Mengapa SPR nak mengarah? Itu bukan urusan SPR,” katanya lagi. – Roketkin.com

As Malaysia Moves to Ban ‘Fake News,’
Worries About Who Decides the Truth...

In highway billboards and radio announcements, the government of Malaysia is warning of a new enemy: “fake news.”

On Monday, the lower house of Parliament passed a bill outlawing fake news, the first measure of its kind in the world. The proposal, which allows for up to six years in prison for publishing or circulating misleading information, is expected to pass the Senate this week and to come into effect soon after.

The legislation would punish not only those who are behind fake news but also anyone who maliciously spreads such material. Online service providers would be responsible for third-party content, and anyone could lodge a complaint. As long as Malaysia or Malaysians are affected, fake news generated outside the country is also subject to prosecution.

What qualifies as fake news, however, is ill defined. Ultimately, the government would be given broad latitude to decide what constitutes fact in Malaysia.

“Fake news has become a global phenomenon, but Malaysia is at the tip of the spear in trying to fight it with an anti-fake news law,” said Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek, a senior official with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. “When the American president made ‘fake news’ into a buzzword, the world woke up.”

But members of Malaysia’s political opposition say the legislation is intended to stifle free speech ahead of elections that are widely seen as a referendum on Prime Minister Najib Razak, who has been tainted by a scandal involving billions of dollars that were diverted from Malaysia’s state investment fund.

“Instead of a proper investigation into what happened, we have a ministry of truth being created,” said Nurul Izzah Anwar, a lawmaker from the People’s Justice Party and the daughter of the jailed opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.

An inquiry by the United States Department of Justice found that associates of Mr. Najib had mishandled at least $3.5 billion connected to the 1 Malaysia Development Berhad fund, known as 1MDB. American officials have been working to seize about $1.7 billion in assets and have expanded the scope of their inquiry to include a criminal investigation.

The Department of Justice traced $731 million deposited into bank accounts controlled by Mr. Najib to 1MDB. Mr. Najib, who is referred to in American documents simply as Malaysia Official 1, has said most of the money was a gift from a Saudi patron. Continue reading...

Hari ini di Parlimen...

Image result for Hari ini di Parlimen ! - hanipa maidin

5. Untuk rekod, anak Yb Pasir Salak yang serang seorang MP di dalam kawasan Parlimen ( which is supposed to be safe and secured ) hanya didakwa di bawah Akta Kesalahan Kecil yang hukuman maksimum hanya RM 100 sahaja jika bersalah. Serius sangat tu !

6. By the way, parti suci telah mengundi sokong RUU Berita Tidak Benar 2018 yang dibawa oleh rejim BN. Dah tak nampak beza dengan BN. Para YB PH pula lawan habis- habisan termasuk mengundi tolak RUU tersebut dengan minta undi belah bahagi ( kira ikut kepala ). Oh lupa.

- YB Sepang.

"Kita semua rakyat Malaysia.

- mk

Dr.M - We can still will but there must
be massive turnout 85% at least...

The country is facing a serious crisis. Democracy has been replaced with kleptocracy. Laws intended to protect the people are now used to threaten and oppress people. The GST now burdens the people. And the price of ikan kembung is now RM20 per kilo.

2. Yes the people are suffering. Almost all of them. But there are some who feel nothing. So what is so bad about the RM20 ikan kembung. Its only a few Ringgit more. A few Ringgit is nothing. Just a drop in the ocean. Rising cost is normal. You just have to put up with it.

3. Then there are those who believe they actually benefit from the crisis. The crumbs are still worth scrambling for. If you are not critical it’s okay. You can enjoy the crumbs.

4. What kind of Government we have is irrelevant. All Governments are the same. If they steal some money that is normal. For those who know how, there will be opportunities to grab from the very misrule, even from the stolen money.

5. Let those stupid people stretch their necks out. If they get chopped, that is their problem. If they succeed that too is okay. We know how to benefit from their efforts.

6. It is sad that we should have such people. They don’t care for the sufferings of others. They don’t care for what happens to the country. Democracy or kleptocracy are the same to them. If you behave yourself the absence of the rule of law will not harm you.

