It has only been 20 days since he was sent to jail. There is already all sorts of drama about sakit ini and sakit itu. Nine Judges unanimously found Najib guilty of corruption and money laundering. Now specialists at Hospital Kuala Lumpur unanimously found Najib healthy !!
There are 12 more years to go. Former AG Tommy Thomas has said that Najib will not be eligible to apply for a pardon before serving 1/3 of his sentence. That means he must sit in jail for at least 4 years. In 4 years there will also be a new YDP Agong. The facts of the other 1MDB cases now going on in Court are equally or more stupid than the SRC case. Chances are slim.
Najib can really save himself a lot of grief by pleading guilty. Just plead guilty. Then strike a deal. Agree to fully cooperate with the law. Return all the money that you and your wife stole over 13 years or more. Not just SRC or 1MDB but anything and everything else that you stole. Scorpene, Solar project, Felda, Tabung Haji or whatever.

Name names and point fingers or point names and name fingers. You choose. Spill all the details - dates, places, how much, who was involved, what, how, where, when etc. Return all OUR money that you stole. Then after FOUR years you may qualify for a pardon. Otherwise you will rot in jail. UMNO looks more and more unsteady and unstable as the PRU15 approaches.
Zahid Hamidi is out of the picture. It is a toss up between Ismail Sabri (who surprisingly does not have enemies in UMNO), Mat Hassan who has announced his intentions too soon and your cousin H2O who has now been tarred by the invisible ships fracas. UMNO is definitely not on a solid footing.
Think about it like this - say all the UMNO fellows are busy saving their own necks then do you think they will have time to come and save your neck? You will be left to rot in jail. Change your plea over SRC. Its not too late. Plead guilty over 1MDB. Return ALL our money that you stole. Divulge full information and full details. Then work out a deal.

3 possible scenarios after GE15...
One of the chief talking points in Malaysia today is when the next 15th General Election will be held – from as soon as in a month’s time to some time next year.
If Prime Minister Ismail Sabri dissolves Parliament after the Finance Minister has tabled the 2023 Budget in Parliament on Oct. 7, 2023, he would be following the sole example of Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad in dissolving Parliament in the midst of the parliamentary debate on the 2000 Budget on Nov. 10, 1999 for the 10th General Election on 29th November 1999.
This would be a bad and wrong example of the dissolution of Parliament to follow, and I would urge Ismail Sabri not to follow this bad example of the past in the building of a new Malaysian future.There are many bad examples in nation-building in the past 65 years which should not be emulated and this is one of them.
It is a misuse of Prime Ministerial power to dissolve Parliament in midstream of debate on the annual Budget, and if Ismail Sabri asks the Yang di Pertuan Agong to dissolve Parliament after Oct. 7, the Yang di Pertuan Agong should advise the Prime Minister to let Parliament debate and pass the 2023 Budget unless a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister is adopted by Dewan Rakyat.
I foresee three possible scenarios for the 15th General Election.
The first scenario is a big win for UMNO, but who will be the 10th Prime Minister – Ismail Sabri or the UMNO President, Ahmad Zahid Hamii, his deputy Mohamad Hassan or two “dark horses” – Khairy Jamaluddin and Hishammuddin Hussein? After the suitable period, will Najib Razak return as the 11th Prime Minister?
If the 15th General Election resulted in a big UMNO win and an UMNO government, then former Prime Minster Najib Razak may be freed from jail, and all the pending corruption cases against him and UMNO leaders may be dropped.
But most important of all, it will result in the end of the Rule of Law and the Independence of the Judiciary, and Malaysia would be well on way to become a kleptocracy, kakistocracy, a rogue and a failed state.
The second scenario will be a big win for Pakatan Harapan with Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister, with the work on the reform of institutions and the nation resumed after the Pakatan Harapan Government was toppled illegally, unconstitutionally and undemocratically after 22 months by the Sheraton Move political conspiracy in Feb. 2020.
A third scenario is no coalition wins sufficient numbers of MPs to be able to form a Government, let alone command two-thirds parliamentary majority and Malaysia embark on an unprecedented political experience.
Time will only tell which one scenario will eventuate from the 15th General Election whether held this year or next year. In a very real sense, the 15th General Election will be a life-and-death struggle for UMNO, the rule of law and the very future of Malaysia. - Lim Kit Siang
Pandemik Ostad & Imam rogol & liwat...
Seorang ustaz sekolah menengah agama didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Pasir Mas hari ini terhadap lima pertuduhan merogol dan meliwat pelajar berusia 14 tahun, pada Julai dan Ogos.
Tertuduh, Muhammad Nursalam Hazeman, 30, bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah dan mohon dibicarakan ketika pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Mohd Rosly Mohamed Nawi.
Pendakwaan dilakukan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Mohd Faizuan Sulaiman, manakala tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.Mengikut pertuduhan pertama hingga keempat, tertuduh didakwa merogol remaja berusia 14 tahun pada 3, 10, 17 dan 24 Julai di sebuah rumah di Wakaf Bharu, Tumpat, 2.30 petang.
Tertuduh itu seorang imam (penjawat awam) dengan gaji RM1,500 sebulan. Tentu sekali dia juga mengambil upah yang lain untuk pelbagai perkhidmatan berkaitan agama. Yang anehnya dia boleh rogol dan meliwat anak perempuan itu selama empat tahun tanpa diketahui orang lain seperti ibubapa mangsa, guru di sekolah atau kawan-kawan mangsa.
Samada mangsa itu diugut atau dia merasa tertekan dan takut untuk mengadu kepada sesiapa pun. Pihak yang berkenaan (Jabatan Kebajikan etc) patut menyiasat bagaimana pencabulan serupa ini boleh berlangsung untuk begitu lama.
Dari segi jawatannya sebagai imam pula, apakah status segala tugas dan ibadah yang dipimpin oleh imam ini selama empat tahun dia terlibat jenayah rogol itu? Yang lebih sedih ialah seorang manusia yang dipandang tinggi dan sangat dipercayai oleh masyarakat sebagai pemimpin agama boleh mendustakan kepercayaan itu dan mengambil kesempatan untuk menjadi perogol dan pencabul. Dan ini bukan kes pertama ataupun akan menjadi kes terakhir serupa ini dalam negara kita.
Memang kita perlu tangkap, mendakwa dan menghukum imam atau mana-mana lebai yang terlibat rogol, liwat dan mencabul. Tetapi apabila kes-kes yang melibatkan orang agama seperti ini makin bertambah, kita perlu membuat sesuatu yang lebih positif dan pro-aktif untuk mengelak atau mengurangkan jenayah rogol sebelum ianya berlaku.- Syed Akbar Ali
Dua lagi laporan polis dibuat ke atas seorang selebriti yang juga penceramah bebas berkait jenayah amang seksual terhadap remaja lelaki bawah umur, selepas empat laporan terdahulu dibuat di Selangor.
Bulan lalu seorang ustaz direman kes rogol gadis bawah umur di beberapa negeri.
Seorang ustaz pula mendakwa terkena sihir katak selepas rawatan 'pakar' yang gagal mengesan penyakitnya.
