Pesta khalwat berleluasa di Perhimpunan Agung UMNO...

Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (JAWI) digesa agar mengadakan operasi pencegahan maksiat besar-besar sempena Perhimpunan Agung Umno (PAU) yang akan bermula pada 5 Disember 2017 ini di PWTC, Kuala Lumpur.  

Gesaan tersebut dibuat oleh seorang bekas Ahli Jawatankuasa Kerja Puteri Umno Bahagian Klang, Wan Asshima Kamaruddin yang berkata, setiap kali Perhimpunan Agung Umno banyak berlaku pasangan yang berkhalwat berdasarkan pengetahuan beliau selama 17 tahun pernah bersama parti itu. 

"Beliau membuat pendedahan itu kerana tidak mahu lagi bersekongkol dan bersubahat dengan perbuatan maksiat setiap kali berlangsung PAU," lapor Harakahdaily. 

'Pasangan isteri dan suami orang'

Dalam laporan itu, Wan Asshima mencabar pihak Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (JAWI) membuat operasi besar-besaran bagi menangkap pasangan khalwat. 

"Berapa ramai pasangan yang berkhalwat, berapa ramai pasangan bukan Islam bersama dengan orang Islam. 

"Dekat situ kita tengok, berapa ramai pasangan isteri orang, suami orang bersama dalam satu bilik," Asshima dipetik berkata oleh Harakahdaily.  

"Tetapi saya nampak kemungkaran (itu) semasa saya 17 tahun lagi. 

"Sebab itu, saya minta JAWI semasa Perhimpunan Agung Umno (PAU) ini buat operasi besar-besaran di hotel-hotel Kuala Lumpur," tegasnya lapor Harakahdaily. 

Dakwaan tawaran projek RM1.5bilion

Akhbar Sinar Harian pada 3 November 2017 pernah melaporkan berkenaan Wan Asshima masuk parti PAS. 

Meskipun menerima tawaran projek Tanjung Agas bernilai RM1.5 bilion namun beliau tetap meninggalkan Umno, dakwa beliau dalam laporan itu.  

"Saya jenis manusia yang kalau benda itu membabitkan rasuah, integriti dan sebagainya saya tak nak akan 'involved' dengan satu benda itu. 

"Jadi saya tinggalkan projek tersebut, saya tinggalkan jawatan tersebut," katanya lapor Sinar Harian. 

Beliau berkata memilih Pas kerana sudah tertarik dengan parti itu sejak isu RUU355 diketengahkan lebih dua tahun lalu, lapor akhbar itu lagi. - mk

Lulus usul minta Najib letak jawatan

Why did MO1 attend that UMNO Kelantan meeting in Ku Li's house recently? Umno is definitely split. Umno Kelantan is not listening to MO1.  

MO1 promised Hadi that PAS will get Kelantan plus 40 seats in Parliament. But Umno Kelantan says no.UMNO Kelantan wants the state government. 

So UMNO Kelantan went to see Ku Li for support. Hence that  meeting in Ku Li's house. UMNO Kelantan/Ku Li summoned MO1 to attend the meeting. MO1  was forced to go to Ku Li's house. 

With Ku Li on their side, UMNO Kelantan told MO1 in his face that they will fight Pas. They are confident they can take over the Kelantan state government.MO1 was humiliated by Umno Kelantan. 

Notice that MO1's  biggest supporter Anuar Musa was not invited. Anuar has been going around the country telling Umno members Umno can and  will work with Pas.

Hadi trusts MO1. And MO1 has also been confiding in Hadi.MO1 calls Hadi on the phone almost every day.  

Most importantly, MO1 through various sources has  been giving plenty of "kuih" to Hadi through Hadi's trusted men.How much? 1.0 million 'kuih' per week until the elections.

Other PAS leaders especially Kelantan state PAS leaders are not aware that Hadi is receiving so much "kuih" from MO1.1.0 million 'kuih' a week until elections are called  is a lot  for a party that is used to collecting  'kuih' in Tin Milo  from its kampong members. 