7. If indeed they are made to suffer, then just leave the country. Go to Australia or Britain or Canada. Take up foreign citizenship. Visit the country once in a while.

8. These people are among us. There are not many of them. But their attitude may spread within their circle. They may not vote. Some may even spoil their votes. They vote but they don’t vote. And they will tell others not to vote.

9. Their effect on the election may not be great. But Najib is resorting to fraudulent ways. Tampering with voters lists, cheating and changing boundaries of constituencies, corruption of the voters, deregistration of opposition parties and blocking their coalition, changes in the procedures of voting, arresting and detention of opposition leaders and candidates, threats, buying over opposition leaders etc and claiming that Najib will know who votes for whom.

10. These are how Najib cheats so as to win. There are people who say there is nothing Pakatan Harapan (PH) can do. BN will win by hook or by crook.

11. But PH can still win. It can win if there is massive support for the PH by those who care.

12. The voter turnout must be the biggest ever. Nothing less than 85%. This is achievable as shown in the 13th General Election. A Malay tsunami is what is needed. It can happen.

13. Support for PH must be massive. The aim is for the PH to have big majorities when they win.

14. Small majorities will lead to vote stuffing by the BN which has the control over all the Government employees working in the election.

15. There will be recounts and again the Government party can manipulate the counting.

16. Postal votes are especially proven to fraudulent changes.

17. Big majorities for the PH will be less susceptible to manipulation.

18. That is why we regret the attitude of some who do not care. They may not vote or they may spoil the votes.

19. Believe me; those who do this will live to regret the fate of their children and grandchildren. They will bear the brunt of the huge debt payment etc. Massive though the destruction of Malaysia by Najib now, the destruction if Najib is returned will be even worse than presently.

20. The people who will suffer most will be the poor, especially the rural Malays and the races in Sabah and Sarawak. The people and the country will be racked with racial conflicts, the absence of the rule of law and the kleptocracy.

21. Stay in your comfort zone and you will, one way or another, pay a very high price. - chedet

What next can Najib steal...

When election is near, strange things happen. How strange is it, you ask me? A ghost came to parliament last week. But I am getting way ahead of myself.

Let me begins with Monday, 26 March 2018. The week opened with three Members of Parliament, Ngeh Koo Ham (DAP-Beruas), Nga Kor Ming (DAP-Taiping), V Sivakumar (DAP-Batu Gajah), being suspended by Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia. The reason the suspension? Simply because the trio voiced objection against the Speaker for rejecting an emergency motion on Jho Low’s luxury yacht, Equanimity, seized by the Indonesian authority and other 1MDB-related questions. Pandikar has consistently rejected 1MDB questions in the past, citing among others, the issue being subjudice as it is being tried in the USA. Instead of allowing parliament to debate on 1MDB, dubbed the Mother of All Scandals in Malaysia, the Speaker chose to respond to allegations of his compromised impartiality by resorting to high-handed actions against parliamentarians.

Moving on to Wednesday, 28 March 2018. Prime Minister Najib Razak was supposed to table a motion on electoral boundary redelineation. The motion consisted a report by the Election Commission (EC) which was distributed to MPs six days before. The report however was embargoed even though distributed earlier. In fact, when it was first distributed on 22 March 2018, the Speaker said that MPs were not allowed to read it nor to bring it out of the House until six days later. His exact words, according to the Hansard, “Boleh feel, boleh pegang sehingga Rabu… jangan bawa pergi mana-mana…” (You can feel it, and hold it until Wednesday… [but] do not bring it out…”).

As such, prior to the tabling of the motion by the PM, Lim Kit Siang, MP for Gelang Patah, stood up to question who gave the power to enforce such embargo on the EC report. The Speaker not only refused to entertain Lim’s simple question, he ordered him to leave the House. When Lim refused to back down, Pandikar called on the government to move a motion naming Lim to suspend him from Parliament for six months.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Azalina Othman moved the motion to suspend Lim under Standing Order 44(3). No debate nor vote was called on the motion. Pandikar then adjourned the House but before that he threatened to call in the police if Lim is still in the House after the adjournment. For a Speaker in a democratic Parliament to make such statement is utterly shocking. Parliamentary tradition does not allow armed personnel to enter the House. About four hundred years ago, in 1642, when King Charles I entered the House of Common with armed guards to arrest parliamentarians, he triggered the English civil which ended with the beheading of the king himself. To this day, because of that incident, the British monarch is not allowed into the House of Common.

