun Razak.........

NO TO ISA SAMAD

NO TO UMNO/BN