So Hadi identified a trusted businessman and requested him to handle the 'kuih'  but the businessman politely declined. And the next thing his office was  raided by the t_x dept.

Previously two of these PAS leaders who received a few million "kuih" each from MO1 went into business and lost a lot of their 'kuih'. One of H__i's wives  was also given a contract .

With plenty of "kuih"  some of these leaders are behaving strangely by eating their 'kuih' in public  as mentioned by  SR.  Hadi has also started to be wary of them - for attracting too much attention.

Both Umno and Pas are split from the inside.UMNO members and Pas members do not agree with what their leaders are doing. 

All these months and years, MO1 has been behaving as if the party is his personal property. With the General Elections still not due, he could ignore the views and the concerns of UMNO and the party members.

Now with the elections coming closer, MO1 is finding out that all his confusing plans and  zero strategy planning does require the help and the endorsement of the party, especially the support of the grassroots.

And he is finding out that ignoring grassroots thinking is a very big mistake. For example Kelantan UMNO has long made it known that they will not work with PAS.

In Kelantan, UMNO and PAS members live side by side in the villages. Their dislike for each other over the decades has become personal.It will embarrass them even more if suddenly they were forced to have consensual homosexual sex. 

Finally is it bidaah to celebrate our Prophets birthday? Someone should ask this question to Pas and see their reply.Umno celebrates the Prophet's birthday and has made it a public holiday too. - ostb

Gangster2 UMNO dah mengamok menjelang PRU14...

Menjelang pilihan raya umum ke-14 (PRU14), UMNO membawa keluar samseng-samsengnya bagi menggertak sesiapa sahaja yang tidak sehaluan dengan pendirian parti Melayu itu.

Ia bermula dengan tindakan samseng Menteri Besar Pahang, Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob yang mengajak Adun Mentakab, Tengku Zulpuri Shah Raja Puji bertumbuk di luar dewan negeri sehingga ke tahap mempersoalkan keimanan beliau.

Semuanya kerana gara-gara hujah Tengku Zulpuri yang juga Timbalan Pengerusi DAP mengenai isu banjir yang tidak dipersetujui Adnan.

Adnan, jika dia waras, perlu sedar bahawa hujah harus dibalas dengan hujah, namun pemimpin UMNO itu lebih gemar mengambil aksi yang diluar kebiasaan masyarakat yang mengamalkan tamadun tinggi serta budi pekerti yang mulia.

Pun begitu, seminggu selepas ancaman itu, Adnan akhirnya memohon maaf atas kelakuannya dan menegaskan bahawa beliau bukanlah seorang gangster seperti yang disangka.

Ketua Parlimen DAP, Lim Kit Siang dalam kenyataannya hari ini sempat memuji sikap Adnan yang memohon maaf kepada Tengku Zulpuri.

Namun, seperti peribahasa Melayu yang berbunyi; “Terlajak perahu boleh diundur, terlajak kata buruk padahnya” kejadian itu akan terus membekas walaupun Tengku Zulpuri berlapang dada memaafkan Adnan.

Rakyat kini melihat Adnan sebagai seorang samseng, yang lebih rela menggunakan ‘penumbuk’ bagi menyelesaikan pertikaian, mirip apa yang pernah dibuat Samseng Baju Merah.

Ku Nan pula buat hal

Belumpun reda isu ugutan Adnan itu, Setiausaha Agung UMNO, Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor pula dilaporkan memperlekehkahn pelajar Universiti Teknologi Mara (UITM) dalam majlis Anugerah Nadi Negara 2017 pada Ahad lalu.

Tengku Adnan atau namanya manjanya Ku Nan mendakwa pelajar yang menuntut di universiti yang dibuka khusus untuk kaum Bumiputera itu sebagai ‘slow learner’ atau dalam bahasa Kebangsaannya lembab.

Dia yang berpangkat dan bertaraf menteri itu kemudian mendakwa bahawa kenyataannya itu diputar belit dan menyalahkan pembangkang sehinggalah ada pihak yang mengeluarkan rakaman penuh ucapannya itu.