Since Azalina’s motion was not debated nor voted upon, Lim stood his ground and remained in the House till the end of the day’s session.

However, when a division (voting) was taken at the end of the redelineation motion, Lim who was present and voted against the motion, was not counted by the Speaker.

We are still in Wednesday, 28 March, and the PM eventually tabled the motion at about noon. For such an important motion which will affect the future of our country, only five opposition MPs were allowed to debate. Even then, each MP only had 10 minutes. Members of the civil society, election watchdogs and scholars have called the government’s redelineation plan a malapportionment where electorate size was manipulated to advantage the ruling party. One glaring evidence of such gerrymandering is, after the redelineation, the average number of voters per constituency for Barisan Nasional seats is 59,969, while for the Opposition, it is 83,150.

Another critical problem of the redelineation is a worsening of racial division when the so-called super-Chinese and super-Malay majority constituencies are created. Some heterogeneous constituencies were reapportioned to become single race majority constituencies; For example, Lumut, which was previously 51% Malays, 35% Chinese, 12% Indians and 1.5% Others will become 71% Malays, 16% Chinese, 12% Indians and 1% Others. MCA and Gerakan leaders had voiced their objection against the redelineation in the media because of this reason. Yet when it came to voting in Parliament, all MCA and Gerakan MPs including their presidents who objected in the media earlier, voted to support the redelineation.

The next day, on 29 March 2018, our ghost appeared in Parliament. Let me explain.

After the morning question time, UMNO’s MP for Setiu stood up to point out that Lim Kit Siang was still seated in the House despite being suspended by Speaker the day before. Pandikar ruled that, reading Lord Selwyn Llyod’s memoir, “Mr. Speaker, Sir”, he found inspiration to “just turn a blind eye as if you don’t see.” As such he ruled that he “does not see” the Member for Gelang Patah in the House, even though he was there, and therefore the honourable Member cannot participate in the proceeding of the House. In other words, the Speaker will treat Lim Kit Siang as invisible. Pandikar was clearly aware that he was setting a precedence. The Speaker of the House of course is a very powerful position. Many are already familiar with how the Speaker can “stop the clock” to allow parliamentary proceedings to go on beyond 12 midnight. But in this case, Pandikar can also rule that someone is invisible and inaudible in the House.

Barisan Nasional backbenchers and Ministers had a field day with the ruling. Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government, Noh Omar mocked Lim saying he heard a very familiar voice but cannot see anyone, and at one point, UMNO’s Sungai Besar MP shouted, “There is a ghost’s voice” to which Noh Omar agreed.

Image result for A ghost was in Parliament

A ghost was in Parliament that day. But if anything, he is the Spirit of Conscience of our Nation. No wonder those who are blind to their own conscience and support a kleptocrat failed to hear and see him.

I am not an expert on Lord Llyod’s Speakership, but a simple research showed that Llyod’s action of being “deaf or indeed blind” was actually to justify his inaction to discipline an opposition MP. The said MP had physically attacked the Home Secretary in the House! And yet for a variety of reasons, Llyod refused to take any disciplinary action against her, and hence, his statement that “there are times when the Chair can appropriately be deaf or indeed blind.” Lloyd was trying to protect a minority MP (who had physically harmed a Minister!) from being disciplined while Pandikar was punishing a minority MP for merely asking a question.

After lunch, on the same day we had a ghost in Parliament, at about 2.30pm,  the government tabled yet another controversial law, this time the Anti-Fake News Bill 2018. This Orwellian legislation gives the government power to decide what is “true” and “fake” news. Anyone convicted under this law can be jailed upto 10 years or half a million ringgit fine or both. If passed, the new law will be another addition to the strings of anti-democratic, draconian legislations already in placed. Only about a month before, artist Fahmi Reza was sentenced to one month jail and fined RM30,000 merely for drawing a clown caricature of the Prime Minister under the Communication and Multimedia Act.

