Apakah polis cuba tutup salahlaku pemimpin2 UMNO....

Mereka hanya datang untuk mendengar pemimpin mereka menjelaskan apa sebenar berlaku dalam siri fitnah yang ditaja oleh penyamun2 UMNO ini. Perhimpunan itu adalah aman dan mempunyai permit tapi kenapa tiba2 polis datang menceroboh seolah2 ianya satu perhimpunan haram? Pokonya pemimpin2 UMNO yang memberi arahan itu tak mahu rahsia mereka dilondeh didepan rakyat ramai.

Polis telah menyediakan sekatan di merata tempat yang menuju ke tempat ceramah. Polis periksa sapa saja yang berjalan menuju ke Taman Melawati dan tindakan begini adalah agak keterlaluan. Walhal polis tidak pernah bertindak bila gerombolan pro UMNO dan Perkasa yang berdemonstrasi terhadap kerajaan Selangor dan Pulau Pinang dalam beberapa isu tertentu.


Aku taklah nak salahkan polis/FRU dalam hal ini kerana mereka menjalankan tugas mereka atas arahan ketua mereka yang menerima tekanan daripada orang2 UMNO di Putrajaya.

Malam ini, satu lagi ceramah DNA(Datuk Najib Altantuya) akan diadakan di Pulau Pinang. Apakah insiden yang sama akan berlaku dan mungkinkah kali ini Anwar ditangkap. Jomlah kita pi tengok dan dengar beramai-ramai....

Lebih 5,000 rakyat pelbagai lapisan kaum hadir program pelancaran Kempen Tolak kes Fitnah II anjuran KEADILAN di perkarangan Pusat Khidmat Rakyat Ahli Parlimen Gombak, Taman Melawati di sini, malam ini.

Seperti kelaziman, program anjuran KEADILAN itu dihalang polis hingga menyebabkan majlis yang dijadual bermula jam 9 malam ditangguh kira-kira sejam.

Polis dikatakan hanya membenarkan sesi ucapan selama 30 minit sahaja, menyebabkan pegawai kepada Timbalan Presiden KEADILAN, Mohamed Azmin Ali terpaksa berunding dengan polis Ampang.

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Ketua Pembangkang turut muncul hingga menggamatkan hadirin. Bagaimanapun, polis hanya membenarkan Anwar memberi ucapan selama 15 minit sahaja, malah mematikan pembesar suara dan mengheret Ketua Umum KEADILAN itu turun dari pentas, hingga menimbulkan kemarahan orang ramai.

Pada jam 11.30 malam, polis menyerbu ke arah orang ramai hingga menimbulkan kekecohan sedangkan program itu, asalnya berlangsung aman. Suasana terus kecoh dan tiga orang dipercayai ditahan polis. Dalam pada itu, seorang wartawan Free Malaysia Today, Fazy Sahir cedera terkena lontaran kerusi dalam suasana kecoh itu.

Kempen itu dinamakan sebagai ‘DNA’ atau ‘Datuk Najib-Altantuya’ bertujuan mengupas perkembangan terkini kes yang dihadapi Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim dan fitnah terbaru mengenai rakaman video seks yang didalangi Umno melalui ‘Datuk T’. Turut hadir dalam ceramah ialah Ahli Parlimen Balik Pulau, Yusmadi Yusoff dan Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) Hulu Klang, Saari Sungib

Datuk Shazryl Eskay wanted revenge on Anwar....

A retired policeman said today that Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah(left) had told him that he would bring down Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim before the video allegedly showing the opposition leader having sex with a Chinese prostitute surfaced on Monday.

Mohamad Mahti Abdul Rahim, who was the late Tan Sri Megat Junid Megat Ayub’s bodyguard, said that Shazryl had been angry with the Permatang Pauh MP for not wanting to testify in a civil suit he had filed.

“After that he started talking angrily about Anwar. He began to talk bad about him, saying ‘I will bring down Datuk Seri Anwar, whatever it takes,” he said.

