Kerajaan BN Pahang vs pekebun2 di Cameron Highlands...

Seramai tujuh orang, termasuk bekas anggota parlimen Padang Serai N Gobalakrishnan ditahan polis susulan protes terhadap operasi penguatkuasaan di Cameron Highlands. Operasi yang dinamakan Operasi Lestari ini melibatkan tindakan penguatkuasaan ke atas penerokaan secara haram di kawasan tadahan air Sungai Inchat di Kuala Terla yang bermula sejak minggu lepas.

Ketua Polis Daerah Cameron Highlands Ashari Abu Samah mengesahkan penahanan itu ketika dihubungi Malaysiakini. Turut ditahan Setiausaha Pemuda MIC Kebangsaan, G Theeageesh bersama lima lagi pekebun. Kesemua mereka dibebaskan dengan jaminan polis pada jam 7 petang.

Nathan ketika dihubungi berkata, ahli-ahli MIC itu tiba ke Kuala Terla sekitar jam 10 pagi ini bagi menyatakan sokongan kepada pekebun di situ dan menghalang pihak berkuasa merobohkan kebun sayur mereka. Disebabkan tindakan protes sambil duduk di tepi jalan besar yang mengakibatkan kesesakan jalan raya, polis menyuraikan mereka dan menangkap tujuh individu, katanya.

Sementara itu, Adun Tanah Rata dari DAP, Chiong Yoke Kong berkata, Ops Lestari hari ini adalah tindakan penguatkuasaan kedua selepas operasi pertama di Bertam Valley pada 18 Dis lalu. Beliau menyatakan rasa kesal terhadap tindakan keras diambil kerajaan negeri Pahang terhadap pekebun-pekebun berkenaan tanpa menawarkan tanah alternatif kepada mereka.

"Insiden tersebut telah membangkitkan kemarahan dan ketidaktenteraman bukan sahaja pekebun-pekebun di Sungai Ichat tetapi semua pekebun di kawasan Cameron Highlands kerana tiada orang tahu sesiapa yang akan dimangsakan seterusnya.

"Sesungguhnya kerajaan negeri mempunyai alasan yang kukuh untuk mengusir pekebun-pekebun di atas kawasan tadahan air itu, namun pihak kerajaan negeri perlu lebih berperikemanusian dan memberikan jalan keluar iaitu penempatan semula kepada pekebun-pekebun itu,” katanya.

Terdahulu, Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pahang, Sallehuddin Ishak berkata, tindakan penguatkuasaan itu dibuat berdasarkan kepentingan umum bagi memastikan kelestarian alam sekitar dan kepentingan rakyat dipelihara. Menurut kenyataan beliau awal hari ini, sebanyak 11 penerokaan terlibat bagi peringkat pertama dan 37 penerokaan haram bagi peringkat kedua.

Katanya, keseluruhan kawasan terlibat adalah 121 hektar (300 ekar) di mana 24 hektar (60 ekar) bagi peringkat pertama dan 97 hektar (240 ekar) bagi peringkat kedua. Tambahnya, tindakan diambil di bawah peruntukan Seksyen 425(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 kerana menduduki tanah kerajaan tanpa izin sejak tahun 2009. - mk

BN’s treachery cause of demolition 

of farms in Cameron Highlands...

Early this morning the enforcement units of the Pahang state government moved in to demolish the rest of the farms numbering about 60 situated along Sungei Ichat, in Kuala Terla, Cameron Highlands. In April 2019, the state government demolished about 15 farms mainly belonging to the Chinese farmers before protests stopped the demolition.

In the immediate aftermath of the demolition, the farmers obtained a court injunction to prevent further destruction of the farms. However, on Sept 30 this year, the court injunction was withdrawn by the farmers after being convinced by the MIC that the menteri besar was willing to resolve their problems by giving an alternative site.

The gullible farmers, convinced the MIC had good intentions in resolving their problems, withdrew the court injunction in Kuantan. The withdrawal of the injunction rather than resolving their problem, actually paved the way for the destruction of the farms. The reason that was given for the demolition of the farms was the issue of water pollution in Sungai Ichat where the farms were located.

However, not far from here is Sungai Terla which supplies water to the residents in Cameron Highlands. It is not Sungai Ichat that is polluted but Sungai Terla. This has been pointed out to the state government many times. But why the state government took more interest in demolishing the farms located near Sungai Ichat that were not the cause of water pollution remains a mystery.

To date, the state government has not taken the initiative to address the real cause of the water pollution of Sungai Terla. In the upstream where some illegal farms are located no action has been forthcoming, even though these settlements are one of the causes of water pollution. If the farms located near a Sungai Ichat were not the real cause of pollution, why action was taken against them.

The farms were not illegal in the sense they had been given temporary occupation licenses for the past 60 years or so. Political calculation on the part of the Pahang's BN state government cannot be overruled. Most of the farms were owned by supporters of the Pakatan Harapan government in general and DAP in particular. As long as the injunction was imposed, the state government could not move on this matter. There was a fear that if the matter goes for trial, it was not certain that the state could triumph on the matter.

The farmers having invested and worked in the farms on the basis of temporary licenses had a case to look forward to. But the state government lacking the elementary honesty and decency decided to use more deceptive ways to nullify the injunction. The MIC having miserably lost its seat in Cameron Highlands sought a nefarious comeback of a sort by working closely with the state government.

Afraid that the involvement of Harapan leaders might further complicate the matter, succeeded in convincing the farmers or the plaintiffs to withdraw the injunction in favour of settlement with the state government. But what transpired was not an amicable settlement by way of an alternative farming site but demolition and expulsion of the farmers.

Both the Pahang government and the MIC misled and betrayed the farmers without any redeemable prospect of a new alternative. The federal government which refused the services of the police and armed forces for the demolition exercise earlier succumbed to the request of the state government. 

I am not sure why the earlier decision was rescinded. Treachery and betrayal are not uncommon for the BN or its component the MIC, the supposed representative of Indians in the country.  The case of the demolition of the 60 farms illustrates beyond reasonable doubt how treachery was used to deceive and exploit the farmers.

If the injunction had been in place, at least the farmers could have gone for a lengthy trial with at least a prospect of material gains. The MIC spoilt it by accommodating closely with Umno and the Pahang government.

I would have hoped that the MIC and BN might have done something useful for the farmers especially both are in their twilight years. MIC members resigning as a result of the demolition by those holding positions in the Pahang state is just an act to deceive the Indian community further. - P.Ramasamy.mk

Sapa Pengkhianat...

Dalam sejarah politik negara, hanya dibawah pimpinan UMNO lah kuasa politik Melayu yang diawal tahun 1955 pilihanraya tempatan peŕtama memenangi hampir 85% kerusi menjunam kepada dibawah 2/3 pada piliharaya 1959. Hanya dibawah UMNO, Melayu dahulunya mempunyai Menteri Kewangan dan Menteri Pendidikan dua jawatan terpenting negara dari MCA dan Menteri Pembangunan Kerjaraya dari MIC. 