Apa yang mengejutkan, pemimpin UMNO yang diangkat sebagai paling progresif dan ‘cool’ iaitu Khairy Jamaluddin (atau daddy KJ) mengeluarkan kenyataan mempertahankan tindakan bosnya itu.

Seperti rakan sejawatnya, Ku Nan akhirnya memohon maaf kerana menyedari bahawa temberangnya itu tidak lagi dapat disorok.

Mujurlah Persatuan Alumni UiTM memilih untuk memaafkan Ku Nan seperti mana Tengku Zulpuri memaafkan Adnan. Jika tidak tentu dibalas dengan demo besar-besaran di setiap cawangan UiTM. Eh, yeke?

Najib membisu?

Dalam ribut ancam mengancam, lekeh memperlekeh, ada sosok yang seharusnya berbunyi nampaknya tak berkokok langsung.

Datuk Seri Najib Razak selaku kepala UMNO dan negara seharusnya mengeluarkan kenyataan mengecam perilaku samseng anak-anak buahnya.

Namun, Najib memilih untuk senyap seribu bahasa. Cuci tangan kata orang.

Bukan pelik, artis veteran ditumbuk dalam majlis yang dihadirinya pun dia berdiri diam tanpa berkata apa-apa, seperti membenarkan perbuatan ganas hatta yang berlaku di depan matanya sendiri.

Siapa yang tidak ingat dengan kejadian pelawak, Mat Over yang menumbuk penerbit filem, David Teo kerana didakwa mempersendakan mamanda Najib.

Pemimpin yang waras akan terus bertindak menegur atau meleraikan, tetapi Najib berdiri terkepit-kepit seperti tidak ada apa-apa yang berlaku, merelakan pertelingkahan sesama rakyat berlaku di depan mata.

Di bawah pemerintahan Najib, perilaku ganas dan samseng seolah-olah bakal segar malar untuk beberapa tahun akan datang, itupun jika UMNO-BN terus diberi mandat untuk menentukan hala tuju dan dasar negara.

Sudahlah berbilion duit rakyat disonglap, budaya rasuah berleluasa, kini Najib ingin pula membiarkan budaya samseng mengakar dalam masyarakat di negara ini.

In Malaysia and many Third World countries, your father's (or grandfather's) name, can mean the difference between a life of untold riches, without having to work. Or a miserable existence.

The right name opens up a world of business, educational and business opportunities. With the right name, the victim of any burglary would receive a speedy police response, jump the queue for medical attention, or easily obtain a loan.

The children and family members of the top politician, and civil servants who trade on their fathers' names, deprive other hardworking Malaysian adults of a fair chance at the economic pie. The "right names" grab the lucrative contracts.

At one time in Perak, a company which was allegedly owned by the MB's wife was envied, despite her lack of business acumen.

The nephew of the Selangor MB is alleged to have been involved in illegal sand mining operations. Would he have been arrested by the MACC if he were just another Joe Bloggs and not Azmin Ali's nephew? Perhaps he was roped into the "business" because he was Azmin's nephew?

Would Red Granite Films have done business with Riza Aziz, if he was just boring Riza Aziz bin Mat Temberang, and not the stepson of the second most powerful man in Malaysia?

If one was called Juwiza binti Mat Tembak, and did not have a former top-cop as a dad, would one have been able to enter the firearms trade?

The former inspector-general of police (IGP), Khalid Abu Bakar (photo), said that there was no conflict of interest between him and his daughter's firearms business. She had been awarded the licence before he became the IGP. He failed to mention that the list of potential candidates, to succeed the retiring IGP, was an open secret. Planning for the future always helps.

Would Umno-Baru cyber-troopers have attacked Meera Alyanna, daughter of Mukhriz and granddaughter of Mahathir, if she was just plain Meera Alyanna binti Mat Siapa?

Mahathir is a thorn in Najib Abdul Razak's side. Despite having lost the perks of a former PM, like the services of his personal aides, and the sale of his pet projects like Proton, Mahathir is undeterred.

Targeting Mahathir's family members is a sign of Najib's desperation. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. The same scrutiny should be extended to the children of current Umno-Baru and BN leaders.

