Hashim Hassan · Ha...ha...jawapan ala ala 'budak tadika yg baru 1 hari masuk kelas' dari wakil 'geng2 penyamun tarbus moden' yg bertopengkan orang... Tahniah YB Sekinchan, dedahkan lagi.
Bazrul Hisyam · hahaha!!!! spin jangan tak spin cukur.... nanti bile rakyat tanye mana bukti bina dewan... nanti die cakap sebab selangor tumbang PRU lepas jadi kita takleh bina dewan untuk rakyat macam kes jambatan... aku dah boleh agak jalan citer mamat nie... hahahha
'Cheap land for Umno used for the community'...
The 24 plots of Selangor state land that were sold to BN on the cheap during its reign were used solely for the community's interests, said Selangor Umno information chief Abdul Shukor Idrus.
"Umno is the people. Umno represents 400,000 people in Selangor and these people pay taxes. The (land) is for the people of Selangor.
"This is is not (about) one individual but an organisation (with) many (people). Can't Umno receive funds to build a multi-purpose hall (or) community hall for public use?
"All the land was used for halls, pre-schools and etc - all in the interest of the people, not individuals," he said.
"This is not (about) one individual but an organisation (with) many (people). Can't Umno receive funds to build a multi-purpose hall (or) community hall for public use?
When asked if all the land were used in this manner, he replied, "all the land was used for halls, pre-schools and etc - all in the interest of the people, not individuals”.
He was speaking to reporters at the state assembly annex building today when he was asked to respond to Sekinchan assemblyperson Ng Suee Lim’s allegations yesterday.
Lim (left) had claimed that BN acquired 33.5 acres of high-value land for about RM1 per square feet.
“They are commercial lands... after Umno, MCA, MIC and Gerakan get the land, they immediately get into joint-ventures (to develop the land) or sell them off for tens of thousands or millions of profit,” he said.
'Prec merely a cover'
Separately, Shukor claimed that PKNS Private Real Estate Company Sdn Bhd (Prec) was merely a front for the sale of RM32 million worth of Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) assets.
“Prec is being used as a cover for Central Holdings Bhd. In reality, (PKNS assets) are being sold to Central Holdings...
“We have received information that all plans and agreements have already been prepared. What is left is to sign it.
“Today we have raised this issue. Maybe... I don’t know whether it would continue or be stopped,” he said.
When asked for details, he said, “I have the details. We will give it later.”
Earlier today, Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyperson Azmin Ali told the assembly that Prec is a wholly-owned PKNS subsidiary, established with the Finance Ministry’s approval to help streamline PKNS’ activities.
However, Shukor said at the assembly that the five PKNS assets transferred to Prec were merely en route to Central Holdings Bhd.
The five are Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam, Wisma Yayasan, Kompleks PKNS Bangi, Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya and SACC Mall.
“Which company is it that is going to buy and manage the assets? Who are in the board of directors and how much capital is paid? It is understood that it is not Prec, but Central Holdings Bhd,” he said.
He warned that while PKNS is closely controlled by the state government and the federal treasury, Prec is not subject to such rigours.
“There is no guarantee that Prec would continue to be PKNS-owned. It is exposed to the risk of boing bought by the private sector or inviduals through management buy-outs.
“If this happens, the assets would no longer belong to PKNS or the people of Selangor. Could this be the plot?” he said.
Shukor said that if that happens, Prec could upgrade the complexes and raise the rental at its assets beyond the reach of its original tenants, forcing them to move out.
“Eventually, it would no longer be a bumiputera business centre,” he said.- malaysiakini
Odin - The fact remains that the owner of the parcels of land is Umno, and Umno got them all on the cheap by abusing its position. All the parcels of land should have remained as State land, and any structures and appurtenances meant for public use could still have been on them. Next point. Umno is NOT the people. It is a political party, and it is supposed to serve the people.
AKUTUAN - I beg to differ! If the land for community use, then it should go under the state government name. Why must it go under political party name. There will be no ending because PKR will also buy the land cheap and use the same excuse. At the end, the rakyat have to suffer and UMNO or BN will jump all around and said PKR abuse its power just like what CTY is doing at this moment.
Anonymous - if land was meant for community, why then transfer it to political parties. leave it with the govt cos the govt is the people and no political party is the people. don't make us all dumb like with dumb logic by BN reps
Menteri sahkan kejadian kegagalan radar...

Minister admits two-hour air traffic radar failure...
Transport Minister Kong Cho Ha today admitted that the Kuala Lumpur
Air Traffic Control Centre was directing air traffic without radar
support for close to two hours due to a system failure last September.
Replying to Nurul Izzah Anwar (PKR-Lembah Pantai), Kong (right) said the Sept 12 incident happened because the backup system "did not kick in" after a power trip.
"The radar system blackout was not due to an electric supply failure but because... a trip off, where the backup system did not kick in... to trigger the system accordingly," he said.
PKR had in September called on the government to explain how the Kuala Lumpur Air Traffic Control Centre went blind after suffering "total failure in the system with no radar and no radio frequencies", putting passenger safety at risk.
Report ready
The minister added that a report has been completed on the matter and that he will pass this report to Nurul Izzah.
According to logs, the KL Air Traffic Control Centre passed control to the Royal Malaysian Air Force at Butterworth, while inbound and outbound traffic from nearby airports were refused for 75 minutes, from 2.50am.
Former RMAF operations director Brigadier-General (retired) Abdul Hadi Abdul Khattab had in September told reporters that the incident was “highly dangerous” due to risk of in-air collisions and fuel outage.
Malaysiakini earlier reported that the air traffic control system was installed by Advanced Air Traffic Systems (AAT) Sdn Bhd, in which ex-minister Jamaluddin Jarjis's son Ikhwan Hafiz, 25, is a significant stakeholder and alternate director.- malaysiakini

Is this an official statement from the investigation report? Sounds more like a statement from an electrician or a wiremen!
Annon77 - A crony linked company providing the air-traffic control system? Or was it a crony linked company providing the backup power system? Head...They win.....Tails.....we lose.
Anonymous #19098644 - This is unbelievable , the air traffic controllers were operating blind and the pilots were flying around blind. Endangering the life's of so many passengers, putting the reputation and good name of the country at risk, concealing the truth from the people of Malaysia. Kong Cho Ha and the government should resign !!! If this were Japan in the old days , we would be asking them to commit seppuku
Kalau Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha atau penyamun2 UMNO/BN yang mampuih kerana k/terbang terhempas pasai radar airport tak berfungsi, aku tak kisah!!!kerana memang patut itu balasannya.
ReplyDeleteYang aku bimbang penumpang2 lain yang tak tahu apa, mati katak tak pasai2!!!!