Merekalah sebenarnya menguasai pembangunan dan kewangan negara. Maka dari sejak merdeka hinggalah ketahun 1970 an pentadbiran negara berada bukan ditangan Melayu. Malah hingga kepenghujung 70an diantara jabatan jabatan kerajaan yang ada pada masa itu semuanya dikuasai oleh pegawai pegawai tinggi bukan Melayu melainkan satu jabatan iaitu jabatan perhutanan.

Itulah hakikatnya apabila seawal salepas merdeka, apabila UMNO dan pemimpin Melayu mula berkuasa, *Melayu telah mula tergadai hak dan maruah diri dibumi Melayu akibat pemimpin pemimpin Melayu yang mula menjual kuasa untuk kepuasan dan keseronokan peribadi,* sementara Melayu semakin miskin dan hina dan Tun Abd. Razak hanya mampu mengalihkan Melayu yang pada masa itu dikatakan tidak berharta hatta tanah tempat tinggal ke hutan rimba (saperti Bukit Serampang) dijadikan *peneroka dan kini 4 generasi* mereka terperangkap sebagai *peneroka FELDA* yang kini kekal sebagai peneroka saperti hamba dan terasing dari kelompok masyarakat Melayu dan desa yang jauh terbela dan dibela.

Hari ini kita menyaksikan bagaimana *FELDA dihancurkan oleh bukan Cina.* *Bukan DAP tetapi oleh pemimpin UMNO itu sendiri.* Inilah balasan UMNO kepada Melayu FELDA yang merupakan *bank safe deposit kuasa UMNO* yang sebelum ini menjamin 67 kerusi Parlimen untuk UMNO. Sejarah tidak lupa siapakah angkara Singapura dan Pulau Pinang terlepas dari kuasa kita. Bukankah sejarah tercipta semasa UMNO memerintah Negara?

Di Singapura dahulunya ada UMNO begitu juga Pulau Pinang .*Kedua duanya terlepas dari tangan kita bukan kerana DAP tetapi kerana kita*. Kerana kelemahan pemimpin UMNO. Kenapa bangkitkan tentang Pulau Pinang dan menyalahkan DAP? *Bukankah lama sudah kuasa Melayu terlepas di Pulau Pinang juga kerana pemimpin UMNO.*
Bukankah UMNO yang merestui dan mengiktiraf parti *GERAKAN* yang berkuasa disana?
*Kenapa salahkan DAP* yang mengambil kuasa dari GERAKAN ? *Nasib Melayu kurang terbela di Pulau Pinang bukan kerana DAP*.*Malah peruntukan kerajaan negeri kepada pembangunan Islam dibawah DAP kini berlipat kali ganda.*

Dalam DAP ada wakil rakyat Melayu dalam DAP ada *ramai ahli Melayu.* Mereka juga mendukung Perlembagaan negara. Hanya yang ketara *MCA* dalam perbincangan perhimpunan agong berbicara dalam *bahasa Cina* menakala *DAP berbicara dalam bahasa Kebangsaan iaitu Bahasa Melayu.* MCA didalam perlembagaanya *menolak Perkara 152* iaitu *Bahasa Melayu sebagai Bahasa Kebangsaan* dan memperjuangkan sekolah Cina tetapi ini bukan perjuangan DAP.  Dalam Perlembagaan, semua Parti Politik dinegara ini dan faham matlamat mereka semua. *Semua mereka kecuali MCA* seperti disebut diatas menerima Perlembagaan negara tanpa syarat kecuali MCA dan itulah sebabnya mereka adalah pertubuhan berdaftar. 

*Jelasnya inilah manipulasi UMNO.* Pernah hilang kuasa dibawah PERIKATAN diakhir 60an. Diakhir 60an politik bukan Melayu bertambah kuat dan *Melayu semakin mundur dan lemah dibawah UMNO. Namun UMNO masih mahu terus berkuasa.

*Dasar UMNO dari sejak awal lagi ialah menakut-nakutkan Melayu* tentang hilang kuasa, hilang hak istimewa, hilang kedudukan Raja Raja, hilangnya Islam di negara tercinta. Dalilnya yang wujud seawal mencapai kemerdekaan ialah ancaman dari *persepsi* perkauman yang menakutkan Melayu. 

Maka dicipta ancaman komunis sebagai racun bersalut gula yang sebenarnya matlamatnya *menakutkan dibenak pemikiran Melayu tentang ancaman kaum Cina terhadap ketuanan Melayu .* Cina sebagai sinonim Komunis. Tentunya amat menakutkan. Ini membuat Melayu yakin pada perjuangan UMNO membela dan mempertahankan ketuanan Melayu untuk beberapa dekad mendatang selepas PERIKATAN dibubarkan dan digantikan dengan BN.

Kesimpulan nyata dari sejarah setakat 1970an pemimpin UMNO berjaya menakutkan Melayu tentang ancaman kaum Cina yang disamakan dengan Komunis. Menakutkan Melayu dengan kebangkitan kuasa kaum Cina di negara ini sejak merdeka adalah modus operandi politik UMNO. Sebaliknya pada masa yang sama kuasa kewangan pendidikan dan membangunkan negara diserahkan oleh pemimpin UMNO kepada bukan Melayu di dalam kerajaan Perikatan.

*Sesungguhnya kita semua adalah mangsa kebodohan, ketamakan, ketidak bertanggungjawab pemimpin UMNO yang menjadikan kita semua terumbang ambing selrpas tahun 1969. Buktinya jelas bilangan kita yang berjaya mengejar ilmu untuk kejayaan hidup boleh dibilang dengan jari. *Sepatutnya kita boleh lebih jauh baik* sekiranya sistem pendidikan disekolah kebangsaan di zaman kita dahulu dapat mendidik kita ditahap yang sepatutnya lebih baik dibandingkan dengan aliran lain di English Collage High School Muar, Kluang.

*Tertubuhnya BN dibawah Tun Razak sebagai penutup kegagalan UMNO bersama PERIKATAN yang berakhir dengan peristiwa 13 Mei 1969* yang menimbulkan kesedaran dan kebangkitan Melayu. Sesungguhnya 1957 - 1969 adalah satu jangka masa pemimpin Melayu berseronok honeymoon selepas merdeka. *YB2 Melayu UMNO* kini berstatus sama seperti pegawai tinggi kolonial Inggeris cuma bezanya Melayu ini Melayu tidak berilmu kebanyakannya dan Melayu yang digambarkan oleh penulis barat sebagai pemalas, bodoh, pemabuk, suka berjudi dan berfoya-foya.

Maka tidak hairanlah pada waktu itu maka menaikkan status pemimpin dan pegawai Melayu ke status sama seperti penjajah dapat dilihat disemua peringkat hirarki lapisan masyarakat tempatan. Maka mencurah curahlah arak di Mess Parlimen untuk wakil rakyat. Mencurah curahlah arak di mess tentera, PDRM hatta harga beer di kem askar Melayu yang disebut sebagi NAFI adalah hampir sama dengan coca cola. Fenomena ini berterusan hingga akhir 70 an.