The original plan was to bulldoze through this Bill on the same day, but somehow, the session was adjourned to be continued on the following Monday.

Within just a short time of four days’ sitting, the government had tried to steal our election and then our freedom. This is perhaps our “First they came…” moment:

First they stole our money through 1MDB,

Some of us did not speak up;

Then they try to steal our election through redelineation,

Still, there are some who did not speak up;

Then they want to steal our freedom with the Anti-Fake News Act,

Stubbornly, some still did not speak up,

When finally they come to steal our future;

It may already be too late to speak up.

It was an exhausting and a very strange week in Parliament: from the high-handedness of the Speaker to suspend four opposition MPs in one week, to the secretive book which was given to MPs but cannot be read for six days, to the action against Lim Kit Siang, the threat to call in the police, the passing of a gerrymandering act, the tabling of an Orwellian Anti-Fake News law, the Speaker’s power to turn Parliament blind and deaf, and finally, the appearance of a ghost in Parliament.

Strange things happen when the election is near. Or rather the government is acting very strangely, almost like an insane person. Perhaps the ancient Greeks were right to say, “those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad.” - Steven Sim

- mk

8CONFIRMED, PAKATAN WILL WIN GE14! ONE TERM OUT OF POWER WILL FORCE UMNO TO CLEAN UP ITS ACT รข€“ AND NO ONE COULD BENEFIT MORE THAN MALAYS FROM THAT!
Pakatan will win GE14...

April is full of things we can look forward to, but all eyes will be on Avengers: Infinity wars the 14th General Election (GE14). Before the parliament has even dissolved, analysts, politicians and other speculators from both side of the political divide are already offering their predictions and evidence as to which party will capture Putrajaya in GE14 – Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Harapan?

The question is obviously of interest to many Malaysians. After all, it determines the fate of the entire country, and its exciting to see who is going to lead us for the next 5 years. But this time around, all evidence points that Pakatan Harapan might actually win the elections, and here’s why:

1. The Mahathir effect will cause a Malay tsunami for Pakatan...

According to political risk news and analysis publication Global Risk Insights, the return of Dr Mahathir to politics is significant and perhaps among the biggest factors behind Pakatan defeating BN in the next election. In their report, they credit Mahathir with unifying Pakatan and allowing them to win over rural constituencies that they would otherwise have been unable to enter. Think of it as Pakatan becoming friends with the popular kids at school and finally getting invited to all the political parties.

But Mahathir’s influence is only part of the broader picture expected to be seen in the upcoming elections. Many are predicting a “Malay tsunami” this time round, referring to a tidal wave of support for Pakatan in previously UMNO-held seats. Despite the term being first used by DAP Kluang MP Liew Chin Tong back in 2015, it was revived last year by Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin to describe UMNO’s loss of support among Malays.

“The leaders are getting nervous. They know the people, the Malays themselves, are rejecting Umno.” – Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, as quoted in The Malaysian Insight.

Although Mahathir’s role in Pakatan is expected to be the key reason for this, high living costs, lack of jobs, and other economic problems will also be another key trigger for a Malay tsunami. But speaking of triggers…

2. The number of allegations against the gomen are getting hard to ignore...

When the first reports of 1MDB were just starting to come out in 2014, Malaysians would have NO IDEA how far and wide the allegations about corruption would spread. Almost four years later, we’ve seen an UMNO leader file police reports against 1MDB in five countries, a deputy PM and an AG sacked for poking around 1MDB, the US Department of Justice filing a lawsuit to seize money that had been illegally taken from 1MDB, aaand… Leonardo DiCaprio having to return an Oscar gifted to him by some flers connected to 1MDB.

But this hasn’t even been the only scandal to hit BN in the past five years. Two years ago, questions were raised when federal land authority FELCRA chaired by BN MP Bung Mokhtar spent a RM687 million to bail out a construction project. A year later, another BN MP, Annuar Musa, was suspended as chairman of MARA for allegedly forcing the government agency to sponsor a Kelantan football team. A couple months after, suspicious payments by land scheme company FELDA resulted in the suspension of its CEO and CFO.

