Guru disiplin ditahan disyaki cabul pelajar...
Seorang guru disiplin sebuah sekolah rendah di ibu negara ditahan Sabtu lepas kerana dipercayai mencabul bekas pelajarnya.
Timbalan Ketua Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah (Operasi dan Risikan) Kuala Lumpur, Asisten Komisioner Khairy Ahrasa berkata, guru lelaki berumur 35 tahun itu ditahan di rumahnya, di Bandar Baru Sentul berikutan laporan polis yang buat oleh pelajar berumur 13 tahun itu Jumaat lepas.
Pelajar berkenaan mendakwa bapa kepada dua orang anak itu telah mencabul kehormatannya sejak tahun lepas, katanya kepada pemberita di Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen Kuala Lumpur di sini hari ini.
Kejadian terbaharu berlaku Jumaat lepas apabila pelajar itu dipanggil oleh guru berkenaan supaya membantunya. Pelajar itu lari ke balai polis berhampiran untuk membuat aduan.
Khairy berkata, guru itu kini ditahan reman tujuh hari bagi membantu siasatan.- BERNAMA
Boy, 13, allegedly molested by teacher...
A discipline teacher at a primary school here was detained last Saturday for allegedly molesting his former student for about a year.
The 13-year-old student who could no longer bear the forced sexual acts, broke his silence on Friday when he lodged a police report against the teacher.
In his police report, the Form One student of a secondary school in Bandar Baru Sentul, claimed the male teacher had lured him with pornography and made him perform oral sex on several occasions since last year.
Kuala Lumpur deputy CID chief ACP Khairi Ahrasa said today police arrested the teacher at home not far from the school on Saturday.
He said the victim told police that the 35-year-old discipline master became close to him last year and often showed concern for the teenager's studies and well-being.
He said the teacher, who is married with two children, sought the boy's assistance in checking and sorting out examination papers which the victim obliged.
"On the pretext of seeking the victim's assistance, the teacher allegedly invited him to his office at the school where he allegedly displayed pornographic material before allegedly ordering the teenager to perform oral sex on him.
"We have remanded him for a week for investigations." Khairi said, adding that the case is being investigated for unnatural sex on a minor under Section 377e of the Penal Code.-theSundaily