Pada masa yang sama kilang arak di Petaling Jaya dirasmikan pembukaannya oleh Tun Razak dan puncaknya pusat perjudian terbesar di Asia yang merupakan menara gading maksiat di negara ini bertakhta di Genting Highland dan duduk bersemayam sebagai Pengerusi adalah datuk kepada Datuk Sri Najib dan Datuk Sri Hishamuddin, Mertua kepada Tun Razak dan Tun Hussin Onn, dua Perdana Menteri Malaysia sebelum ini dan Presiden UMNO lambang kuasa Melayu yang telah banyak juga mencederakan maruah Melayu dan maruah Negara sebagai negara yang dikatakan Islam sebagai agamanya.

Selepas 1969 dan tertubuhnya BN, UMNO terus memerlukan sokongan Melayu untuk terus berkuasa. Kini apakah lagi dalilnya yang perlu dicari sebagai meneruskan usaha *menakutkan Melayu tentang kehilangan kuasa, hak istimewa , kedudukan Islam dan raja raja.* *Ya Melayu perlu dikuasai pemikirannya supaya terus mengharapkan pembelaan dari UMNO* yang sebelumnya gagal membela Melayu dibawah fasa pertama berdama PERIKATAN. *Melayu perlu dimomokan dan ditakutkan oleh ancaman Cina.*

Masalahnya selepas 1969 ancaman komunis telah tamat. Oleh itu ancaman komunis tidak lagi wujud untuk digunakan oleh pemimpin UMNO bagi menakutkan Melayu tentang bahaya ancaman kaum Cina keatas kuasa Melayu. *Maka bermulalah era baru dalam sejarah indoktrinasi negatif pemikiran Melayu selepas tamatnya indoktrinasi pemikiran negatif fasa pertama oleh UMNO ke atas Melayu dizaman pemerintahan PERIKATAN yang gagal membela nasib Melayu.*

Kebangkitan Cina di bumi Melayu adalah merupakan isu sensitif yang mempengaruhi pemikiran Melayu yang jauh tertinggal di belakang kaum Cina dinegara ini. *Ini dikenal pasti sebagai racun mujarab bersalut madu politik UMNO yang mudah digunakan untuk memesongkan fokus sebenar Melayu tentang kemunduran mereka dan membolehkan UMNO mengeksploitasikan keadaan dan mendakwa diri mereka sebagai penyelamat Melayu di atas sentimen sempit nafsu perkauman yang mengambarkan Cina sebagai musuh Melayu.*

Maka di atas pendekatan ini lah *pemikiran Melayu dipesongkan ke arah menakutkan mereka tentang kekuatan Cina* dan *membentuk satu pemikiran Melayu yang membenci Cina.*
Ini jelas dilaksanakan secara *halus dan sulit* di dalam program bina semangat melalui Biro Tata Negara dan berbagai perkumpulan Melayu yang lain

Seterusnya *mewujudkan perasaan takut cemburu iri hati dan sakit hati Melayu terhadap Cina* yang diwujudkan dengan berbagai cara ini akhirnya diolah dengan menjuruskan *prasangka jahat terhadap Cina* untuk mencapai maksud sebenar UMNO iaitu *menyamakan ancaman Cina ini sebagai ancaman DAP yang merupakan parti politik berbilang kaum yang bertambah kuat dan diterima oleh bukan Melayu dan dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang berilmu dan berkebolehan.*

Maka kini berjayalah *UMNO memesongkan pemikiran sebahagian Melayu kearah membenci DAP sedangkan DAP adalah juga parti yang dianggotai oleh Cina India dan Melayu.* Senjata makan tuan begitulah bayangan pepatah Melayu. *Pemikiran jahat UMNO terhadap DAP kini menarik ramai generasi muda Melayu yang berpendidikan menyertai DAP.*

Bahkan *DAP kini memenangi hati bukan Melayu dan mendapat sokongan hampir 90% dari penggundi bukan Melayu dan kini DAP menyertai PH yang dianggotai oleh tiga parti politik majoriti Melayu.*

Dimana UMNO dalam BN ? *Satu* parti politik Melayu diantara 13 parti politik bukan Melayu. Di Selangor, *Melayu masih berkuasa dan terbela walau pun DAP adalah parti bersama* yang membentuk *kerajaan bukan BN di Selangor yang amat berjaya* tidak seperti dibawah BN dahulu.

Sedarlah *kejatuhan sesuatu bangsa zaman moden* ini adalah ditentukan oleh *bangsa mereka sendiri dan bukan kerana kejayaan kaum lain.* *Melayu hari ini akan menjadi bangsat kerana dibangsatkan oleh Melayu UMNO dan bukan oleh DAP.*

Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka kini didalam cengkaman Cina komunis bukan kerana adanya rakyat mereka berketurunan Cina yang menekan mereka. *Mereka dibangsatkan oleh pemimpin korup mereka yang menggadaikan negara mereka ke tangan Komunis China.* *What Zimbabwee and Sri Lanka today is what Malaysia tomorrow.*

Dahulunya perajurit kita anak melayu beribu terkorban dan ramai lagi yang cacat tercedera mempertahankan negara bangsa di medan perang di hutan belantara hidup rakyat terseksa.
*Hari ini berbondung-bondung China Kominis diberikan layanan istimewa dan datang dan duduk di bumi Melayu malah diberi layanan lebih istimewa dari penjajah yang pernah menjajah kita.*

Kini telah wjud *wilayah bebas dalam bentuk tapak kediaman dan perkilangan industri bagi rakyat China Komunis di bumi kita.* Universiti China besar tersergam indah khusus untuk pelajar *China Komunis dibina dikawasan Dengkil berdekatan Sepang.* *Kita kini berhutang ratusan billion Ringgit kepada Cina untuk projek ECRL yang menguntungkan Cina menakala beban hutang ditanggung oleh rakyat.*

Puncaknya kini *UMNO BN duduk roundtable bersama berbincang dengan wakil Parti Komunis China dibumi kita.* Apakah akan berlaku *transformasi ideologi komunis kepada UMNO BN.* Dalam suasana kita di bumi Melayu ini mula dikelilingi dan dibayangi oleh *kuasa Komunis China apakah ketuanan Melayu, hak istimewa Melayu, kedudukan Raja Raja Melayu, Islam sebagai agama negara tidak terancam ?* Apakah Cina rakyat Malaysia yang mengancam Melayu. 

Apakah segala ancaman dan kerosakan yang berlaku keatas 1MDB SRC, LTAT, TABUNG HAJI. MARA. FELDA FGV . FIC . BANK NEGARA pengkhianatan terhadap Tanah Rezab Melayu yang kini hanya tinggal 12% dan di Johor skandal rasuah mengkhianati hak terhadap peruntukan hartanah lot Bumiputra bagi rakyat Melayu Johor *adalah malapetaka dan angkara DAP ?* *Sedarlah bahawa pemimpin2 Melayu UMNO yang diberikan kuasa dan amanah oleh Melayu kini yang menghancurkan serta merosakan Melayu dan Negara .* - Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin

The problem with Tian Chua 

not calling Anwar the '8th PM'...