Mohamad Mahti himself had agreed to be a witness in the suit where Shazryl is claiming he was owed a RM20 million commission for securing the deal for the RM460 million “crooked bridge” between Singapore and Johor. He said that when he had testified in the case on March 8, Shazryl had begun badmouthing Anwar when court was in recess and continued to do so after that day. “Whether this tape is real or not I don’t know, but he wanted to bring down Anwar Ibrahim. He said Anwar stole money from him,” he said.

Former Malacca chief minister Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik had admitted on Wednesday that Shazryl, Perkasa treasurer-general Datuk Shuib Lazim and himself were collectively the mysterious “Datuk T” behind the 21-minute sex video that was screened on Monday. Mohamad Mahti said today that Shazryl had also met him before last weekend to ask for help to secure former special action unit (UTK) officers, ostensibly for protection when he screened the video.

“He asked me to help him find four former UTK officers. When he said it was to attack Datuk Seri Anwar, I told him I didn’t want to know anything at all,” he said.

Mohamad Mahti, who had worked for the former domestic trade and consumer affairs for 18 years, said that he did not want to be involved despite having known Shazryl since 1996. However, he said he followed Shazryl to Shuib’s home where he found out that the Perkasa man was an advisor at Shazryl’s fertiliser factory and that he would soon be made chairman.

“There, Eskay started saying he was doing this for No. 1,” he said, adding that Shuib seemed hesitant to help Shazryl. “I don’t know who it is and I did not ask him who he meant,” Mohamad Mahti said when asked if Shazryl was referring to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who Anwar has accused of being involved in the release of the video.

“But now that all these accusations have happened, I feel I need to reveal the truth. Datuk “SK” is for Si Kitol,” he said, referring to the character in Malay history who betrayed the Sultan of Malacca to the Portuguese for his own benefit.

Mohamad Mahti, 53(right), said that he first met Shazryl when the latter was a physiotherapist for the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) in the 1990s.

“Datuk Megat had a muscle tear and Shazryl was recommended to me, so I introduced him to Datuk Megat,” he explained. “But when Datuk Megat had cancer and even when he passed away, Eskay never once visited him,” he said.

He said that this was also how Shazryl was introduced to then prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Anwar, as his services was also recommended to them.

Mohamed Mahti said that Shazryl had also met him on January 17 and told him he now operated five fertiliser factories in Thailand. He said that Shazryl had become close to Abdul Rahim because he was the chairman of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) and Shuib because he was the father-in-law of Rural and Regional Development Minister, Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal.

“He was also trying to get close to Felcra chairman Datuk Tajuddin Rahman so that he can secure deals to sell the fertiliser,” he said. He said he was given RM5,000 as “pocket money commission” to arrange a meeting with the Pasir Salak MP.

Mohamad Mahti said that a month later, Shazryl gave him a handwritten note allegedly written by Shazryl, promising various officers, including Tajuddin, a cut of every tonne of fertiliser sold via Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority. “I felt that this was bribery so I SMSed Tajuddin to forget the whole thing,” he said while showing reporters the alleged note written in red ink.

The former cop said that one of Anwar’s bodyguards, named Mokhtar, had called him earlier this week to ask why Shazryl was doing this as he had just brought his whole family to visit the PKR de facto leader a few weeks ago.

“I told him I knew nothing about the video until after it was released this week. “Eskay is a liar. Everything he has said is a lie,” he told reporters at his goat farm here this afternoon. “I am available if the police or even the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission want to question me. If Eskay wants to sue me, go ahead. I have no worries,” he said.

Mohamad Mahti added that Shazryl said he had helped Anwar a lot and brought the former deputy prime minister to Singapore to do a DNA test to disprove allegations in the late 1990s that he was the father of PKR deputy president Azmin Ali’s daughter. He said that Shazryl also claimed to have helped Anwar send controversial blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin to the UK when he was recently wanted for criminal defamation and sedition.

He added that he was not being asked by anyone to make these claims, pointing out that “if I was paid, we would hold the press conference in an air-conditioned hotel.”