In response to these scandals, voters in Ketereh (Annuar Musa’s constituency) and FELDA settlements have increasingly shown discontent with BN. To tap into these sentiments, Pakatan’s manifesto launched last monthpromised that they would set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate each of these scandals and restructure the management of the companies involved.

Which might be exactly what they need to win this election, especially when you consider…

3. BN was already unpopular in 2013 BEFORE this whole 1MDB thing...

Although Najib was seen by many as a reformist in the last elections, BN still suffered its biggest defeat everby winning less than 50 percent of the popular vote for the first time in history. Today, they have the same guy as PM + all these extra scandals that weren’t there in 2013, which would explain why support for BN has been dwindling across Malaysia, much to Pakatan’s favour. Kinda like if ugaiz found out the weird kid in your school ALSO hates kittens.

According to the Invoke survey of over 200,000 RESPONDENTS across the peninsular Malaysia, only 29% of Malays supported BN in February compared to the 41% support it enjoyed in December. This translates into a6% decrease each month which if compared to Pakatan, is worse once they realize Malay support for Pakatan has been steadily increasing, from 10% in December to 14% in February.

This pattern has also been recorded by other researches as well. Earlier this year, the Merdeka Centre surveyed over 1,000 respondents in Johor, which has long been considered to be a BN stronghold. There, they found that support for BN among Malays in Johor had fallen from 83% in GE13 all the way down to 58%. On the other hand, researchers from Singapore’s ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute predict that if Pakatan can get just 35% of Malay support in three cornered fights, they stand to win at least 16 seats that currently belong to BN.

“The most significant decline (in support for BN in Johor) was among Malay voters.” – Merdeka centre executive director Ibrahim Suffian, as quoted in The Malaysian Insight.

However the Invoke and Merdeka Centre studies have only focused on peninsular Malaysia. Because over in East Malaysia…

4. Sabah and Sarawak might finally be waking up...

According to former Sabah Chief Minister Harris Salleh, there was a huge possibility of BN losing Sabah and Sarawak on the federal level, although it would hold on to them at the state level. He said that voters in those states were growing frustrated with the government because of its selective and discriminatory policies, and he believed that the youth vote would have a significant impact against BN.

“It is not a question of whether Sabahans and Sarawakians are being deprived of their rights by the federal government, but the people here have heard lots of things. They are worried about what is happening in KL.” – Harris Salleh, as quoted by Free Malaysia Today.

But his claims haven’t been the only rumblings in East Malaysia. In 2016, former cabinet minister and Semporna MP Shafie Apdal became one of the UMNO members who got kicked out of the party for questioning 1MDB in public. Later that year, he turned down offers to join Bersatu so he could form his own party, Warisan. Despite making it clear that they would not be joining Pakatan, Shafie confirmed that ongoing negotiations between the two were almost being finalised. Then if that wasn’t enough,  just a few days ago 1,600 people quit UMNO to join Warisan.

Over in Sarawak, rumors have been buzzing about the state wanting to secede, although its Chief Minister Adenan Satem strongly deny these. Still, these telltale signs of discontent in states that have long been considered fixed deposit support for BN is troubling for them. Former law minister turned DAP member Zaid Ibrahim even speculated that if Pakatan can win enough seats on the peninsular, BN component parties in Sabah and Sarawak will jump ship to join Pakatan in GE14.

But now that we’ve mentioned fixed deposit support banks…

CONFIRMED, PAKATAN WILL WIN GE14! ONE TERM OUT OF POWER WILL FORCE UMNO TO CLEAN UP ITS ACT รข€“ AND NO ONE COULD BENEFIT MORE THAN MALAYS FROM THAT!

5. Non-Malays are kinda in the bag for Harapan...

In Invoke’s data projections of support for Pakatan among non-Malays, it was revealed that Chinese voter support was at its 2013 level of above 80%. Among Indians, BN had 60% of voter support compared to Pakatan’s 40%. However, this was still comparatively high given that BN used to have an 80% share among Indian voters. Plus, even with 40%, it was expected that Pakatan would have enough support to win parliamentary seats that have substantial Indian populations.