PKR vice-president Tian Chua did a great disservice to party deputy president Azmin Ali in the ongoing fiasco that PKR has presented to its supporters, in the midst of supposedly saving Malaysia. Tian Chua, like Azmin Ali, is part of the next generation of leaders who one assumes have learnt the mistakes of their elders but insists on playing the same games that brought us to this Neo Malaysia.

The only reason why Tian Chua thinks it is “mischievous” for PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim supporters to carry placards naming him the eight prime minister is because, as Tian Chua claims, PKR is split down the middle and Azmin loyalists do not like being reminded that Anwar is the heir apparent to the top job. 

Tian Chua also puts the DAP and Amanah in an uncomfortable position by dragging them into this squabble. For instance when he says - “If Anwar is agreed by Harapan, he will take it (the post of PM) when Harapan is ready. It has got nothing to do with the whole public. Then, if Harapan decides that Anwar’s time is up (and) there will be another person, then it will be another person” - what does this mean exactly?

Harapan had decided that Anwar was to assume the top job. The then opposition campaigned on this because the idea of the old maverick retaining power was anathema to the base. Hence this idea that the post of the top job was fluid and that the Harapan decision-making process was a work in progress is disingenuous.

However seeing as how the “Harapan leadership” has backtracked and weaselled its way out the coalition's manifesto, what can you expect from this bunch? Do DAP and Amanah share this view or is this solely the perspective of Azmin's camp?

The only folks who would have a problem with displays of loyalty of Anwar becoming the next prime minister are those who do not want him to be the next prime minister and who want their own to be anointed.

If Azmin was demonstrating solidarity with his party when it came to issues affecting his party, it would not make a difference if he had a sub rosa agenda against Anwar. This is politics, after all. However, Azmin’s continued reliance on outsiders to ferment trouble and consolidate support is the existential threat facing PKR at this moment.

It is the height of mendacity and evidence of how far Tian Chua has turned into “politician” when he says - “How we want to arrange our leadership, that is none of the rest of the country’s problem, really.” So much for the “activist” who babbled on about people power but more importantly, for the base that Tian Chua is so dismissive of, who voted Harapan secure in the knowledge that Anwar would take over.

Did anyone see Tian Chua and the rest of Azmin loyalists make these bizarre claims of “dynastic” power structures or making the argument that Anwar was not fit for the top job before the election? Instead since gaining federal power, factional politics in PKR have been defined by who has the favour of the old maverick because the reality is – unlike what Tian Chua claims – it is the old maverick, and not the “Harapan leadership”, who would determine if Anwar becomes the next prime minister.

Tian Chua’s claim that overt support of Anwar becoming the next prime minister pits Anwar against the old maverick is mendacious. What this overt support is, is a reaction against the moves by provocateurs who would derail the succession plan and those who encourage the perception that Anwar will not be the next in line.

How does Azmin encourage this perception? He does so by carrying out acts that undermine the legitimacy of the handover of power to Anwar. He does so by thumbing his nose at the various party meetings and personalities that would ensure a cohesive response to issues affecting the rakyat.

Indeed, Tian Chua’s response is part of the agenda to encourage this perception too. The gall of Tian Chua proclaiming that supporters should not show “blind loyalty” to leaders when he is carrying water for Azmin without actually coming out and saying that Azmin wants the top job.

Internal feuds

And this is the problem right here. Internal feuds within political parties is the norm. Azmin’s problem, and this is also Tian Chua’s problem, is that they want to make this a “Harapan leadership issue". They want to make it seem as though the “Harapan leadership” has a problem with Anwar becoming the next prime minister.

While they do this, they are busy seeking the imprimatur of the old maverick. Look, if Tian Chua and those loyal to Azmin were honest, they would do two things.

1. Not hitch their wagon to the old maverick.

2. Come out of the closet and make the case that Azmin is a better candidate for the top job.

This would be a far more productive move than going on about how factions need to work together even though they need not love each other. What this fight has done is make PKR weaker but even worse, infected the party with political operatives who are ensnared in the machinations of the old maverick.

What Tian Chua should be doing, if he really believed in this whole “reformasi” propaganda, is make the case why Azmin or anyone else for that matter is better suited for the top job. Instead, what he does is make the case that the feud between Azmin and Anwar is because of the challengers against Azmin’s role as the chosen one. And this from a man who claims that blind loyalty is destroying the party and turning it into another Umno.

Make the case for your preferred candidate and maybe the rakyat who you think has no dog in your leadership fight to either support or reject your candidate based on what they believe your candidate stands for. This is partisan politics after all.

I, for one, am always willing to listen to an outlier argument. Anyone who reads my columns understands that I have chronicled Anwar’s missteps even during the run-up to the historic Harapan win and after, while most partisans were suffering from a hangover.

I know political operatives who I consider smart people and long-time friends who are in the Azmin camp, hence considering a case for Anwar not assuming the crown is not verboten to me. And I believe many people too.

Najib Swears At Holy Mosque Again...

The Last Time He Did That, 

He Lost The Entire Government....

In front of a thousand curious people watching at Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru, Najib Razak performed his drama – taking a “sumpah laknat”, or swearing in the face of divine retribution to deny former elite police commando Azilah Hadri’s statutory declaration (SD) that he (then deputy prime minister) gave the order to kill Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu.

Putting a sombre expression, the ex-premier declared – “Today on December 20, 2019, in accordance with the 23rd of Rabiulawal in the year 1441 Hijri, I, Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak swear that I have never hired anyone to kill a Mongolian citizen named Altantuya Shariibuu. Indeed, I have never met or known of an individual of that name before. For if I lie, may God strike me and curse me greatly for this sin.”

If the people at the mosque were waiting to see if the God would unleash thunder and lightning from the sky to strike Najib for lying again, they were disappointed. Taking a “sumpah laknat” (a religious Islamic oath), also known as “mubahalah” in Arabic, is supposed to be a serious curse. But punishment in the form of thunder and lightning has not been proven.

However, to a desperado like Najib Razak, who might face the gallows for ordering “shoot to kill” a pregnant woman suspected of carrying his own child due to sexual relationship with the Mongolian beauty, performing a “curse swear” provides the easiest way out. Potentially 6-million UMNO and PAS Malay-Muslims could have been conned by his religious oath today (20 December).

As far as Najib is concerned, the “sumpah (swear)” is another tool to hoodwink gullible and simple-minded Malay folks. It was like school kids, who would swear they didn’t steal another kid’s colour pencil, and upon finding nothing disastrous happened to them, would steal and swear again. If invoking God’s name through curse is foolproof, lawyers and judges would be jobless ages ago.

Malaysia is perhaps the only country where scandal-plagued Malay-Muslim politicians love to play “sumpah” when cornered and trapped in serious allegations. One wonders why Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman did not perform the same ritual like Najib Razak when the future Saudi king was accused of giving an order to kill Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

As the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Saudi Arabia provides the best place for a Muslim to prove his / her innocence by simply performing “mubahalah” (sumpah laknat). Yet, despite economic boycotts from many countries due to the gruesome murder of Khashoggi, where his body was cut into pieces, the crown prince hadn’t thought of performing a similar stunt like Najib.