Shazryl and Abdul Rahim have been detained by police earlier today in relation to the sex video. Anwar has denied that he is the man in the video, claiming that it is a political attack by Barisan Nasional. The black-and-white video was allegedly taken on February 21 at a hotel room in Kuala Lumpur. It begins with footage showing a man the trio claim to be Anwar, a woman with East Asian features and another unidentified man in the room. The second part, recorded from four slightly different angles, showed the man receiving oral sex from the woman and then having sexual intercourse with her in several positions.

Datuk T.Eskay sahkan yang Saifool homo...

Dalam keghairahan untuk memfitnah Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, ahli perniagaan Datuk Shazryl Eskay semalam mendedahkan bahawa pengadu kes liwat fitnah dua, Saiful Bukhari Azlan adalah pengamal hubungan seks sejenis.

Bagaimanapun ahli perniagaan itu menegaskan ‘beliau bukan seperti Saiful ” kerana telah mengerjakan umrah dan haji.

Saya telah menunaikan umrah dan haji. Saya rasa saya telah lama dipergunakan oleh Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Saya bukan macam Saiful, saya lurus saya bukan homoseks.

Eskay tidak mendedahkan sumber maklumatnya atau pun sama ada beliau mengenali Saiful secara peribadi. Beliau membuat kenyataan mengejut itu pada sidang akhbar semalam.

Ketika memberi keterangan di mahkamah bulan lalu, pakar kimia Seah Lay Hong mengesahkan kehadiran beberapa sampel DNA dari individu berlainan dalam dubur Saiful.

Dalam pada itu, Ahli Parlimen Sungei Petani, Datuk Johari Abdul menjelaskan bahawa fitnah video lucah diketengahkan ketika ini bagi memastikan UMNO mempunyai modal yang cukup untuk mengaibkan Anwar dalam menghadapi pilihanraya umum.

Ini kerana perbicaraan fitnah liwat terhadap Anwar mungkin akan selesai dalam sedikit masa dan UMNO akan ketandusan fitnah untuk menyerang moral ketua pembangkang itu.

"Pilihan Raya Sarawak makin dekat. Kes Mahkamah semakin hampir habis. Perlu ada isu berlarutan. Beberapa keputusan sudah tidak berpihak kepada kerajaan. Dan buku jingga pun dia orang (Kerajaan) dah tak larat nak berdebat. Jadi kena buat isu baru….kena cipta perkara lain,” kata Johari .

You cannot have sex and typing on computer simultaneously...

There is one simple way to find out whether ‘Datuk T’s’ pornographic video showing a look-alike of Anwar Ibrahim is a hoax, and that is to go to Anwar’s face book from your own face book account and look for his entries at the time when the video was supposed to be recorded, which is 10:23pm to 10:45pm on Feb 21, 2011.

I just did that, and I found that anwar made entries on that day at 10:40pm, 10:49pm, 10:50pm, for which he received 9 comments, 17 comments, 8 comments respectively. And thereafter, he made another 7 entries, up till 11:028pm. The fact that Anwar was actually posting messages in face book at the relevant time clearly indicates that Anwar couldn’t have been doing what was indicated in the video.

As jokingly exclaimed by Anwar during the press conference on Mar 21, hours after the exposure of the video: How could he be carrying out the sex act and typing on his computer at the same time? Obviously, ‘Datuk T’ had neglected to look up Anwar’s face book before he launched his pornographic piece.

QUESTIONABLE TIME FRAME

Purely on a technical level, another question that puzzled me was: How could so many acts be compressed into the purported duration of 22 minutes as indicated in the video? Journalists who had viewed the video said that the love-making part lasted 17 minutes. This means that within the remaining 5 minutes, the following events had to be completed:

Pre-sex act:

- Anwar look-alike (Mr. X) walked into the room with the conductor who gave instruction to the prostitute who was already waiting there. The conductor left the room.

- The couple undressed.

- Woman went into the bathroom and took a bath, which should include wiping dry with a towel (the undressing and bathroom part of the video was skipped by ‘Datuk T’, but he said the woman took a bath).

Post-sex act:

- Mr.X wiped his lower part with tissue, and went into the bathroom to clean himself, which presumably included washing and wiping dry with a towel.

- Mr. X came out from the bathroom, dressed himself and walked off the room.