Although groups such as MCA have expressed puzzlement over the Chinese community’s support for Mahathir, they admit that Pakatan Harapan with Mahathir at its helm does still enjoy support among Chinese voters. This observation has been echoed by Mahathir himself, who expressed confidence in Chinese voters supporting Pakatan even if he is leading the coalition.

“I think the Chinese will support us… when I meet Chinese, they are friendly. They are even friendlier to me now than when I was the Prime Minister.” – Tun Dr Mahathir, as quoted in the Malaysian Chinese News.

Chief reasons behind Chinese voters preferring Pakatan over BN are economic factors such as the weak ringgitand rising cost of living. Additionally, things like government mismanagement, corruption, and the perception of MCA as a proxy of UMNO meant that Chinese voters overwhelmingly prefer Pakatan over BN. Not to mention, after the recent spat between UMNO and Malaysia’s richest man, Robert Kuok, many think that Chinese voters would have been driven even further from voting BN.

CONFIRMED, PAKATAN WILL WIN GE14! ONE TERM OUT OF POWER WILL FORCE UMNO TO CLEAN UP ITS ACT รข€“ AND NO ONE COULD BENEFIT MORE THAN MALAYS FROM THAT!

6. PAS could be a thing of the past...

In most analyses of the upcoming electoral contests, PAS consistently comes out as the biggest loser in three-cornered fights with Pakatan and BN. Invoke for example predicted that PAS will lose every single parliamentary and state seat they currently have, with Kelantan and Terengganu going to BN. Although less pessimistic (or should we say…

PASimistic CONFIRMED, PAKATAN WILL WIN GE14! ONE TERM OUT OF POWER WILL FORCE UMNO TO CLEAN UP ITS ACT – AND NO ONE COULD BENEFIT MORE THAN MALAYS FROM THAT!), another study similarly estimated that PAS would lose most of its seats and that PAS president Hadi Awang would be one of the casualties.

Among the chief reasons behind PAS becoming the biggest loser instead of Pakatan is their lack of support among non-Malays who only voted for them while they were part of the opposition. Since then, other issues such as their poor handling of flood relief efforts, clean water supply, or waste management, as well as policies with logging and the orang asli have further decreased their support among voters.

On top of that, recent suspicions that PAS may be working with UMNO have started to shake the confidence of PAS grassroots in their party leaders, since such a thing would be seen as a betrayal. But now that we’ve talked about Pakatan’s strengths AND obstacles, the number one reason that GE14 will see Pakatan forming the new government is…

7. Pakatan IS the only real alternative to BN

All things considered, Pakatan looks willing to take the majority from BN for the first time in history. The combination of economic and political crises with unresolved issues of transparency and corruption under BN serve to make the next GE the best time for a change of government. And with some seeing the current Pakatan coalition as the strongest the opposition has ever been, it looks like it just might happen.

“This time, the unity (of Pakatan Harapan) is better… It is not 100% perfect, but it is better than Pakatan Rakyat. I am confident this time we can defeat BN.” – Dr Mahathir, as quoted by The Malaysian Insight.

As a coalition, Pakatan has arguably built itself a track record running the state gomens of Penang and Selangor to show that they are able to govern when put to the task. That, combined with their manifesto promises which include (slightly populist) promises to abolish the GST and delay PTPTN loan repayments, as well as institutional reforms such as term limits and reducing powers of the PM, indicate that they have their own plans for the country.

It’s not all bad news for BN though, as one term as government in waiting could resolve alot of their current issues. After all, while it is likely that Pakatan will be making some huge changes to the direction Malaysia is heading in, their successes are only possible due to how far BN has gotten us in our sixty one-year history together. – cilisos

Jangan bodohkan rakyat & main sentimen perkauman...

Masa ketegangan Krisis Perlembagaan tahun 90an..

- Zaharin Mohd Yasin

Lock Stock and Barrel – OUT!

Many are frozen in shock, disgusted and traumatised by the redelineation bill and the anti fake news bill. An analysis of the amazing concoction is the construction of the process involving both where it is such an unbelievably illogical, irrational and clumsy move. Nevertheless a lay person’s feelings:

The Government coalition will lose even more votes!