Actually, the clever Najib knew nothing life threatening will happen to him even if he performs the swearing ritual a thousand times more. The cheap drama was designed to just scam the 6-million Malay folks, mostly still believe in bomoh (shaman) and black magic. After all, “sumpah laknat” is not officially recognised in Malaysia’s Shariah laws.

In the past, there were numerous cases of controversial figures who had taken the “sumpah laknat” route, but nothing happens to either the accuser or the accused. In 2011, the infamous “Datuk T” trio of Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik, Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Shuib Lazim said they were ready to take a “sumpah laknat” to prove their allegation against opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.

Shazryl Eskay had then recited the oath at a mosque in Sentul in April 2011 that he was in the same room along with Anwar Ibrahim when Anwar was having sex with a prostitute and caught in a sex video. Mr Anwar plunged into sex scandal again in 2008, when his ex-aide Saiful Bukhari Azlan took the “sumpah laknat” at a mosque, describing how he was sodomised by his boss.

In a press conference in May 2013, Saiful claimed he had performed the oath again in Mecca, one of the holiest sites for Muslims. Yet, not a single human being has ever been harmed by the God in the entire curse swearing melodrama. Not only were there no divine retribution lightning, Anwar Ibrahim is now closer to become the 8th Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Not all the “sumpah laknat” stunts were performed to prove one’s innocence or to prove one’s accusation is true though. In an apparent desperate attempt to attract voters’ attention, UMNO Youth Chief Wannabe Syed Rosli Syed Harman Jamalullail took a similar “sumpah laknat” oath before the Quran / Koran – if he wins the Youth Chief post, he won’t engage in corruption or abuse of power.

The God, however, was not impressed with Syed Rosli’s oath. He eventually lost to incumbent Khairy Jamaluddin in the 2013 UMNO Youth Chief contest. Interestingly, Khairy would plunge into a controversy RM100 million corruption scandal three years later in 2016, involving the Youth and Sports Ministry which he led from 2013 to 2018.

Last year, UMNO president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi swore to God that he did not beg for a meeting with the newly installed Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad. However, Mahathir’s loyalist Khairuddin Abu Hassan accused Zahid of being a liar and was challenged to “sumpah laknat” in a mosque. Of course, the Java-immigrant was too chicken to accept the challenge.

At the end of the day, no crooks, villains, murderers or animals were harmed by divine retribution during – or even after – the making of any “sumpah laknat” ceremony. That alone speaks volumes about the effectiveness of engaging in such time-wasting activity. Perhaps Najib Razak should pay more attention to karma or retribution in a different manner.

Najib  meets Trumph

As admitted by Najib, this was the third time he has sworn the oath concerning Altantuya. The first time he took the “sumpah” was in 2007 and again in 2008. What the disgraced serial liar probably didn’t realise was the start of his downfall right after he lied that he had never met the Mongolian woman, let alone had sex or gave the order to kill her.

Sure, he successfully pressured his predecessor, “sleeping beauty” Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, to resign after the disastrous results of the 2008 General Election, marking the first time since the 1969 election that the Barisan Nasional coalition did not win a two-thirds supermajority in the Malaysian Parliament. The ruling coalition under Badawi won only 51.39% popular vote.

However, Najib Razak, who took over the premiership on 3 April, 2009, unexpectedly did worse than Abdullah Badawi in the subsequent 2013 General Election. Under his leadership, for the first time in the history of the country, the Barisan Nasional won less of the popular vote than the opposition. Najib’s government only won 47.38% of the popular vote while the now-defunct opposition Pakatan Rakyat took 50.87%.

Five years later, despite splashing billions of dollars bribing the people through BR1M, Najib lost the entire government in the May 2018 General Election. Yes, after 61 years since independence in 1957, the once invincible and mighty Barisan Nasional coalition lost its power under the pink lips Najib Razak. Could this be the divine retribution for the lies he made twice at the holy mosques?

Yes, about 10 years after Najib lied in the mosque about Altantuya, the Barisan Nasional ruling government slowly but surely started to lose its shine. Najib was destined to become a prime minister because that was the only way he would become more arrogant and corrupt, and eventually fell, allowing killer Azilah to expose him as the despicable man who gave the order to “shoot and explode” a pregnant woman.

Desperate to save his own pathetic life, he would do anything, including undertaking the “sumpah laknat”. Still, Mr. Najib should be careful what he wishes for, not that he has any other choice. The curse could come back to haunt him as he had made a mockery of the Islamic religious oath. Sumpah! Demi Allah! I’m not lying!...

Thursday was a monumental day in the United States. A decision to impeach the US President Donald Trump was made by Congress.  They debated and finally voted to impeach him for abusing power and obstructing Congress.  They made the decision based on investigations and evidence. Trump maintains innocence but a trial will begin in January 2020.

In Malaysia, a trial is already going on against former Prime Minister Najib Razak and his alleged 1MDB corruption scandal.  The trial is going how a trial should be and Najib is currently entering his defence.  He was happy that he had to go to trial because he said that it would be an opportunity to clear his name.

Then the sumpah laknat starts. What is sumpah laknat? It is when a Muslim goes to a mosque and swears on the Quran.  If he or she is lying, then the invitation is for God to smite you with extreme curses. Apparently, it is so powerful that in Malaysia, it ends all arguments and disputes. 

We’ve seen many people doing the sumpah laknat publicly every time they are accused of wrongdoing or immoral activities.  And once they do that, all accusations are supposed to stop because if no wrath comes from God, then obviously they are innocent.  And who can question God’s decision, right?

So, Najib decided last week that he would go to a mosque this Friday (today) and after Friday prayers, he shall commence with his sumpah laknat saying that he is not involved in the 1MDB scandal.  This is in addition to him also denying that he was involved in the murder of the Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006. Lots of denying he has to do.

I guess this is supposed to solve everything then. Why waste time and money on a trial now?  Who cares about rational investigation and evidence? Who cares if there are actual witnesses and black and white documentation?  All that can be disregarded because… hey! sumpah laknat! What more do you want?

But here’s the thing. Wrongdoing will always be wrong whether there is a sumpah laknat or not.  It’s just like lying. You can lie without swearing and it is still a lie. You can get away with it, of course.  But it’s still a lie. If you break the law, you will need to face justice. Just like in a religion, if you commit sin, you will face the consequences.

Take for example this hypothetical situation.  A wife decides to cheat on her husband and commit adultery. She denies every allegation and accusation.  She swears to God and promises that she didn’t do anything wrong.  Yes, similar to a sumpah laknat. But then, investigations exposes actual evidence of the adulterous actions and the wife becomes an ex-wife.  So much for the sumpah and swearing.

Does the swearing to God actually stop a person from lying if he or she has already decided to lie?  Of course not. Many human beings are wired to think that they can be smart enough to get away with anything.  They might even think that they can outsmart and manipulate religion and God with their sumpah laknat and swearing on holy books. 

What they are doing is making a mockery of the religion and that in its own is a tremendous wrongdoing. And at the end of the day, evidence should count and contribute towards justice.  As human beings in this world, we have a responsibility to protect society from abuse and this is even mentioned in many religious teachings. 