It should be obvious that when one tallies up the reasonable time allowed for completing each of these events, the total will far exceed 5 minutes. This conflict of time frames further undermines the credibility of the video clip.

PLOT IMPLAUSIBLE

‘Datuk T’ said that the sex romp took place in a Spa which provides sex in Kuala Lumpur.

Will anyone believe that opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim – who has been subjected incessantly to all sorts of cruel and unjust political persecution for the past 13 years, branded as enemy number one, for which the ruling power has been desperate to see that he is politically annihilated – would even condescend to walk into a place of such disrepute at the peak hours, where he would be instantly recognized by almost everyone present there, not to mention having sex with a prostitute in the same place? Haven’t ‘Datuk T’ and the plotters behind him overstretched their imagination, if they think the people would swallow such a story?

‘Datuk T’ also claimed that Anwar sent him to the room to look for his lost watch.

If Anwar had patronized a prostitute in the room, would he be so foolish as to send someone to the room to look for his watch? Wouldn’t that stupid act amount to a virtual confession to others what misdeed he had done there? And wouldn’t that confession spell the end of his political career? Who will believe that Anwar would value the watch more than his family, his political career and the destiny of his country and his people?

Despite the indefatigable effort of the ruling power to fix Anwar all these years, has it produced an iota of evidence of his political or moral misconduct, such as corruption, abuse of power, religious or moral sins?

If Anwar has shown none of these weaknesses, why should Malaysians believe ‘Datuk T’ in preference over Anwar, when what the former has displayed so far is nothing but crass acts of character assassination that serves the evil design of his political masters? - Kim Quek

Pendedahan ini bakal mematikan terus fitnah terhadap Anwar oleh Rahim Thamby Chik yang semalam berbohong pada satu sidang media mendakwa orang dalam rakaman video itu ialah Anwar!

Terdapat satu cara mudah untuk mengetahui sama ada 'Datuk T' video lucah menunjukkan satu mirip Anwar Ibrahim ialah satu olokan, dan itu pergi ke Facebook Anwar dari akaun Facebook anda sendiri dan mencari catatan-catatannya pada masa itu apabila video ialah patut untuk direkodkan, yang merupakan 10:23pm untuk 10:45pm pada 21 Feb, 2011.

Saya baru saja melakukannya , dan saya mendapati yang Anwar membuat catatan-catatan pada hari itu pada 10:40pm, 10:49pm, 10:50pm, yang dia menerima sembilan komen, 17 komen , dan lapan komen masing-masing. Dan selepas itu, dia membuat catatan-catatan tujuh lagi, sehingga 11:28pm.

Fakta itu yang Anwar sebenarnya melaras mesej-mesej dalam Facebook pada masa berkaitan menunjukkan dengan jelas yang Anwar tidak boleh melakukan apa telah ditunjukkan dalam video. Sebagai secara bergurau diteriak oleh Anwar semasa sidang akhbar pada 21 Mac, jam selepas pendedahan video: Bagaimana boleh dia jadi melaksanakan aksi seks dan taip-menaip pada komputernya pada masa yang sama?

Nyata, 'Datuk T' sekiranya mengabaikan melihat naik laman Facebook Anwar sebelum dia melancarkan kepingan lucahnya.

Kerangka masa dipersoalkan

Semata-mata pada satu peringkat teknikal, satu lagi soalan yang menghairankan saya ialah: Bagaimana boleh begitu banyak akta-akta jadi dimampatkan ke dalam tempoh dimaksudkan 22 minit sebagai ditunjukkan dalam video? Wartawan-wartawan yang telah melihat video kata yang bahagian persetubuhan berakhir 17 minit. Ini bererti itu dalam kekal lima minit, peristiwa-peristiwa berikut perlu disiapkan:

Aksi pra-seks:

•Anwar mirip (Mr X) dijalankan ke dalam bilik itu dengan konduktor yang memberi suruhan bagi pelacur yang telah pun menunggu di sana. Konduktor meninggalkan bilik itu.

•Pasangan itu menanggalkan pakaian.

•Wanita memasuki bilik air dan mengambil mandi, yang patut memasukkan pengelapan kering dengan sehelai tuala (menanggalkan pakaian dan bahagian bilik air video dilangkau oleh 'Datuk T', tetapi katanya wanita itu mengambil mandi).