The existence of both pieces of legalisation is a compensation mechanism for an elementary failure of a Government to convince the citizens that the 1MDB and other fiascos unravelling is anything but massive thievery, fraud and deception on an unforgettable and unprecedented level.

If the anti fake news bills and the redelineation bills were tabled on a serious effort to improve the governance of the country, the following is the minimum expectation. Critical information on either was not forthcoming or provided adequately in advance. There was no independent panel to probe the honesty and intention of the bills. Nor was there time provided for audit discussion, consultation, deliberations andobjections. You and I did not matter in the equation at all! How arrogant is that?

Our Neighbouring countries Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Myanmar are all tickled pink by the episodes and escapades. The serial clown has made a cartoon of Malaysia with his duplicity and diabolical plots of pants dropping nature-and he is getting caught all the time!

If the charge of systematic espionage and treasonous conduct against the Malaysian citizens is to be levelled against persons, it undoubtedly will be widespread dragnet of conspiratorial level with complicity by the following ‘who is who’ in the list of criminals as follows:
The Prime Minister
The cabinet
The parliamentary speaker
The electoral commission
The MACC
The AG
The PDRM
The Judiciary

The citizens have principal ownership of every conceivable institution, Despite this knowledge the intimidation, the tear gas, baton charge, persecutions, prosecution and arrest of NGO’s and opposition members on all manner of trivialities which are unimaginably flippant and flimsy is the dare and gauntlet thrown. The citizens by far and large have supported whoever the government has criminalised.

The current government is viewed and known as the gravest principal threat to the country. They have violated all constitutional laws, unwritten moral laws and the norms of decency. The hooliganism supported by the Govt is well known. The hoodlum and thugs masquerading as ministers have consistently threatened citizens. Such threats expose character. But the icing on the cake is the zero level of intelligence all of these goons display. They are consistently in competition and persistently contesting to outsmart each other on bizarre acts of incomprehensible stupidity- how can such a rag tag bunch manage the country?

Our country has no negotiation strength in the international arena. We have nothing but International pariahs whose trust and credibility is zero, they have no business representing Malaysians. Their signatures are not worth a toilet paper. Imagine their reference skills may read...
Manipulators
Professional Embezzlement specialist
Explosive experts
Political Delinquents

Indeterminate and indiscriminate sentencing should never have a place in democracy. In Malaysia the judicial approach to jail a person who steals food valued at one hundred ringgit and one whose embezzlement is one hundred million is a disorientation, dislocation and displacement of justice. The poor man is the criminal. The rich man is victim where he is accorded protection.

I have yet to see one pro-government text or whatsapp message. Everything about them is predictable negativity. Not one person is talking about how good this Government really is! Why is that?

As citizens of this nation we are in a cage of insecurity as we are surrounded by the highest ranking thieves and especially at election time the predator and plunder are prowling around. This is also a warning to our fellow citizens, not to take any chances, do not and it is repeated do not:

· Wear Jewellery especially pink colour
· Wear expensive watches
· Have more than RM50/- on your person at any one time
· Do not carry your credit card
· Carry handbags especially Birkin handbags
· Do not carry expensive hand phones, use and old model Nokia
· Drive an expensive car, bike or bicycle.
· Possess expensive paintings
· Keep your statues of awards(Actors and Actress especially)
· Take your daughters, wife’s, girlfriends or grandmothers out, chastity belts are a requirement - there are paedophiles and perverts.
· Dress with style, dress moderately, consider security have flaps or zippers for your pockets.
· Leave valuables unattended.
· Always lock your homes and offices, do not hire PDRM as security, and hire a Nepalese security guard.

Beware! At election time, high ranking serial thieves, liars, looters, criminals, cohorts and their opportunistic accomplices will lay siege, surround you and stop at nothing, they have stolen everything, the treasury is empty. What you have in your pockets is where they have set their eyes.

Our needs are simple affordable
· Affordable Food, shelter, clothing, transportation
· Clean environment, education, health and unity
This is all we need. Is this too difficult or too much to expect?

The only other option to avoid wasting our time and being mired in this misery is to just take each of these counterfeit scum by the scruff of their neck and kick them out LOCK, STOCK and BARREL, OUT! OUT!! OUT!!! – end of problems! - Voltaire