That’s why we have the justice system in the form of the judiciary. Let the trial go on and we should rubbish the sumpah laknat as a publicity stunt. Think about it. If we can rely on the sumpah laknat to prove innocence, then we can definitely rely on a more systematic method like the courts to prove innocence or guilt. 

Sure, we can argue that the justice system isn’t perfect. But I would rather rely on an imperfect system (that can be fought to be improved) than just blind swearing in a mosque. So for Najib, he can sumpah all he wants and make as much noise as he wants to. Malu apa bossku? Right?  But he cannot be absolved of the allegations and accusations just like that. He will still have to go to court. 

So it is for Trump as well. He can scream and tweet all he wants, but his impeachment will happen anyway. And if Najib really believes in his sumpah laknat, he should video tape it today and then submit it as his defence in court.  Why not, right? Malu apa bossku? - Zan Azlee

Semalam Najib Razak melakukan sumpah laknat Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur bagi menafikan tuduhan yang terkandung dalam Akaun Bersumpah atau SD Azilah Hadri yang mengaitkannya dengan pembunuhan Altantuya Sharibuu.

Lafaz sumpah beliau adalah:-

Walaupun telah melakukan sumpah, dari segi undang-undang negara, ia tidak bermakna Najib telah bersih dan suci sepenuhnya daripada pembunuhan itu. Ia juga tidak bermakna SD Azilah itu sebagai palsu dan tidak benar dan beliau dianggap telah melakukan fitnah terhadap Najib.

Selain kebenaran yang sebenar-benarnya hanyalah milik Allah, dengan tindakan berani Najib melakukan sumpah laknat ini, keperluan untuk membuka semula kes perbicaraan Altantuya dengan sendirinya menjadi lebih tinggi.

Pihak kerajaan melalui Jabatan Peguam Negara kini tidak ada pilihan lain selain perlu mengarahkan kes tersebut dibicarakan semula. Malah, kalau boleh, perbicaraan mesti diadakan dalam kadar yang segera kerana kes ini dianggap membawa kepentingan yang tinggi kepada orang awam, rakyat serta negara seluruhnya.

Perbicaraan semula itu bukan saja selaras dengan kehendak rakyat yang mahu tahu kebenaran kes pembunuhan Altantuya, malah sebenarnya sesuai juga dengan keinginan Azilah dan Najib sendiri.

Apabila Azilah membuat SD yang mendakwa Najib telah mengarahkannya membunuh Altantuya, beliau tentulah melakukannya dengan niat serta tujuan agar perbicaraan dapat dibuka semula dan sekaligus membuka ruang kepada pembebasannya daripada pembebasannya daripada hukuman gantung yang diterimanya sebelum ini.

Begitu juga apabila Najib sedia melakukan sumpah laknat menafikan dakwaan Azilah itu, beliau sebenarnya berbuat demikian agar perbicaraan dapat dibuka semula. Bermakna, baik Azilah mahu pun Najib, kedua-duanya memang mahukan perbicaraan semula diadakan.

Hanya dengan adanya perbicaraan semula serta memanggil kembali semua saksi-saksi yang relevan seperti Abdul Razak Baginda, bekas ketua pengawal peribadi Najib, DSP Musa Safri dan lain-lainnya, maka barulah dapat diketahui siapa sebenarnya yang mengarahkan pembunuhan Altantuya itu.

Apabila diketahui siapa yang mengarahkan pembunuhan itu, itulah sebesar-besar pesalah atau keparat yang sebenarnya. Selama ini hanya diketahui Azilah Hadri dan Sirul yang melakukan pembunuhan itu, tetapi kerana kedua-duanya tiada motif yang jelas membunuh Altantuya, siapa yang mengarahkan mereka masih lagi misteri.

Apa lagi ketika menjatuhkan hukuman gantung terhadap Azilah dan Sirul, hakim telah mengatakan motif pembunuhan tidak penting diketahui, walaupun ia adalah relevan. Melalui perbicaraan semula nanti akan turut membolehkan kita mengetahui sama ada SD Azilah yang mengaitkan Najib dalam pembunuhan itu sebagai palsu atau sebaliknya.

Juga akan diketahui kenapa tiba-tiba SD itu muncul dan mungkinkah ada sesiapa mengarahkan Azilah berbuat demikian. Bahkan, dengan perbicaraan semula juga akan diketahui kebenaran tentang sumpah laknat yang dilafazkan Najib semalam dan lebih daripada itu, dengan kehendak Allah, tidak mustahil laknat akan turut menyusul kepada sesiapa yang berbohong dan pelaku sebenar yang menyebabkan kematian Altantuya. -ShahbudinHusin.

Laknat Allah dan Redha Allah...

Kata wala'un PAS, Najib telah melakukan sumpah laknat... Kalau dia bohong, sudah tentu Allah sudah melaknat dia... Sekarang Najib sihat wal afiat, tak nampak pun dia dilaknat Allah, maknanya sumpahnya betul.

Soalan untuk wala'un : Kamu tahu ke laknat Allah tu macam mana...? Kamu ingat laknat Allah maksudnya Najib akan terpukang serta-merta dan tubuhnya terus bertukar jadi babi...? Atau tubuhnya akan terbakar...? Atau dia jadi bisu, atau matanya akan buta, atau mulut jadi herok...? Atau macam mana...?

Begitu juga dengan redha Allah... Wala'un PAS kata, biar pun kalah dalam pilihanraya tak apa, asalkan Allah redha.... Mana kau tahu Allah redha atau tak redha...? Kalau kalah pilihanraya itu bermakna Allah redha, calon PAS ramai yang menang di Terengganu, Kelantan dan Kedah, apakah Allah tidak meredhai mereka...? Kalau menang pilihanraya bermakna Allah redha, nescaya Amanah lah yang paling diredhai Allah, sebab pertama kali bertanding terus dapat jadi menteri... Bukan...!

Firmanallahu ta'ala dalam Surah At-Taubah ayat 100, maksudnya : "Dan orang-orang yang terawal - yang mula-mula (berhijrah dan memberi bantuan) dari golongan "Muhajirin" dan "Ansar" dan orang-orang yang menurut mereka dengan kebaikan, Allah redha akan mereka dan mereka pula redha akan Dia, serta Allah menyediakan untuk mereka syurga-syurga yang mengalir di bawahnya beberapa sungai, mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya; itulah kemenangan yang besar."

Para ulamak mentafsirkan 'Allah meredhai mereka' itu maksudnya semua sahabat nabi akan masuk syurga.... Itu makna redha.... Bukannya panjat pokok atas bukit untuk gantung bendera PAS, oooh kita mencari redha Allah... kepala hotak kau.

Begitu juga dengan laknat Allah, kita tak tahu macam mana... Itu perkara ghaib, itu urusan Allah.... Kita tidak tahu bentuk pelaknatan itu, dan kita tidak tahu laknat itu berlaku di dunia atau di akhirat.

Najib Received RM2.6 Billion Kickbacks From 1MDB...

U.S. Securities Commission – 

No Saudi Donations...

For as long as one can remember, Najib Razak has denied any involvement in the 1MDB scandal, despite caught with his hand in the cookie jar – a jaw-dropping  US$681 million in his private bank accounts. Instead, he claimed that the huge sum of money was donations from Saudi royal family, a claim that could not be officially and fully substantiated.

