The house Khir Toyo built..........

Located in the secluded Jalan 1/7L in Section 7 of Shah Alam along with homes of many wealthy elites, including the official MB's residence, lies the house that Khir Toyo built. It was constructed at an estimated cost of RM20 million while the land was bought at a price of RM3.8 million.



But, Khir Toyo, told a hastily organised press conference at his Shah Alam office this afternoon, "I bought the house with a loan of RM3.5 million from a foreign bank,"


However construction industry experts estimated that the cost of the house was RM20 million, while public documents show that the land cost RM3.8 million.

Khir Toyo should explain the source of his wealth before accusing the Pakatan Rakyat state government of corruption, like harping on claims that its MB had misappropriated state funds to buy 48 cows for his constituents. Will the MACC to take any action? Its left to be seen.

Khir Toyo kata dia pinjam sebanyak RM 3.5 juta untuk membiayai pembikinan rumah itu. Tapi kos sebenarnya tentu lebih daripada RM 3.5 juta. Mungkin dia kurang RM 3.5 juta bagi membayar kos rumah jadi dia kena pinjam.

Kalau benarlah kos rumah itu RM 20 juta, aku heran juga di mana dia dapat duit sebegitu banyak? Kalau jadi MB selama 10 tahun pun jumlah gaji bulanan yang dihimpun tak mencecah RM 5 juta. Tapi, tak taulah mungkin semasa dia jadi MB dulu rezki datang bergolek...........