Sabah businessman, Michael Chia gave a Hum-Vee to a politician's son. Would Chia have done that if that man was just plain old Nedim bin Mat Rempit? In 2012, Sarawak Report exposed Nedim's ties with Chia, and the allegation behind the American Hum-Vee 2 SUV.

They say that you can learn much about a person's subconscious, by the vehicles he drives. In his mind's eye, did Nedim imagine himself to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger, the man who helped to promote the Hum-Vee? What Nedim lacked in muscle he made up for it in other ways. His behaviour matches the big, brash, and unattractive Hum-Vee.

Two weeks ago, Tourism and Culture Minister Nazri Abdul Aziz (photo) reacted to the attack on Mahathir's grandchild, by saying that there was nothing wrong with flaunting one's wealth, as long as it was from halal (permissible) sources.

Nazri said, “I have asked Mahathir, many times, how his children became rich when they don’t have business acumen."

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Did Nedim graduate from the Harvard Business School or did he trade on daddy's name, when he purchased a multi-million ringgit home and a fleet of imported sports cars?

To be fair, we should inspect the garages of the various ministers and their children. Allegations of businessmen presenting cars to ministerial spouses and family members are rife.

What would you do if your father was an influential politician, or a high ranking civil servant, and you were given cars, designer accessories, land, luxury holidays, gems, shares or directorships?

Would you realise that you would be expected to put in a good word for the businessman? Or would you just think that the kindly businessman had given you the things which your father could never provide? Would you reject the gifts?

If you say no, then you are also part of the problem. You cannot cherry pick from the smörgåsbord of moral decisions.

Some of us praise Najib for his BR1M, because it helps the poor. Remove his father's name, and you are left with just another washed-out politician, who is clueless about helping the poor, except to make them more dependent on the government.

Take away the political fathers' names from many people, who are prominent in public life, and you will see them for what they are. They will have lost the lustre.

Seorang bekas warden, yang juga ustaz, di sebuah pusat tahfiz dihukum penjara 20 tahun dan enam sebatan selepas didapati bersalah oleh dua mahkamah berasingan di Ampang, hari ini atas pertuduhan melakukan seks luar tabii dan kelucahan melampau terhadap empat pelajar lelaki di pusat tahfiz itu, dua tahun lalu.

Kedua-dua mahkamah mendapati pihak pembelaan gagal menimbulkan keraguan munasabah di akhir kes pembelaan.

Di Mahkamah Sesyen, Hakim Syafeera Mohd Said menjatuhkan hukuman penjara 15 tahun dan enam sebatan terhadap Muhammad Adib Sufyan Azman, 21, atas kesalahan melakukan seks luar tabii terhadap seorang pelajar lelaki berusia 14 tahun.

Tertuduh, yang kini bekerja sebagai pengawal keselamatan, didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu di sebuah pusat tahfiz di Ukay Perdana di Kuala Lumpur, yang kini telah pun ditutup, antara Januari 2014 dan Oktober 2015.

Dia didakwa mengikut Seksyen 377C Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara maksimum 20 tahun dan sebat, jika sabit kesalahan.

“Setelah mahkamah mendengar dengan teliti keterangan, mitigasi dan hujahan pemberatan pihak pendakwaan dan pembelaan, tertuduh didapati bersalah dan dijatuhi hukuman penjara 15 tahun bermula dari tarikh jatuh hukum (hari ini) dan enam kali sebatan," kata hakim itu.

Mahkamah membuat keputusan itu selepas mendengar keterangan sembilan saksi pendakwaan dan empat saksi pembelaan termasuk tertuduh pada perbicaraan kes itu yang bermula pada 2016.

Di Mahkamah Majistret, tertuduh dihukum penjara masing-masing 20 bulan bagi tiga pertuduhan melakukan kelucahan melampau iaitu dengan meraba kemaluan tiga pelajar lelaki berusia 14 tahun di tempat sama antara Januari 2015 dan April 2015.

Dia didakwa mengikut Seksyen 377D Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun.

Majistret Haslinda A. Raof memerintahkan tertuduh menjalani hukuman tersebut secara berasingan.