Najib, former prime minister of Malaysia and chairman of 1MDB (1Malaysia Development Berhad), had been consistent with his claim – until he was grilled by Al-Jazeera journalist Mary Ann Jolley last year. Finally, he wasn’t so sure anymore. He said he actually “assumed” the funds came from the Saudi government, claiming the dead King Abdullah had promised to give him money.

But in September 2018, Najib released documents which he claimed are proof that the Saudi Arabian royalty had indeed donated to him. He proudly uploaded to his Facebook page the document of a donation totalling US$100 million. Najib also unleashed a letter supposedly written by Saudi Prince Abdul Aziz Al-Saud dated February 1, 2011.

Subsequently, another letter dated March 1, 2013, was issued to Najib – gifting him with another US$800 million. Both letters, hilariously, carried different signatures, despite claiming to be from the same Saudi prince. The biggest joke was some of the contents of the letters were similar to a letter written by Eric Tan Kim Loong to Jho Low (both individuals believed to be the same person).

Like a storyline in a video game, the letter said – “In view of the friendship that we have developed over the years and your new ideas as a modern Islamic leader, I hereby grant you a sum of United States Dollars One Hundred Million (USD100,000,000) Only (“Gift”) which shall be remitted to you at such times and in such manner as I deem fit.”

Najib Razak and Sheikh Arab Jho Low - 1MDB

However, Najib failed to produce all the documents to substantiate the entire US$681 million, which he claimed were donations from the Saudi royal family. What he had produced was just a fraction of the documents to justify the RM2.6 billion found in his bank accounts. Even if the documents were genuine, it cannot prove that the “money” came “directly” from the Saudi government.

Besides, the contents of the letter appeared to be an afterthought ploy and probably were composed by Jho Low (full name: Low Taek Jho), the partner-in-crime of Najib Razak. The letter was begging the readers to believe that the money was donations. Exactly why was the letter addressed to Najib’s residence in Jalan Langgak Duta, and not the Prime Minister Office, is beyond comprehension.

Amusingly, Najib’s hotshot lawyer – Shafee Abdullah – didn’t think it’s important to produce Saudi Prince Abdul Aziz Al-Saud as material witness in the ongoing 1MDB corruption trials against his client. Did not the letter from Saudi praise Najib’s contribution to the Islamic world, hence the donations without any strings attached? Why did the Arab royal house refuse to save a good Muslim like Najib now?

That’s because Saudi had never paid a penny to Najib Razak, despite what the disputable (and probably fake) letter says about the free cash for the disgraced premier. Only the fools would believe that the late King Abdullah was damn worried about Arab Spring in Malaysia, a country which is 6,461-km away, and had sought to pay Najib regime a large sum of money to preserve stability.

While Najib and his lawyers could not produce complete documents to verify the US$681 million donations, let alone Arab witnesses to support his fairy tale, the United States is able to do so. According to latest documents released by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Najib Razak has been identified as the person who had received kickbacks from bonds issued by 1MDB.

US DOJ Indicts Jho Low, Tim Leissner, Roger Ng

The documents released were in relation to SEC’s settlement with former Goldman Sachs Group Inc executive Tim Leissner. In detailing the background of the case, the SEC said that Leissner had helped to raise US$6.5 billion (RM26.9 billion) for 1MDB under the guise of supporting projects meant to benefit Malaysians. But the money raised didn’t go to the people of Malaysia.

The commission said – “Leissner and others instead planned and executed a scheme to misappropriate more than US$2.7 billion and distribute the money as bribes and kickbacks to government officials in Malaysia and Abu Dhabi. Including but not limited to Najib as well as to other participants in the scheme and their families, including Leissner.”

After the stunning defeat of Mr. Najib in the historical May 2018 General Election, apparently the panicked Leissner hurriedly sought negotiations with U.S. prosecutors to potentially plead guilty to criminal charges, especially to a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which prohibits the use of bribes to foreign officials to get or keep business.

On Nov 1, 2018, the United States revealed criminal charges against not only Tim Leissner but also another Goldman Sachs banker, Ng Choon Hwa (Roger Ng), together with Malaysian financier fugitive Jho Low. Roger Ng was arrested in Malaysia while his former colleague Tim Leissner pleaded guilty to conspiring to launder money and to violating anti-bribery laws.

Tim Leissner agreed to pay US$43.7 million (£33.6 million; RM182 million). It was a good deal considering he had admitted to enriching himself – acknowledging that more than US$200 million in proceeds from 1MDB bonds flowed into accounts controlled by him and a relative in Hong Kong. This sweet deal means that Leissner had agreed to turn witness in the explosive scandal.

After he pleaded guilty to helping orchestrate the looting of billions of dollars from Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund 1MDB, Leissner, who is married to model and fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons, has also been banned for life from working in the securities industry by the U.S. regulators. Still, Leissner is scheduled to face sentencing on June 11 in a federal court in Brooklyn, New York.

Months ago, the U.S. prosecutors revealed that the three bond sales for 1MDB, code-named Project Magnolia, Maximus and Catalyze, had resulted in more than US$2.7 billion of the US$6.5 billion raised diverted into accounts controlled by Jho Low, Tim Leissner and other crooks. Money stolen was used to pay bribes to government officials, including the purchase of jewellery for Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor.

Now, the U.S. Securities Commission agreed with the U.S. prosecutors, saying – “Leissner also knew at the time that Najib Razak and government officials from Abu Dhabi and 1MDB officials would receive money from the proceeds of Project Maximus that passed through various shell companies beneficially owned and controlled by himself, Low and others.”

Under “Project Maximus”, the second of two bonds issued by 1MDB in 2012, which is called the Aabar BVI phase, Najib received US$30 million. But the juiciest kickbacks came from the “Project Catalyze”, which is also known as the Tanore phase in 2013 where the despicable former prime minster received a further US$681 million misappropriated from 1MDB.

It was also during the “Project Catalyze” that kickbacks, including “transferring approximately US$1.3 million (RM5.38 million) to the account of a New York jeweller to pay for jewellery for the wife of Najib” happened. This is in reference to 27 different 18-carat gold necklaces and bracelets Jho Low had bought for Rosmah Mansor from the 1MDB money siphoned.

Najib loves to drum the fact that US$620 million (out of the US$681 million) of the so-called donation money had been returned in August 2013. What he refuses to tell his dumb supporters is what actually happened to that money thereafter. Nope, the money didn’t go back to the Saudi royal house’s account, but stayed in the Tanore Finance Corp account in Singapore.

In fact, a month after the US$620 million was returned to the Tanore, the money was used to purchase a 22-K pink diamond necklace worth a staggering US$27.3 million for Rosmah, after US$32.76 million was transferred from Midhurst to a DBS Singapore bank account for Blackrock, one of many accounts held nominally by fugitive Jho Low under the alias of Eric Tan.

Yes, Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor had earlier been exposed to have had purchased a 22-carat pink diamond necklace – worth a stunning US$27.3 million – using money siphoned from 1MDB. According to U.S.-DOJ investigations, Jho Low had arranged for jewellery designer Lorraine Schwartz (also known as “Jewish Queen of Oscar Bling”) for the pink diamond on June 2, 2013.