Menempatkan aksi seks:

•Mr.X dilap bahagian sulit bawahnya dengan tisu , dan memasuki bilik air membersihkan dirinya, yang mungkin mengandungi pembasuhan dan mengelap kering dengan sehelai tuala.

•MR. X keluar dari bilik air, berpakaian dirinya dan meninggalkan bilik itu.

Ia sepatutnya jelas sedemikian apabila satu menyelaraskan naik masa wajar dibenarkan untuk menyiapkan tiap-tiap peristiwa ini, berjumlah akan jauh melebihi lima minit. Konflik ini masa seterusnya melemahkan kredibiliti klip video.

Plot tidak masuk akal

'Datuk T' kata yang berkejar-kejaran seks mengambil tempat dalam sebuah spa yang menyediakan seks di Kuala Lumpur.

Adakah sesiapa percaya yang ketua pembangkang Anwar Ibrahim - yang telah tertakluk berterusan bagi pelbagai penganiayaan politik kejam dan tidak adil untuk masa lampau 13 tahun, menjenamakan sebagai musuh nombor satu, yang kuasa yang memerintah menjadi terdesak melihat yang dia secara politik dihapuskan - juga akan menjatuhkan darjat berjalan masuk suatu tempat keaiban sedemikian pada waktu puncak , di mana dia akan serta-merta dikenali orang ramai kerana melanggan pelacur?

Belum 'Datuk T' dan pengkomplot di belakang dia overstretched imaginasi mereka, jika mereka fikir orang ramai akan menelan cerita sebegitu? 'Datuk T' juga mendakwa yang Anwar menghantar dia ke bilik itu mencari jam tangan hilangnya. Jika Anwar telah merendah-rendahkan seorang pelacur dalam bilik itu, akan dia jadi jadi bodoh seperti menghantar seseorang ke bilik itu mencari jam tangannya?

Tidak akan yang tindakan bodoh berjumlah satu pengakuan maya kepada orang lain bagi kesalahan dia telah buat di sana? Dan tidak akan yang pengakuan mengeja penghujung kerjaya politiknya? Siapakah akan percaya yang Anwar akan menilai jam tangan lebih mahal daripada keluarganya, kerjaya politiknya dan nasib negaranya dan rakyatnya?

Walaupun usaha gigih kuasa yang memerintah menetapkan Anwar semua tahun-tahun ini, mempunyai ia menghasilkan satu abjad bukti dia salah laku moral atau politik, seperti rasuah, penyalahgunaan kuasa, dosa-dosa moral atau keagamaan?

Jika Anwar telah membuktikan tiada kelemahan-kelemahan ini, kenapa harus rakyat Malaysia percaya 'Datuk T' kali pertama atas Anwar, apabila apa terdahulu telah mempamerkan setakat ini hanyalah akta-akta tolol pencemaran nama baik yang melayan reka bentuk yang jahat ketua politiknya? -Kim Quek

Prosecution ends its case....

Following the major setback to Anwar Ibrahim after the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled that his arrest was legal, the trial resumed today with the recalling of two witnesses to officially admit three disputed items as evidence.

The items - a Cactus mineral water bottle, a 'Good Morning' towel and a white toothbrush - were retrieved from Anwar's cell after he was held overnight by the police on July 16, 2008. The two witnesses - chemist Nor Aidora Saedon and former Crime Scene Investigation chief Supt (Rtd) Amidon Anan - were both involved in handling the items. Nor Aidora had earlier testified the DNA retrieved from those items belonged to 'Male Y'.

Following today's hearing, the prosecution is expected to close their case and the court will fix another day for submissions. After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge will then decide on whether the prosecution has a prima facie case and thus requiring Anwar to mount his defence.

9.47am: Court called into session with justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah presiding. Yusof wants to recall two witnesses. Karpal interjects. He says the defence had already submitted an application for a review of yesterday's ruling. However, judge says he will hear the testimony of the two witnesses. Karpal objects. The application has to be heard first before the recalling the two witnesses, he argues.