Kedua-dua mahkamah tersebut turut menolak permohonan tertuduh untuk menangguhkan pelaksaan hukuman sementara menunggu rayuan di Mahkamah Tinggi. Sambung cerita di sini

Dozens of Yayasan Felda staff to be laid off...

Malaysia's land development agency Felda, which is struggling with a corruption scandal and an underperforming listed arm, is laying off or forcing deep pay cuts on dozens of workers at its welfare foundation.

The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda), announced on Wednesday (Nov 29) to the management of its welfare arm Yayasan Felda, that most of its 68 employees will be laid off by the end of the year, The Straits Times has learned.

The foundation's CEO is paid RM54,000 (S$17,700) a month - a huge salary for a small, non-profitmaking charity.

"It's to restructure Yayasan Felda in line with other equivalent foundations," Felda chairman Shahrir Samad said when reached by phone.

The foundation, which has an annual budget of RM10 million, manages Felda's colleges, a dialysis centre and charities for plantation settlers' and their families.

"We are not discontinuing Yayasan Felda but of course we need to restructure it," said Tan Sri Shahrir. Continue reading...

Why dont Shahrir Samad resign first? As Chairman of FELDA Shahrir earns over RM100,000 a month, or over RM1.2 million a year.  FELDA is still in deep shit. Shahrir Samad knows jack shit about business. 

He cannot fix FELDA. Why not resign now? Or why not Shahrir Samad voluntarily resign or take a deep pay cut also?

The high income nation...

Its all that Stupid Mamaks dumb ideas again. One day someone will list down and record for posterity all the stupid ideas put forward by that Stupid Mamak which has caused so much losses and so many problems in the country. This high income nation idea is actually designed to make the Malays stupid, poor but feel bodoh sombong, all at the same time. 

FELDA is firing a CEO who was paid RM54,000 per month. The high income nation idea was a ruse to  make the GLC Malays feel that they were world class. Kepala Bapak hang. Khazanah contract staff paid RM70,000.  

The TEKUN, JAKUN, PEMANDU, HISAP CANDU CEOs, GMs, senior GMs etc are all paid RM25,000, RM50,000 etc. Some are paid even more. For doing what?

Most Chinese public listed companies may have just a few General Managers.  Proton and MAS had dozens of General Managers.  

Do you know how many senior staff FGV employs?  10? 20? 30? 50? 100? 150? The answer is 236 !! Read here...FGV offers VSS to senior staff 

Now if a kuchi rat CEO of a kuchi rat Felda Yayasan was paid RM54,000 a month, then surely the 236 senior staffs of FGV must have been paid more than RM54,000 a month.
  
This was the high income model. Pay the GLC Malays sky high salaries for doing nothing. Or for not doing anything much.  

Their companies are in deep shit.  FGV in deep shit. Yayasan Felda laying off 68 staff.  Khazanah making less returns on RM145 Billion assets than a nenek tua keropok lekor warong. And then selling the family silver ie TNB shares, to dress up their KPIs.   

What more proof do you want? The idea was to keep the GLC Malays contented. To distract their attention with their cigars and golf clubs.  Because more stealing was going on.

Another mamak is gunning for control of the GLCs, especially Khazanah Nasional.  The recent RCI on the Bank Negara Forex scandal was not targeted at Tun Dr Mahathir. That was a sideshow. The real target was to get rid of  the No. 2 at Khazanah Nasional.  Which was achieved.

Now the mamak is gunning for Azman Mokhtar the MD of Khazanah. Watch out for Sup Kambing Kuala Kangsar.

Is this all relevant? Not really. Like Zimbabwe or Saudi Arabia. Who gives a shit. A bunch of village idiots pretending to be businessmen and political leaders.

Laporan RCI produk 'pra-tadika' guna 'peraturan sarkas'...

Peguam Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad menyifatkan pembentangan laporan Suruhanjaya Siasatan Diraja tentang kerugian urus niaga mata wang asing di hari terakhir sidang Dewan Rakyat sebagai “memalukan”.

Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla menyifatkan kerajaan melakukan “serangan hendap” kerana tiada notis diberikan kepada orang awam, tidak seperti keriuhan apabila penubuhan RCI diumumkan pada Julai.

Beliau berkata salinan laporan itu tidak diserahkan kepada anak guamnya, walaupun Dr Mahathir dikenalpasti sebagai pihak berkepentingan oleh RCI itu.

“Sama sekali tiada perasaan hormat atau budi bahasa, seperti yang boleh dijangka daripada kerajaan (Perdana Menteri) Najib Razak,” katanya dalam kenyataan.

Haniff hairan laporan itu ada membuat rujukan kepada dakwaan pecah amanah, sedangkan hakikatnya sifat bahan yang dirujuk oleh RCI itu tidak memenuhi dan tidak mencukupi untuk membuat kesimpulan itu.

Beliau berkata pasukan undang-undangnya akan mengulas penemuan itu secara menyeluruh selepas ia dikaji dengan teliti dan dibincangkan dengan Dr Mahathir.

Haniff berkata sifat bahan yang dirujuk dalam prosiding RCI itu berdasarkan khabar angin, dugaan, andaian dan anggapan yang tidak memenuhi aras kepercayaan yang boleh diterima di sisi undang-undang.

“Apa lagi apabila prosiding RCI dijalankan dengan menggunakan ‘undang-undang hutan’ dan ‘peraturan sarkas’, tidak akan mengejutkan jika penemuan itu tidak memenuhi tahap ‘produk pra-tadika’,” katanya.

RCI bersidang selama 8 hari dari 21 Ogos dan selesai pada 19 September selepas memanggil 25 saksi.

Empat puluh dua dokumen diserahkan di prosiding itu.

Antara saksi yang dipanggil adalah Dr Mahathir, bekas timbalan perdana menteri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, bekas gabenor Bank Negara Malaysia Tan Sri Zeti Akhtar Aziz, bekas penasihat BNM Nor Mohamed Yakcop dan bekas menteri kewangan Tun Daim Zainuddin.

RCI report not credible says Mahathir’s lawyer

Do not use RCI to cover up 1MDB...

DO not turn the royal commission of inquiry (RCI) into a political tool to silence critics of 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), election watchdog Bersih said in reaction to the RCI report on Bank Negara Malaysia’s forex exchange losses today.

“Bersih 2.0 finds the government’s use of forex exchange losses suffered by Bank Negara Malaysia in the 1990s under the leadership of former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad to be a smokescreen to hide the issue of money laundering and 1MDB.

“It is more important for the RCI to not make it into a political persecution to silence 1MDB critics,”   Bersih chairperson Maria Chin Abdullah said in a statement today.Among the RCI recommendations include police investigations into Dr Mahathir, then finance minister Anwar Ibrahim, Bank Negara Malaysia and the National Audit Department.

Dr Mahathir and Anwar have been among some of the most vocal critics of 1MDB, a state investment fund that has been embroiled in controversies in recent years.

Bank Negara Malaysia fined 1MDB for financial irregularities for an undisclosed amount last year. 

The National Audit Department conducted an audit on 1MDB in 2015. The report, completed in 2016, has been classified under the Official Secrets Act.

Maria took the government to task for the double standards shown in investigations into Bank Negara Malaysia forex losses in the 1990s and investigations into 1MDB. 

“We are surprise with the speed RCI took in its investigations. Yet all investigations on 1MDB are closed despite ongoing investigations being carried out in seven other countries, of which the DOJ (the US Department of Justice) case is (but) one example,” said Maria.

She said Switzerland’s investigations of money laundering under 1MDB has resulted in the closure of three Swiss banks and confiscation of CHF104 million (RM433 million).

“The selective investigation into the billions of losses from 20 odd years ago seems to be little more than a move of the ruling coalition, Barisan National’s attempt to distract attention from the issue of corruption and money laundering related to 1MDB,” she said.

She added the RCI panel should present its findings nationwide for public scrutiny, saying: “Otherwise its integrity and public confidence will remain in question.” – themalaysianinsight

RCI report flawed as probe done after 25 years