Now that the U.S. Securities Commission has established that the US$681 million (RM2.6 billion) discovered in Najib Razak’s bank accounts were kickbacks from 1MDB bond deals, it proves that the much hyped Saudi donations did not exist at all. From the beginning, the U.S. Department of Justice and FBI had found no evidence of donations from Saudi in their investigations.

Despite Najib’s attempt of claiming ignorance in his current corruption and money laundering trials, the U.S. SEC has pointed out that upon 1MDB’s formation, Najib assumed a position of authority in 1MDB, and had the authority to approve all appointments and removals in 1MDB’s board of directors and 1MDB’s senior management team. He knew what he was doing until he is put on trial.

To make matters worse for the crooked Najib, Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Adel Ahmed Al-Jubeir confirmed in October last year that the RM2.6 billion “donation” which former prime minister Najib Razak proudly claimed to have received had nothing to do with the kingdom’s government. Mr. Najib is really screwed. He has not a single material witness to back his story. - FT

SD Azilah vs Sumpah laknat Najib...

2-3 hari ini hangat dengan SD pengakuan Azilah tentang pembunuhan Altantuya..sebenarnya aku tak berapa minat kes kes lama diulang tayang semula.. bagi aku hari ini masa untuk Move On dengan membangunkan Ekonomi dan negara..

Tapi bila Najib sendiri dalam status dia dok ulang ulang cabar kerajaan PH dakwa dia, Memang dia silap besar lah.. Atok memang pantang dicabar... Jadi sendiri cari pasal lah.. itu lah perangai Najib, Dia selalu cabar troll orang, Bila kena menangis kononnya jadi Mangsa.. 

Kalau kes ni disabitkan dengan pendakwaan saja, maknanya hari pertama didakwa, Najib tidak akan dibenarkan ikat jamin, dan akan terus ke Penjara.. Jadi biar lah Tun yg selesaikan..ini bukan urusan kita..

Bagi aku nasiblah Tun yang jadi PM..sebab dia bukan Pemaaf seperti Ds Anwar.. jadi biar Tun Mahathir selesaikan.. moga selepas Ds Anwar jadi PM ,Ds Anwar tidak akan dibebankan dengnan semua kerja jahat regim lama ini lagi..jadi bagi Tun Mahathir selesaikan.. 

Najib biasa lah.. Dulu orang tanya pasal Jho low pun dia kata tak kenal.. Dia tak kenal sapa Jho Low.. Dia Cukup yakin duit itu dari Putera Raja Saudi, Siap publish Dokumen ada Cop Mohor saudi lagi.... akhir dalam Mahkamah, Dia kata dia ditipu Jho Low.. sebab Yakin Jho Low begitu rapat dgn saudi.. 

Disini pun dah nampak Najib kaki temberang.. Kalau dia yakin degan Jho Low, dia ditipu dgn Jho Low, tang mana dia tak kenal Jho Low.. Begitu juga dalam Kes Altantuya.. Dia kata tak kenal Altantuya.. tapi semua kes Melibatkan Kes Altantuya, Melibatkan urusan transaksi ,urusniaga dengan orang dan kenalan rapat dia, Melibatkan Kementerian dia..

Sumpah laknat...

Razak baginda itu penasihat dan pembantu Najib, Sirul dan Azilah itu juru iring dan pegawai peribadi Najib..Altantuya itu pula jelas berurusniaga soal kapal selam berkaitan dengan Kementerian Najib dan Razak baginda jelas terima komisen dalam urus Niaga itu.. 

Kalau kata Najib tidak terlibat pun, jelas kes ini amat dekat dengan Kementerian Najib.. dan pasti jika ini jenayah peribadi melibatkan Azilah, mana mungkin mudah Bom C4 digunakan untuk meledakkan jasad Altantuya.. mana mungkin rekod keluar masuk,,Imigresen melibatkan Altantuya dipadamkan.. 

Jika ia bukan dilakukan Najib, dah pasti ia juga bukan dilakukan Azilah dan Sirul secara peribadi.. dan Misteri inilah yang perlu dirungkai.. dan bagi aku pendedahan ini akan lebih menarik jika semua persoalan ini terjawab..biarpun sukar untuk sabitkan Najib selepas bukti dihapuskan sekian lama..

Bagi aku nak sabitkan seseorang dengan kes Bunuh.. tambah kes lama yang mana segala bukti , jasad dan keterangan sudah dihapuskan agar sukar.. Ia berbeza dengan tuduhan melibatkan salah laku Kewangan... Biarpun kamu hapuskan segala bukti, dokumen transaksi,Dokumen Audit.. Transaksi, "Money Trail" itu masih boleh dijejak sebagaimana kes 1MDB dan SRC.. hatta kamu tutup akaun,Bunuh Pengasas Am Bank pun, jejak kewangan itu masih mampu dikesan..

Memang benar.. Najib mungkin boleh terlepas dari pertuduhan, tapi bagi aku yang penting siasatan semula akan membongkar segala persoalan misteri.. Jika ini berlaku.. Bukan salah PH, tapi salah Najib sendiri.. Siapa pergi pandai pandai cabar Atok.. Cabar Tun Mahathir.. Secebis nasihat utk Najib 

oleh seorang sahabat....

Najib nak bersumpah laknat. Eloklah. Cubalah bersihkan diri. Apa yg berlaku kpd Najib hari ini, mungkin ujian buat kita semua, khususnya Najib yg barangkali menzalimi isteri pertama dan anak2 dengan isteri pertama.

Mungkin isteri pertamanya dizalimi ketika Najib jatuh cinta dengan Rosmah Mansor. Ingat yer, doa org yg teraniaya, khususnya isteri dan anak2, tiada hijab antara mereka dengan Allah. Hari ini, apabila berlaku semua ini, kita menoleh sejenak ke belakang, apakah perbuatan kita dahulu, telah menghambat kita.

Boleh sahaja berkahwin lain, menambah isteri tetapi jgn sesekali menzalimi isteri dan anak2. Kita semua tidak terlepas dari melakukan kesilapan, sementelah kita adalah manusia biasa.

Jadi, bertaubatlah. Ada sesiapa boleh sampaikan kpd Najib, bertaubatlah. Mungkin ada lagi pendedahan demi pendedahan akan muncul nanti. Duit yg selama ini digunakan utk membeli penyokong dan pengikut tidak selama2nya dpt menambat hati mereka. Habis duit, habislah kesetiaan.

Najib, sekali lagi diingatkan, bertaubatlah. Cukuplah berpolitik. Cukuplah menyerang org sana, menyindir org sini. Zaman skrg, zaman awak perlu berlawan dengan “masalah awak sendiri”.

Tak perlu berlawan dengan PH, dengan Tun M atau dengan Khalid Samad. Itu bukan musuh awak. Musuh awak yg sebenar adalah “semaian awak sendiri, yg kini membuahkan hasil” yg tidak tertuai dek tangan.... - Tan Sri Rahim Thamby Chik