Karpal: A hasty judge is a pertinent judge.

Judge Zabidin: I want to see you in chambers.

9.52am: Karpal says he does not want to see in tomorrow's papers that 'Male Y' is the accused, and then later the court allows a review of its decision. After shaking his head, judge agrees to meet the parties in his chambers.

10.03am: Both parties emerge from chambers. Sankara indicates judge is to hear the defence's application for review straight away.

10.08am: The court resumes with hearing of the review application. Karpal says a ruling was made on March 8 where all three items were to be excluded as evidence since they were obtained through unfair methods and unfair means.

10.11am: He says according to the ruling yesterday, the items were to be admitted based on evidence of the investigating officer. "What is most significant was this - the Lock-up Rules, Rule 20, states that a time to rest, in which a suspect must be kept in lock-up between 6pm and 6am. "A contravention of that rules would make the detention unlawful."

10.14am: Karpal adds that what is important is that the detention was unlawful even if the court ruled the arrest was lawful. "Anwar is taken to HKL (Hospital Kuala Lumpur) at 8.30pm and brought back at 10.30pm. This is a clear case of contravention of Rule 20.

"Subject to that, it shows the unfair method and unfair means. You did not touch on the lock-up rules." Citing Mokhtar Hashim case, Karpal said the court is bound by the decision as it is a Federal Court decision. "You ought to have decided unfair methods and unfair means alone."

10.18am: Karpal also points out that the samples were not allowed to be touched by the police. "This shows deception to gain DNA," he says. "The Federal Court has ruled, by trick or deception, the court should not accept such evidence as it would be unfair to the accused."

10.21am: Karpal says the judge should not be influenced by anyone and should stand as the Rock of Gibraltar when making a decision. Karpal ends his submission.

10.22am: It is now Yusof's turn. He submits there is no new evidence for a review.

10.24am: Yusof says the detention does not mean you must be in the lock-up. "None of the counsel said you must be in the lock-up then. In fact, Anwar was allowed to spend time with his family.

"DSP Yahya Abdul Rahman said 'do not touch' (the items), but it was directed the next morning. It was not the IO (investigating officer) who directed 'not to touch'. It was not Jude (Pereira) who directed the collection of samples. It came from the higher-up, the Federal Territory CID chief," he says.

10.28am: Yusof says it is normal for the police to take advantage. He ends his submission.

10.29am: Karpal replies that the prosecution accepts the Federal Court decision, but that applies to caution statement. "Anwar was taken to HKL at the hours this was done, and it is against the law. "What was done is considered unlawful arrest. There was deception against DSAI and therefore, the need to review the ruling." 10.31am: Judge Zabidin asks for a 10-minute break before delivering his decision on the defence's application to review yesterday's ruling.

10.40am: Court resumes.

Justice Zabidin rejects Karpal's review application on the grounds that after going to the affidavit, there is no grounds for him to review. "Hence the application is dismissed." Former Crime Scene Investigation chief Supt (Rtd) Amidon Anan is recalled to take the witness stand.

10.42am: Answering a question from deputy public prosecutor Nordin Hassan, Amidon says on July 17, 2008, he took four items including the strand of hair, mineral water bottle, toothbrush, and towel. "Yes, I sealed those items."

10.44am: All the items are now being marked as evidence.

10.45am: Karpal says the defence has no questions.

10.46am: Chemist Nor Aidora Saedon is called to take the stand.

10.47am: DPP Noorin Badaruddin stand. He will be asking the questions. Nor Aidora says the items which were handed by Pereira was identified by her. "I examined and analysed them."

10.50am: Nor Aidora's chemist report is also marked as an exhibit (evidence) P62. Her electropherogram chart is marked as evidence P63. Karpal says he has no questions. Yusof stands and says the prosecution has closed its case.

The prosecution has offered 73 witnesses to the defence. Out of this, 27 had been called by the prosecution.

10.53am: Yusof applies for submission in two weeks. Karpal asks for three weeks. Justice Zabidin fixes April 18 for submission. This is will immediately after the April 15 Sarawak state elections.

10.56am: Court adjourns.
